"Before I begin, is the world you're going to send me going to a supernatural world or a normal world. Like the high school anime and manga?" I asked the Universe

"It will not be a supernatural world, but there will be small powers there which are not threatening to life so don't worry." Universe clarified my doubt.

"Alright, I can start"

"Go ahead, you can wish anything."

"So my wishes will be as follows. My first wish is that my family in my past life should have a happy life from now on. My second wish is to have the Nano Machine from the web novel Nano Mashine, but it should be self-sustainable and completely loyal to me, I don't want it to go all Skynet on me. My third wish is to have the cooking talent of Saiba Joichiro. The fourth wish is that I and my new family won't die because of a life-threatening disease or an accident like I had in my past life. My fifth wish is to have a the luck of Domino from Deadpool. And my final wish is to have a soulmate in this new world. With that I'm finished."

"Yes. They are acceptable to the world I'm sending you. And any more is not possible." The Creator of the Universe said. "As for the soulmate, you will have try your best for her to love you and when the love blooms between the both of you, I'll make it so that you two won't be able to cheat on each other."

"Alright, thanks." I said.

"So now that's out of the way, tell me how you want to look like and when you want your memories."

"I'll be 6ft 3in tall and 190lbs by the time I'm 21. And let my looks be decided by how my parents look. As for my memories, when I'm twelve years old."

"I can do that, there's no problem... " he paused.

"Now off you go to your new home."

"Thanks, Creator."

"Anytime."

After our conversation ended, the Creator of the Universe started to leave. As I was thinking about what this new world I will be going to, I started to fade away from this black void.

Waking up from my sleep, the first thing I did was brush my teeth. While brushing, I thought 'What should I give him today? Peanut butter squid or Jam squid?'

Then rinsing my mouth, I closed the tap and was about to leave the toilet. But, memories and information started to flow into my brain, and I started to feel dizzy and nauseous. 

So I went straight to the closest and threw up the bile that was in my stomach. After that was done, I went to wash my face and got out of the toilet to my room. 

This is the natural reaction when you first receive the information in your brain. You won't feel dizzy or nauseous the second time. #

'Thanks for the info nano.'

'Good now go into silent mode until I deactivate it.'

# Yes, Master. Activating silent mode. #

Reaching there, I lay down on my bed and started to think 'So I got reincarnated in the world of Food Wars. Lucky me there's nothing to worry about in this world... Mmm, great, now I'm his brother.'

Right then the door to my room was opened and my brother came in with his loud voice "Nii-san, mom is calling."

"I'll be right there."

"Alright. But don't give me any weird food today. I have to go to school."

"You always make me eat the weird food you make."

"That's what a big brother would do right?"

"Why you....."

"Mooommmm, nii-san is chasing me." Saying that he ran downstairs to the diner.

"Shouta and Soma, no running in the house." Mom said from downstairs.

"I'm not running."

'Well, I'm now the big brother of Soma Yukihira. And I'm two years older than him. Should I attend the Totsuki like dad, or should I just think something else?'

As I was thinking that, dad came in and asked me "Why are you still in bed. There's work we have to do. Come on."

"In a minute dad."

"Sure no problem." Saying that he also went downstairs to the diner.

'Deactivate Silent Mode.'

'Alright, access my memories and crosscheck on the internet, that if this is only the world of Food Wars or more.'

# Certainly. Time required 4 hours 10 minutes. #

'Take your time.'

Taking a deep breath I thought 'Now then, what should I cook today?'

As I got down from upstairs, I saw Soma helping out mom in the kitchen. Looking at them I said to Nano, 'Hey Nano, scan all three of them and give me a medical report.'

# Yes Master. Commencing Scanning. 5 Minutes to scan each individual. #

'Alright, give me the scanned report as soon as it is finished.'

# Yes. #

Then looking around I found dad in the back, so I went towards him and said "Chef Saiba."

Hearing that name he looked back at me with a startle and said "I thought you were keeping it a secret from Soma."

"I am."

"Then, why are you calling my former name?"

"I want your help dad."

"And what would that be?" He asked me with amusement since this is the first time I have come directly to him for help, most of the time I do this via mom.

"I want to join Totsuki in middle school, to study cooking." I told him with all seriousness I could.

Hearing his old high school's name, his demeanour changed and he asked me "Why?"

"For fun, I guess." I said.

"For fun?" He asked me with smile.

"Yep. You know very well that cooking is a hobby for me now, but I want to sharpen it to some extent then go on and do some different things." I told him.

"So what do you want from me?"

"I want you to give me a chance to attend the entrance exam, that's all."

Thinking for a bit he said "Alright, I can do that. Other than that, is there anything else?"

"Nope. Thanks, dad."

"You're welcome." He said with a smile.

Thanks to my birthday being in January, I'll be able to attend the entrance exam properly instead of the transfer student entrance exam.
