Chapter 260

"I'm glad that all of you are here." Hood started over breakfast after a day when the shopping spree had gone wrong and Daniel had been possessed. 

"How are you feeling Daniel?" Hood asked, he was seated on one head of the table where the head of the family sat, Lucky sat on the right side of the table right after him, followed by Daniel. On his left side was Minerva then Ram. The following sixteen seats were free and empty. 

"Not bad though I feel weak and lazy." Daniel responded before letting out a yawn. Lucky, who had his eyes on the large green colored stone ring that Hood had worn on his index finger, could feel Minerva's eyes on him. 

He did not look back at the witch and simply ignored him. 

"You should rest more, however, you should really be grateful that Lucky here pulled it out right in time before any more damage could be caused." Hood answered.
