18 Chapter 18

*Jamie's POV*

"Hi Jamie, we need to talk." She said trying to sound her voice as innocent, as sweet it could be, but we all knew deep inside what we could see. A goblin filled with jealousy and greed that she refuses to see anybody love anybody but her.

I stood there silently as I exactly knew what she wanted to say. "What may I help you with?"

"I know you don't like me," She said acting all friendly and smiling harmlessly.

"You're right, I don't." Her smile died down.

"Okay, so you know how Damian and I were dating back then and there were some complications..." Okay, I'm gonna break this bitch.

"Your complication being you sleeping around with seniors and publicly humiliating him and running off with the senior that would benefit you the most... yes, I knew."

"Listen here you-"

"No, listen here you bitch, I know exactly what you want to talk about. You came back here because it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows in college was it now. Your academically challenged brain couldn't handle the pressure of top-tier college and daddy's bank account couldn't keep up with the fee or he couldn't bribe the teachers to give you a perfect grade, so you had no other choice but to turn tails and come back here. You then saw your ex-boyfriend all happy with somebody else which you couldn't handle, so here you are now, trying to get his attention but instead, he's giving you the cold shoulder but your prideful ass can't handle him being happy without you. And here you are trying to ask me to back off and break up with him aren't you? Well, guess what bitch, I'm not going to do that. Frankly, because I love him way too much and also because I can always see your very irritated face every time you see him happy with me." I said with one breath everybody walking in that hallway looked at us with a surprised look. But her face... hoho... her face was amazing to look at. Her face told me that I was right on the mark. She kept opening her mouth to say something, but she couldn't. The final bell rang and I walked into my classroom, not before I turned back at her, "If you try to approach him in any way, I will make you pay." and went inside.

When I entered my class, everybody looked at me in awe but Jane, on the other hand, looked like a proud mama and so did Mrs. Davis.

"Lol you sure told her off, what did she want anyway?" Jane asked as I sat down.

"I don't know, didn't give her a chance to speak," I said with a smirk.

*(At lunch)*

"How was the test, Damian?" I asked as he sat down at our table. For some reason, He and his friends decided to join us, Jane, Dennis, and me, for lunch.

"Would you let me sit down first," He cried. "And I did well on the test, thanks to my tutor here." He praised giving me a peck on my cheek.

"Aww, you two are so sweet that I'm getting diabetes," Jane said. "So, give him another peck as a reward for what he did before the first period." Jane blabbed. Honestly, this girl has no plug.

"What happened?" Damian asked, not before kissing me again.

"Cindy confronted Jamie before the class started."

"What." He jumped, attracting attention. "Are you okay?" He asked with concern.

"I'm fine, and besides she got an earful from me," I said as I took a bite of my lunch. I don't know why but the seemingly disgusting lunch tasted okay today.

"What did she want?" Max asked.

"I don't know, I told her off before she said anything. But I do know what she wanted."

"What?" They all asked in unison.

"Probably to break up with Damian." When I said that, Damian's expression got scarier. He then suddenly jumped up but before he could walk away, I stopped him. "Where are you going?"

"I'm gonna give that bitch a piece of my mind, that's where I'm going." He said with anger in his voice.

"Again, as I said, I shut her up. She won't try to bother me but she will go after you." I comforted him.

"She can try, but she won't succeed." He said sitting back down. I gave a gentle peck on his cheek. "What was that for?" He asked giving me one.

"Just cause."

"Get a room you two!" Max yelled.

"Hey, why don't we go to the mall today?" Jane suggested.

"It's Monday Jane and Mondays are not fun days. But Sundays are." Dennis said in a monotone voice. He always hated Mondays.

"You're no fun sometimes." She booed.

"But, since we have back-to-back exams, let's have a group study instead," I suggested and everyone groaned.

"Geez, how do you have a boyfriend?" Jane said folding her arms over her chest. I looked at her like she was crazy, which she is.

"Well, I'm going," Damian said.

"Fine, we'll go to. If Damian can take a test with ease, then Jamie might be one hell of a teacher." Andrew mocked.

"I will punch you."

"Anywho, our house?" I asked looking at Joseph. He nodded in approval.

"Let's do this, WOOH!" Max yelled excitedly. But our excitement was cut short as the bell rang and we all dispersed to our classes but Damian had other plans. He dragged me towards the gym which was surprisingly empty. Damian wrapped his large body around my small one, resting his head against my shoulder.

"What's wrong?"

"Please don't leave me..."

"I'm not going to, why would you think that?" I asked with concern.

"I don't know... but please, I don't want to lose you." He said with a shaky voice.

"Damian, you have given me a chance to fall in love again, I wouldn't dream of leaving you. You are the best thing that has happened to me and I love you more than anything else in this world and I'm not letting anything or anyone come in between us." Listening to what I said he eased his mind.

He let go but not before kissing me. People started gathering around the gym which caused me to push Damian away abruptly, making us laugh. We then walked to our class, hand-in-hand.
