1 A New Story To Unfold!

'Well shit.

I died. Isn't that something? I swear I heard the doctors say that I'd survive, right? Or maybe they weren't talking about me since I died in the next ten minutes. It was a pathetic death too. One of those, slow and painful deaths lying in a bed that the hospital owned.

No family or friends— significant other either.

It was a lonely death.

But none of that matters now, you know why? Haha, I'll tell you why! It's because of this guy, right in front of me!'

The old man sitting in front of the recently deceased young boy looked rather amused. Listening in on his inner dialog, it was safe to say that the next few steps would go smoothly.

The boy continued on with his inner dialog, but this time he made sure to notice the Gods presence.

"Hoho, seems like someone's excited." The God chuckled, leaning back in his rocking chair, stroking his white beard that flowed to the floor and swirled up into a neat pile on the left side. The boy stopped his monologue and let out an embarrassed cough, but none the less agreed with the Gods words.

"So... Are you God? Or 'A' God?" The boy questioned, deciding to sit on the rug in front of him.

The two looked like a grandfather and his grandson sharing stories. The Grandfather going on about his adventures and the young boy being interested...

"Well, yes. I'm A God, a powerful one at that. THE God is much much much more powerful, Haha... Anyway, moving on.... You should have an idea of why you're here, correct?" He asked, his saggy old eyes looking into the boys.

Nodding his head in agreement, the boy visibly perked up unable to full suppress his excitement. At this point, it was worth dying that slow and painful lonely death. If that's all it took to gain a reward from a God and be able to reincarnate... It was a dream come true!

"Yeah, I have a sturdy idea... But is it exactly like what I'm thinking? Or..." The boy questioned. He was hoping it would be as straight forward as just wishing for anything and they being granted, but if it was a little different then that would be fine too.

After all, he's still getting wishes and a new life.

The God snickered and sat up in his chair, his aura changed to a more serious tone, a contrast in difference from his latter more comfortable and relaxed aura.

"It's a little different..." The boy immediately began to feel disappointed, sensing this change, The God quickly continued.

"But! You will still be able to choose your main power. The power choices will depend on the world you choose, so you will choose a world first, your main power set, and then you will be granted the option to choose three gifts from the different Gods who owe me favors."

Finishing off his explanation with a light hearted smile, he relaxed back in the chair he sat to allow the boy some time to think.

Nodding his head in understanding the boy began to think about which world he would like to be in. There's not many that peaked his interest, but there are some he was considering right off the bat.

One was the world of, "The Beginning After The End."

Another was, "Demon Slayer."

Hell, even Attack on Titan was an option to him. His past life wasn't all that great for him. Living in constant worry and stress, fear as well... It kind of just... grew on him, eventually he became numb to them.

But at that point it was too late.

He was diagnosed with a sickness that affected his heart, slowly but painfully killing him.

'...There's also that one...' Gasping, the boy abruptly stood up. His eyes wide with expectance and even more excitement, his chest puffed out from all the air he took in and he spoke.

"I choose Jujutsu Kaisen as my world." Trying to sound serious mixed with his ongoing excitement caused his voice to crack, that and the fact he's still a boy that was in the middle of puberty. (13-15 i think...)

Chuckling, the God snapped his fingers, generating a transparent blue game like screen in front of the boy. Confused, the boy glanced at the God questioningly.

"What's this?" He asked, studying the screen. Not receiving an answer, he began to study the panel, reading the different options. It wasn't long before he finally grasped what the use of it was, and upon so, his eyes sparkled with delight.

'So I can just type in what I want and it'll be given... The first slot is two powers of my choice, though, it can't be too overpowered due to the world I chose and the three gifts that will be given to me after I choose them... I can work with that.' He mentally chimed.

Busy at work choosing his powers and gifts, the God on the other hand watched on with soft eyes. He always wanted to be a grandpa... Spoiling the boy in front of him made him feel like that dream was coming true.

'If only these ratchet old Gods weren't so damn annoying! I could have a family by now!' He griped mentally, losing control of his aura for a second.

Chills ran down the boys spine as he started sweating profusely. It felt as if death itself was standing right behind him, holding it's blade to his neck.

Reigning in his aura, the boy locked eyes with the God, both scared and curious. In return the only thing the God could do was apologize and send the boy a smile...

But to him, it looked as if the devil was trying to knock down his front door and kill him.

'L-Let's just hurry this up...' With a loud gulp, the boy decided to ignore the previous event and just finish up.

...

'Alright... This should be perfect.' Looking at his choices that took him well over two hours to make, he was rather satisfied.

『CHOICE OF POWERS!』

'With these gifts and the power I chose... I'll be unstoppable.' The power of Full Counter will be something no one's ever seen before within the world of Jujutsu Kaisen. Even the strongest of Sorcerers will feel it when their own attack gets slapped back at them with two times the original strength...

Gojo included.

Letting out a satisfied breath, the boy spoke.

"Alright mister... I'm ready." Tearing his eyes from the screen, the boy looked at the God and saw that there was a sad look in his eyes. It reminded him of his mom when his dad had kicked him out the house...

Raising an eyebrow the boy decided not to question it.

"Have you chosen everything you're sure you wanted? Once you begin your reincarnation, you will not be able to change it." The God informed, sitting up in his chair. The boy gazed back over his options, considering every possibility that there was something he wanted to change, but in the end, he was satisfied.

"Yep, I'm ready." A firm nod and a slight smile graced the boys face. Seeing there was nothing else to be discussed, the God snapped his fingers. Encasing the boy in a bright light that lasted but a second...

And in it's place, was emptiness.

The boy had begun his transfer to his new world.

The start to his new life!
