18 The End Of The First Day

As Seth and Ember were going over there plan Iris began to talk about some of the rules of the dorm. Number 1 there will be no fighting or foul play in the dorm, if you must fight for whatever reason then go to the sparing room for that. As for foul play that means no poising other dorm mates or anything else that can cause demerit for them while inside the dorms. Number 2 only the people that are their now are allowed into the building they are not allowed to bring anyone else into this dorm, if they try it would lead to their deaths. Number 3 After midnight she will close the gates in front of the dorm, no exceptions will be made for this. Anyone left out after they are closed will have to find somewhere else to stay for the night. As for a curfew other than the whole gate situation Iris said she didn't care if anyone stayed up the whole night but to just make sure they don't make enough noise to wake her up. Of course when she made this statement she was giving off a murderous aura.

After she finished the group finally arrived to an area that had six different white rectangular doors. Next to these door was some sort of mechanism that were similar to locks. Not soon after they arrived Iris walked towards one of then while yawning. She then lifted her arm with a wristband that was similar to what Seth and the rest have but it was different in color. Seth's wristband was white while hers was black. When Seth saw this he guessed that the wrist bands are color coded in some way and wonder what they represent. When she lifted her arm the mechanism started scanning her wrist band after it was done a male mechanic voice sounded off with "Scan complete welcome Iris a.k.a Rainb- . ." before it could finish Iris interrupted "Dom run a training simulation *Yawn* level 0 on hill landscape" the mechanic voice responded "Of course, also Ms. Iris please make sure to get plenty of sleep it bad for your health" Iris just replied with "*yawn* yea, yea don't worry I plan to." All of a sudden a sound started to come form the door next to iris then a flash of light shined from behind. This went on for a few second then after finishing whatever it was doing it went quiet the mechanical voice from before sounded with "Simulation complete" Iris then said "Thanks dom" then opened the door and beckoned us to follow her through the doors. Seth was the first one to walk towards . . okay not walk but run towards the door with curiosity and excitement as to what was on the other side, ember followed after he ran then and after she did everyone started to make there way in.

When Seth first walked in he couldn't see much at first only a flash of light but he could feel some wind on blowing on his face and he could hear something that sounded like water crashing against a wall, after a second his eyes began to adjust to the sudden bright light and what came into his view was a grassy field that goes uphill with a oak tree sitting on the top. when he looked around he noticed that the area was like a small island. The grass was not to high just like it was freshly mowed, he also could see a certain gray flower that was spread out around along the hill. When he looked to were he came from he saw everyone else coming through the door taking in what was in front of them. After the last of us came through the door shut and suddenly disappeared into little pixels. When it did Iris then spoke out "This is the simulation room, *Yawn* in this room you can make many different scenarios to help push yourself for example, Dom increase winds conditions to barely tolerable levels for our trainees" Dom's voice then echoed in the area "Roger".

All of a sudden the nice calming winds that brushed through the hill started to pick up and push against the group. At first there wasn't much of a change but the wind started picking up more and more making it hard for everyone to keep their eyes open. Then there was a sudden gush of wind that caught some of them off guard pushed them back off their feet. Seth was in that group and after he tumbled for a second he found his bearing and got up. When he did he noticed Iris was standing in the same place as if the air purposely avoiding her even her clothes weren't blowing form the wind. After a couple a second he could feel another gush coming even stronger then the last. Everyone tried to prepare them self for it by getting low to the ground and holding onto the grass and dirt. Seth was going to join them but then he got this crazy idea that seemed like fun. Seth was unaware but he had starting make the same face that ember talked about cause when he looked over to were ember was all she did was sighed and shake her head seeming to know something was about to happen. Right before the gush of wind hit Seth undid his jacket and held the corners and spread them out like a wing suit then jumped right as the wind hit and when it did he gained about 30 ft of air.

While in the air Seth laughed to himself "hahaha i can't believe that actual worked. I actually got some air and some pretty good height at that" however not long after his excitement ended with a sudden thought. He suddenly realized he didn't know what to do after the gush of wind ended. He soon got his answer cause soon after the gush of wind died down and seth started to fall. As he was falling he sighed to himself and thought " Well my clothes may be able to pick up the air and resit it but it certainly can't help me with falling maybe if I had a actually hang glider type of suite. *Sigh* I know I can survive the fall but I rather not crash into the ground two time in one day, if only there was some way to . . . oh maybe if i try to use that energy like before" so Seth did exactly that he spread out his arms and legs while falling and he tried to imagine a sort of sky diving look. While he was concentrating he didn't notice that the energy he was releasing was getting absorbed into the clothes and they slowly began to change into a new shape.

Meanwhile as Seth was in the air Iris was looking up Seth with a little amusement on her face with the thought of (coming up with something like that on the fly seems like he thinks outside the box but doesn't really think everything through, it's not a bad thing to have thinking on the fly can save your life in dangerous situations and as an a opponent they really wouldn't be easy to read). At the same time Ember was also looking at Seth as he was in the air and falling back to the ground she had her own thought (You really can't let your guard against him *Sigh* i'm starting to regret our little deal we have, . . . then again with him around it defiantly won't be boring) then a small smile formed on her lips.

Back to Seth as he was concentrating during his fall another gust of wind came with the same strength as last time and when it hit it broke his concentrations blowing him higher . . . wait higher? Confused at getting more air he looked down and noticed that he was indeed getting higher but he wasn't able to finish what he was trying to do with that energy since lost my concentration, not to mention was getting even more air then before. That was when Seth began to notice some kind of resistance between his legs and under his arms. When he looked he noticed his clothes have changed. They suddenly had the look of a sky diving suit. Seth seeing the situation just accepted it and went with it ( . . . well okay then that works,of course i'm curious on how this happened but first thing is to focus on whats happening now with the hole falling thing cause with this i will have a little more control when falling.) So as he was descending he noticed that there wasn't anymore gust of winds pushing him higher, he guessed Iris cut of the winds. Anyway as he made his decent he started to prepare himself for his landing if you can call it that. As he got closer to the ground he started twisted himself so that he would come down at and angle self so his speed would slow down and not head down face first. Once he was nearing the ground he curved his body almost like doing a forward roll. He then twisted hid body so it was facing the way he came form then struck his hand into the dirt to slow down his pace along with his legs until he finally stop.

After stopping Seth was pretty glad that his body is much tougher then he thought cause if it was with a normal body he would be lucky to survive. Anyway once he got himself up he started wobbling his way towards everyone each of them giving him a weird look on their face probably wondering why he looks the way he does. Once he finally got to everyone Ember came up to Steh and asked "Why did you do that?" I shrugged he shoulders and said "Thought it would be fun and i have to say it was, except for the whole landing thing that was a little difficult." Ember just shaked her head a sighed then Iris voice sounded out with "*yawn* well i wan't expecting that but you unintentionally activated a feature of your clothes *Yawn*" Seth looked at her and asked "why didn't they tell us about our clothes during that whole orientation or whatever" She yawned again then said "you are going to learn about them more tomorrow during your class so just be patience" she yawned once again then continued with "anyway now as he just demonstrated this is the use for the simulations *Yawn* of course this is just a small part of it, in the future you will learn many ways on how to use it for you benefits *yawn* now with that out of the way Dom end simulation" then dom voice echoed "Roger ending simulation" and with a flash of light the area we were in vanished and were in some boxed room. The room looked like some glass cubed made of smaller cubes and in each cube was some sort of component probably the thing that project the simulation.

After that everyone exited from the when Seth looked out the window he noticed that it was already dark outside. As they exited Iris said "*Yawn* with that done the is the end of the tour for the many question you have look for it yourself or ask tomorrow when you go to class." Iris then disappeared in a flash of light. Seeing this Seth complained "Aw man i had tons of question for her, oh well i guess I can look up some answers on the computer or library." All of Sudden Iris voice then echoed all of a sudden with "Before I forget *Yawn* None of the facilities will work until tomorrow so i would *Yawn* recommend going top sleep early your going to need it zzz . . ." hearing the ending of the message everyone guessed she fell asleep again. As everyone was about to head to the room her voice suddenly came back making some people jump jump saying "Oh right each of you have been assigned a room number you can find it in your messaging slot on your wristband *Yawn* okay that should be it goodnight" Everyone all waited a minute to see if she had anything more to say just in case once they confirmed it everyone looked at there wristband.

When Seth touched the wristband some kind of holographic screen appeared in front of his face with a couple of symbols. These symbols were similar to a phone, they had mail, phone, internet, alarm clock and finally something that looked like a book open with a pencil next to it. Seth thought about messing with everything but then thought it would probably be better if he did it later and instead focused on the message symbol that has a red exclamation on it. At first he wasn't sue how to interact with it but when he looked around he noticed everyone was just using there finger to touch the projection so he did the same. When he went to press it with his finger it slipped through the projection but the message symbol reacted and opened up with some sort of welcoming sheet.

When Seth looked through what was written he noticed there was nothing important. To summarize what was written it was basically saying stuff like congratulations for being a chosen on out wonderful camp ect. ect. it wasn't until the bottom were it gave the information he was looking for which was his room, which was labeled number 2. When he finished and closed my wristband projector everyone else was already walking back the way they came to go to there rooms even ember left him behind. So he decided to just do the same and started his walk back to the main hall once there he went up the stairs that were to the right of the main hallway he came from and got to the floor were their rooms are suppose to be located. Once on the second floor he noticed that it was just like one big hallway, similar to what hotels have and on each side of the walls were the doors to their rooms which were spread out a couple feet from each other It didn't take Seth to long to find my room since the first two doors were 1 on the left and 6 on the right. When he got to his door everyone was already heading in so he did to but right before he did he noticed that two girls who looked identical were going into the same room next to his in room 3. As he saw this he thought it was strange (Weird, i thought each of us were suppose to have our own rooms, maybe . . . well no matter its not that big a deal nor should i really care) so stopping his thought there he just entered his room forgetting his previous thoughts.

When he entered the first thing that came to my view was the living/lounging room with a couch and a flat screen tv on the right wall. To the right while looking at the tv was a door when he looked inside there was a bunch of machines that he wasn't to familiar with but if he had to guess this was the training room. when he came out of the room he then saw the kitchen which would be to the left of the lounging area when you first come in. The kitchen area was in the shape of u with the eating area in the middle of the u and starting from the left u to the right you had the food cupboard that was almost like a small closet then the fridge and after that there was the pantry that had all the plates a glasses hanging on the wall while below that had the drawers that had other kitchen utensils that you might need. Next to the kitchen he saw another door that lead to a room that had a queen size bed with a desk with the computer next to it and across from that was another door that lead to the bathroom.

Once Seth was done looking around he started to wind down and feel drowsy so he decided to have a quick shower. After taking his clothes of and throwing them in the hamper next to the door to enter the shower. He began to have a nice warm shower which took him longer then he liked to admit since it took him a awhile to find out how to make it work until he found out it was voice activated. After the shower he had a slight panic (now that I think about it what other clothes will I be able to wear or am I gonna just have to wear the same thing every day). He had this thought until he saw a closet and when he looked into it with a little hope he saw three different kinds of clothes. One was the one he first came here in which he was pretty surprised about cause he thought they were gone for good then next to them was some black and gold pajamas similiar to the outfit he got at the orientation but to Seth it honestly made me feel like a bumble bee but it was all he got so he just beard with it, he made a mental note to make sure to buy other clothes in the future. Anyway after all was said and done he finally got into his bed and When he did he had to say Iris was right the bed was like a fluffy cloud that just wraps you in its warmth helping you drift off to sleep to wash away your exhaustion. As he was starting to drift off he thoughts drifted back to all that had happen and a smile formed on his face (This is just the end of the first day and I have no idea what is in store for me in the future but one things is for sure and that is that I can't wait for what comes next.)

Meanwhile in another location in a skyscraper building a group of people were meeting together There were all circled around a table all having there own discussion when another person, a woman, suddenly teleported into the room. Once she arrived a mans voiced responded to her arrival "Freya your late". Freya then looked at the man and said "Sorry my choice was a very . . . curious one, there was no end to the question he had, you know how it is" a woman voiced then sounded out "I must say Freya I am surprised that you actually decided to pick on out this time, they must quite the catch, I would love to meet them one day, that is if they survive." Freya gave a glare to the women who spoke who responded with a giggle. Another mans voice deeper then the first interjected to their squabble "That's enough Orpheus call is coming in" Everyone on the table then became quite then a projection of Orpheus sitting in a chair similar to the one he had during the orientation.

Then Orpheus started talking with a playful mood "Well isn't it all my favorite people, all waiting on a call from me, don't I feel special" The man responded with "Enough Orpheus tell us how did everything go were there any problems" The smile on Orpheus faded as he gave a more serious look "There were no major problems no. Everything went off fine all your chosen ones are here along with you know who" The man nodded his head "Good but what was the minor problem"

The Serious mood on Orpheus went away as a smile came to his lips "Oh nothing to crazy just one of your chosen ones making a bit of a commotion on there was in" he then looked at Freya who suddenly had a bad feeling and said "I must say Freya you picked one hell of a wild card, did you know he came to my camp crashing in? I must say I wasn't expecting that" Freya then responded with "Trust me when I say you've probable only seen the beginning" Orpheus then gave a questioning but also knowing look "Oh I don't doubt that, look at this" Then a image appeared in front of the group. The image was of when Seth was swinging his Scythe he materialized at the ice sphere. The image then started to play like a video and at the end of the video there were many shocked face. Orpheus voiced sounded out once again "Judging from you reaction you all saw what I saw correct?"

The man with the deeper voice sounded off with a question directed towards Freya "Where did you find him?" Freya then sighed and answer with no change to her face "The null realm" Once she said that everyone gave a even bigger shock then from the video. The man then asked "That isn't just any kind of wild card you have there, its a dangerous one, are you sure you can handle it" Freya's blank face slowly turn into a small smile and says "I know what I'm doing. I didn't just pick this soul on the fly. I've been keeping an eye on it for quite some time even up to how he arrived in the null in the first place so there no need to worry he's not like the last person form that realm. I know what kind of soul he has" The man responded "Very well, but let me make this clear if he does become a problem I hope you can take care of him." Freya's smile was replaced with a frown "Don't worry it will never come to that" The man stared at Freya and she stared back. For a couple of second there was no noise until the closed his eyes and sighed "*sigh*Alright I know better then to argue with you" the man then directed his voice toward everyone. "Now lets finally start this meeting" Once they started Freya turned her head away to look out the nearby window. A thought passed through her mind involving Seth, revolving or there meting, She then shook off that thought soon after it appeared then turned her head back to paid attention to the meeting, it was going to be a long night.
