12 Before Orientation

When Seth awoke the first feeling he got was exhaustion "(God I feel exhausted i guess putting your all into that energy takes it out of you i got to remember not to do that move again unless i'm prepared.)" After laying up and putting his legs at the edge of the bed he took a look around the room, and from what he could gander it looked similar to a nursing clinic. Seth then heard a door opening to his side and when he looked a elderly women came in and when she saw he was awake, without any change in expression to her face she said "Oh good your awake, now get out"

When Seth heard the old woman he was caught off by her words "Well hello to you too, and I will leave but before i leave can you tell me where am I or if better where i'm suppose to go" The elderly made an exasperated sigh and mumbled "This is why I hate new reapers always one question after another" She sighed once again then said "Fine since your new, lets start with your location, currently you are on campuses and for where you need to go you should probably head to the orientation for the new arrivals." as she was talking she walked towards Seth and grabbed his arm and pulled him towards the door. Once they were close she said "Now that I have answered your questions get out so I can prepare for the busy months ahead" she then shoved Seth out the door into a hallway and slammed it behind.

Seth turned around a yelled back "Hey how am I suppose to get to orientation I don't have a map to this place." The lady opened the door again and threw a folded up paper at his face and said "go to the assembly hall" then slammed the door again. He sighed and picked up the folded paper and opened it to see if he could get any idea where specifically he was at in the campus. The map had a design where it was separated into three section. On the left section was the second floor, on the center was the main floor, lastly there was the third floor on the right along with a small box for the roof. When Seth tried to find out his location he realized he had a bit of a problem, nothing was labeled. When he looked at the squares or rectangles that he assume were rooms nothing had a label or anything to identify what each room was. Seth grumbled and looked around hoping to see someone unfortunately there wasn't a soul in sight. Seth then looked back at the nursing door and contemplated rather to ask for more information but decided it would probably be better not to.

He sighed then mumbled to himself "now how am i suppose to get to the assembly hall". That was when the map in Seth hand started shining. Shock by what it was doing he quickly opened up the map and on it he saw a red dot formed next to a room than now said nursing on the second floor. The red line then started to move leaving a red trail going down many direction then finally stopping somewhere on the first floor outside next to a giant square that then formed the words Assembly hall. When Seth saw this he couldn't understand why the map suddenly did what it did but he wasn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth so he began following the trail on the map.

As Seth began following the route that was given he took the time to take a look around and take in some of the sights. As he did he noticed something strange "(This place is weird, the outside looks like a castle but the inside looks like a normal building, nothing close to its outside appearance like I saw before i was dropped off." As he continued walking and getting closer to the assembly hall he started to see some people in the distance all walking to a building were the map was leading him. Seeing people Seth couldn't help but comment "Finally civilization, it was creepy walking in the building with no noise." As he got close to the people and they started to notice him, he began to realize that some of them where giving a scared look and keep their distance as if Seth was some known bully around campus. Seeing this Seth scratched his head in confusion "(Why are they looking at me like that I haven't done anything . . . yet)" He then shrugged his shoulders and put the question in the back of his mind and continued he way to the entrance.

Once Seth made it inside he saw many people taking seats that all faced a small stage. As he began to look around for a seat a familiar woman sitting by herself with a gap of three chairs on each side. Seeing the free seats Seth decided to make his way towards her. He thought It would be nice to be next to someone he already talked to plus sitting next to a beautiful women can be a pretty good bonus. As he was getting closer he began to feel the reason as to why no one was sitting to close to her. She was letting of this aura that was blandly sending a message that if you got to close to her then she probably kill you. For Seth it was a little unconformable when he first started feeling it but after a few seconds it didn't really bother him anymore. Once he was near her she took noticed of his presence. Seeing her look his way Seth gave a smile and waved at her then made way his way next to her and said "Hey nice to see you again, mind if i sit next to you" the woman stared at Seth for a second the responded "Sure" Hearing a positive response the smile on Seth's face grew a little and responded with "Sweet" then sat on her left side. After sitting down Seth looked toward the woman and introduced himself again "Well I introduced myself earlier during that whole fiasco but let me introduce again properly, the names Seth, a new employee to this whole reaper thing nice to meet you" Then woman returned his introduction with her own "Nice to meet you the names Ember and I'm in the same boat as you" Seth nodded his head "Nice to meet you Ember" then asked " I'm hoping I could ask you some questions that been bugging me since I woke up" Ember tilted her head to the side and asked "what kind of questions" Seth responded with "just some simple one nothing complex I assure you" she didn't respond right away but took a minute to think then said "fine but in return I want to ask you some questions" hearing this Seth tilted his head in confusion then said "Sure there no problem with that but I might not be able to answer much." she responded with "that's fine"

Seth responded "Really, okay then do you mind if i go first?" she nodded her head "Great so first off was it you that took me to the nurses room after i passed out or did someone else?" Ember shook her head and said "No it wasn't me. A few seconds after you passed out you suddenly disappear then some man appeared in the air and said to go to this building and wait for further instructions" Hearing this a questioning look appeared on Seth's face"(huh I guess that man must have put me in the nurse office, i wonder why.)"

Ember then asked her question straight to the point "How do you know that dragon?" Seth answered with a shrug of his shoulders. "I don't really know her she was just my ride to this camp. If I had to give a review on the ride I would give it a 1 out of 5 it wasn't a very enjoyable one and she was really rude" Hearing Seth's response Ember just gave him a blank look on her face like she couldn't process what he just said. After a second she sighed then said "you really don't know who she was do you?" Seth nodded his head "Yep no clue but I do know what sets her off, also on the topic of the dragon what happen to her after I passed out I highly doubt she just up and left after just one shot" she nodded her head and said " Yeah she tried to send another one at you but before she could that man I mentioned earlier appeared and I guess they knew each other cause they started talking with each other unfortunately I couldn't hear what they were saying but whatever it was ended with the dragon leaving though it did seem reluctant to do that" Seth thought for a second then said "huh I guess whoever that man was is a big deal on the campus" ember nodded her head in agreement.

She then asked her next question which was "Do you know exactly how or what you did to slice that snow globe in half." Seth shook his head "not really I kinda just copied what I did by instinct during an event that happened on my way here, but if I had to take a shot in the dark it would probably have to relate in some way to Mana." Confirming Seth guess Ember answered with " your assumption is correct". As Seth was about to ask his next question the lights in the area started to dim and then a voice echoed "Welcome all newbies to my magnificent camp wonderfully called Arius I am the magnificent ruler of this camp Orpheus."

As the man finished speaking he suddenly appeared on stage in a grand manner. He appeared sitting on a chair that looked like it was from a kingdoms throne room. He was sitting with one leg on his knee and his elbow on the arm rest holding his head that had a wide smile pasted on his face. He look like he was around he 30 wearing some fancy black tuxedo. As Seth looked at Orpheus he heard ember whisper "That is the man that appeared after you disappeared." Seth whispered back "Looks like I was right in him being a big deal just didn't realize how big." As Seth looked at him he seemed to take notice of it and looked over at Seth and stared right at him. As he did his smile on his face changed a little. It was a change Seth didn't like, to Seth it was a smile of someone who just found something new to play with.
