39 There Are Many Ways to Aggravate Someone

After Uncle Chen left, Lin Qianyi rubbed her head, feeling rather conflicted.

The corners of Lin Qianyi's lips twitched. She rolled her eyes. "Yes, yes, yes. My dress is very common while your gown is regal and elegant," Lin Qianyi said in exasperation as she surveyed Su Xiaoqing, who had done herself up splendidly.

"Of course, who do you think I am?"

Su Xiaoqing was extremely smug and self-satisfied after hearing her best friend's praises.

But she quickly recomposed herself. They were talking about Lin Qianyi's outfit now, not about hers.
