10 Finally arrived

After it finished glaring at Seth it turned its had back to the front and continued to fly. After a minute Seth asked " Hey how close are we to the camp are we almost there" the dragon responded "it will be about another hour or so, you practically appeared in the farthest location from the camp." Seth complained in his mind"(Are you kidding me, come on Freya you couldn't put me somewhere closer.)" Then he asked the dragon "Couldn't you just increase your speed like you did when i was trying to climb on your back" The dragon responded "I'm trying to not be a inconvenience to the people around it would make my master look bad". Seth questioned in his head "(and doing what you did earlier doesn't count)". Anyway after realizing it was going to be a long flight Seth sighed then ask "If that's the case kind can I ask some general questions on my mind" The dragon sighed then said "I want to say no but I already know you'll just keep annoying me until I give you answers, right?" Seth nodded his head "yep pretty much" the dragons eyes started to twitch sighed again and mumbled "Why did i have to meet someone like you." It sighed one more time then spoke up "Anyway ask your questions hopefully time will go by faster."

The first thing Seth asked about was their location. From what Freya told him about the associations, each have there own symbols that represent them but from what he saw there was no such thing before his encounter with the dragon. He wasn't expecting to see them plastered everywhere but not seeing a single one was weird. The dragon's answer was that this place was one of many neutral sites.

These neutral sites are seen to many reapers as a area for rest. The dragon also went into detail on how each of the floating islands in a neutral area focused on a certain theme. For example there are islands that are for pure entertainment, so on that island you will find things like gaming arcades, sport or movies. Seth have to admit he was very confused on why reapers would need these facilities and when he asked the dragon it said it was because they were places for reapers to relax or let off steam since being a reapers can very stressful with the whole life at risk thing. When the dragon gave him these details the first thing the came to his mind was that these neutral islands were like huge malls that has everything a reaper could need.

This topic then lead to Seth's next question which was what was the currency for the reapers. He figured there has to be some way the reapers get all these things it can't just be free, and as it so happens its not, unfortunately. The currency reapers use are called soul points or sp for short. sp functions like normal money and is stored into the wristbands that hold peoples identifications. After hearing about the functions the wristband has Seth made a mental note to make sure to not lose it. Any back to the topic, most reapers get there sp from there missions from their association. The reason for why most and not all is because there is also freelancing work. These are little side missions that can help reapers rake in a little more dough while free from any missions given by their associations or for those that aren't a part of one

Apparently there are some reapers that don't make the cut for association or they just don't want to join them. You can think of them as reapers for hire a.k.a mercenary's. Now these reapers can get missions from almost anyone even neutral sites have a place to give out missions, however there are drawbacks to this. First, if they are not strong they of course won't get many well paid job. Second the pay from the missions they get are nowhere as good as the pay they can get from working in an association. Lastly their chance of death is much higher than what you might expect. Apparently there are many dangers in-between neutral zone and association. Seth was curious about what kind of dangers there where and wanted to learn more but the dragon complained about how it didn't want to wast its breath explaining all the dangers.

After that question was shot down the next thing Seth was curious about was how the neutral areas were ran, unfortunately the the dragon wasn't able to give him an answer since it also didn't know. All it could say was the law enforcement were all reapers above tier six, which just goes to show how much power this place has and why no association will have bad thoughts about the place. When Seth heard this he made another mental note in the list of mystery's that he would look into later since it seemed so interesting.

When Seth was about to ask his next question the dragon stated "Were here" As he looked in front of him all he could see was a huge island with many towering building. At the time the dragon was increasing it elevation giving me a better look at the whole island. As Seth looked at the island it was in the shape of a circle and if he had to estimate probably around 180 miles wide, he guess, maybe, . . . after thinking for a moment Seth gave up and scratched his head furiously "(oh who knows the exact details lets just say its a big freaking island)". Anyway in the center of the island was a building that if he had to make a guess he'd guess it was the camp I mean it looked important enough.

As they got closer to the camp Seth stated "Welp, it looks like our time together is coming to a close, it almost brings a tear to my eye, but i also can't wait to land" Then the dragon laughed and said "Who said anything about landing" When it finished it last words Seth got a very bad feeling in his stomach and before he could react the dragon flipped upside down letting him free fall to the ground. As Seth was falling he yelled "ARE YOU KIDDING ME". the dragon responded "Hmph don't worry with your body you won't die, but it will be painful. also think of this as revenge for treating a lady so harshly" Of course at this time he couldn't care to much for what she was saying and was more concerned about the ground getting closer. Right before he hit the ground he heard an obnoxious dragon roaring in laughter.
