NICK'S POINT OF VIEW

(I can't believe I just jumped in front of what could possibly be extremely painful. I'll do anything for Kim. She has stolen my heart completely. If this is the last thing that I do, I'll die happy. I want her to be happy and I'll do anything to protect her. I think I might even be in love with her)

All these thoughts run through Nick's mind in moments before a big table will be hitting him any second now. He only focuses on you and he jumps onto you letting you fall to the ground, protecting you with his body. He feels how the table slams into his back. The pain that he experience is excruciating. The table folds around his back and then hits the top of his back with the sharp end of the table.

He makes sure that your face and body are covered and the table rolls further on. He slowly gets up on his elbows and then takes the hair out of your face.

"Kim, are you okay?"
