They can even evolve a beast to platinum rank.

As one cultivated life force, their spiritual energy also increases alongside. When a normal cultivator reaches Silver rank they can their first sign master-subordinate with a monster, unlike Imperial tamer who can sign a contract or even two each rank.

Due to this a normal cultivator only has limited no. of contract slots and beast should at the most be at your realm or lower.

And if you try to sign a contract with a monster above you cultivation realm, there are high possibilities of suffering spiritual backlash and in the worst-case scenario, you can even die. Hence a silver rank cultivator can only sign a contract with a beast of rank silver rank and if he wants to rank up or evolve he would have to go to Imperial beast cultivators.

There are no more 10000 primary rank Imperial beasts cultivators in the whole Empire with population over a hundred trillion. From this, u can imagine what being an Imperial beast cultivator implies.

As for Imperial Beast cultivator of higher rank, they are even more scarce.
