His eyes are begging you to give him the drug and you know that he is going to need it. You do not want him to hurt that leg any more than it already is but you also know that he would have been able to walk on it by tomorrow. So, if he maybe keeps of the leg for today it might be okay for tomorrow. You nod your head in surrender to his request and he pulls you in for a tight hug.

"Thank you, doc. You will not regret it"

"Now, you just wait a minute, mister. You are going to have to do exactly what I say otherwise, I will never forgive myself for giving you this drug. Firstly, you have to keep off your leg today and you have to do your best to not even step on it a little"

"I promise"

"Secondly, you have to take the drug one hour before and not a minute earlier when you need it and then get off your leg as soon as possible when you are finished?"

"I can do that"

"...and thirdly, I am coming with you..."
