2 The Delivery

Rebeccas POV

It's Monday February 14 and Rebecca has never felt lonelier than this dreading day and that is Valentine's Day.

She was again alone for the holiday of love.

It pained her to see everyone in her life find love and be with somebody.

She envied them.

Saying she wanted to find love was an understatement she was desperate.

It's not like she hadn't tried dating, because she had many many many times and they were either never her type or she wasn't there's.

The only upside to her life was the children she taught, yes, she was young to be teaching kids who still needed to know the ABC's but she loved every second of it, it made her feel less lonely.

Unfortunately for today though the kids weren't bothering Rebecca with millions of questions instead they were sharing out their valentines candy and giving notes, some were even giving smooches on the cheeks and hugs to one another.

Even the kindergarteners found someone they can share the holiday with. This made Rebecca even worse.

"M-miss sanders?"

Hearing the sound of a child trying to get her attention got Rebecca out of a daze.

She moved a bit in her Spiny chair to face the 6 year old boy.

To her surprise he had a single red rose and a heart box of chocolates in his hands.

Her face softened and it was like for a second all her moping had gone away.

"Thank you so much Benny" she reaches her hand out to get the gifts from young Bennys hands when suddenly he pulls his hands back and starts shaking his head furiously.

"NO, these aren't for you Miss sanders there for Ashley".

Rebecca froze and had a dumb look placed upon her face.

"I-I want you to give these gifts to Ashley please".

He then again starts to give Rebecca the gifts.

Rebecca still a bit shock by the rejection just smiles and nods while taking the gifts.

Benny smiles wide and thanks Rebecca while running back to his friends.

If Rebecca didn't look like she was miserable a few minutes ago she definitely worse now.

But as sad that made her feel she did what Benny wished and gave the gifts to Ashley and telling her their from Benny which only made Ashley giddy.

A few minutes had passed and the bell for the end of the day had rung and kids where already ready and were running out of the doors.

Rebecca head just fell on the desk and a loud groan came out of her.

"Hahaha what's the matter?, have the kids finally wore you out".

Rebecca didn't even have to look up to know that, that voice belonged to one of her close besties.

"Maaakkaaayyylllaaa"Rebecca groaned.

"Jeez they got you that good?"Replied Makayla.

Rebecca lifted up her head and looked at Makayla with a sadden look.

Makayla soon realized that it wasn't the kids who got Rebecca feeling blue.

"Sasha, go tell to your father I won't be back to make dinner and that he will take you home".

Rebecca looked down now noticing Makayla's daughter Sasha who was in 1st grade.

As soon as Makayla was done speaking her daughter had ran out.

"Come on girl tell your dear friend what got you down in the dumps".

Rebecca sighed and told Makayla that she wanted love and that she was tired of being alone.

Makayla understood now and felt the need to help her dear friend.

"If you want to experience what love feels like then I think I can help you".

Rebecca suddenly became interested.

"You could get a android".

"A android?" repeated Rebecca.

"Yes, they have boyfriend androids that you can buy". Makayla smirked at Rebecca.

"I don't know I mean I want real love, a real relationship".

"Believe me my cousin has a android and it looks at her with utmost love, like a real person!"

Rebecca just kept staring at Makayla.

Makayla sighed and pulled out her phone and typed in loveriod.com.

"Look the android males are HOT and they come in any and everything".

"Ok, let's say I want to buy one, how will I afford it, I mean look at that one".

Rebecca pointed to a devilishly handsome Asian man with a eight pac whose price was $1020.

Makayla sucked through her teeth.

"Yeah they are pricey but hey if you want love so badly it's worth it right".

Rebecca didn't say anything.

Makayla punched Rebeccas left shoulder.

"Owe, hey that hurt".

"Don't feel down, come on I know we can find at least one male to catch your interest".

Makayla smiled brightly at Rebecca to the point where Rebecca gave in.

6 HOURS LATER.

"Omg it's 10:00 I have to get home girl and you have to drive me".

Rebecca nodded, "I'm surprised they let us stay here that long though" Rebecca giggled.

"They probably think we were doing something extra important" grinned Makayla.

As soon as the two of them were outside they got into the car and drove to Makayla's house.

Rebecca waited for Makayla to get in her little house safely before she drove again.

When she was safely at home too she immediately opened up her phone back to loveriod.com.

She didn't admit it but she liked what she saw on the androids and yet she was scanning over so many great choices.

She didn't know why she just didn't pick one already but she had a feeling that she would know that she found the one once she saw his face.

MEANWHILE****

Mrs brown POV

When Mrs brown was in bed she instantly got her phone and checked an 1 hour ago notification saying that the "transporters" got the package and was now bringing it to....Berlin!

Mrs brown was about to drop the phone then and there.

She was freaking out the weapon was going to Germany, that was far to the place it actually needed to be.

She knew that she could be killed for such a huge mistake like this even worse her family could be terminated.

Tears started to form in her eyes but she quickly composed herself, she needed to stop that delivery.

She dialed the number she called to come across the same person she talked to earlier.

"Hello thanks for-"

Mrs brown interrupted her from finishing and was basically yelling into the phone.

"STOP, I NEED YOU TO STOP, CANCEL ANYTHING JUST STOP MY DELIVERY!"

The lady on the phone was shocked to say the very least by the yelling she had just received.

"I am sorry but who are you and-"

"YOU KNOW WHO I AM!".

The women in the phone took a second to realize that she was talking to the women she talked to 6 hours ago.

"Oh yes I remember now sorry for forgetting, what seems to be the matter?"

"I WANT YOU TO CANCEL MY DELIVERY!"

"Cancel it?, I'm sorry but we can't do that".

"WHY NOT?!" Cried Mrs brown.

"Because the package has already been delivered and is now going through the procedures".

Mrs brown she screamed into the phone.

Then like something hit her and she realized what the woman said.

"Wait what procedure?"

"Well ma'am you see your android had only "bodyguard" like motives it couldn't be selled just yet so we added affection, sexual, and witty also just so our customers know who we are and what the android we do, we put a introduction for when it first wakes up. We put this in its code so it could be suited".

"S-suited for what?"

"Ma'am you seem to be confused do you know who we are and what we do?"

"I am confused I thought you guys were just transporters".

"Well that's one thing we do but we aren't known for that, ma'am you have contacted loveriod a company that sells androids to single people looking for a relationship".

Mrs brown went wide eyed and didn't speak.

She had just given the weapon to people who were using it as a sex machine.

On perfect timing, Mrs brown had remembered what she had done yesterday.

Mrs brown had made a humongous mistake.

"The women continued: Ma'am if there is a problem you can bring it up to my boss I'm sure he will fix this mistake".

And with that the phone was disconnected.

Mrs brown dropped the phone making it fall on the floor.

And just when Mrs brown was about to have a mental breakdown there was a small knock.

"Mommy?"

"Joshua what are you doing up?"

"I heard you screaming, mommy you ok?"

From what she saw Joshua just got out of bed, his brown hair was messy and going all directions and his blue pjs were ruffled up.

Mrs brown sighed, she had forgotten that her son was sleeping.

"I'm sorry Joshua I'm ok" she lied.

She put on a fake smile and told Joshua that she was thankful for him checking up on her and told him to go back to bed.

Joshua nodded and slowly went back to his room shutting the door behind him.

She was exhausted and scared but she knew she had to get some sleep before her husband got home and started asking her why she was up and what's wrong.

She later her head and forced her eyes shut hoping this was all a dream that she could wake from but it was not.

Soon though she did drift into a dark slumber.

MEANWHILE

Rebeccas POV

It had turned 10:42 and Rebecca felt like she

was losing hope of finding her loveriod.

She had looked at all the options but none were catching her eye.

"Maybe I should check the new androids" she mumbled.

She selected the newest androids button and the first android that she saw made her heart throb.

She had finally found what she was looking for and that was a android that had come in a few minutes ago.

He was incredibly handsome and ripped but not to ripped to the point were he looked like the hulk, he had blue eyes and hazel hair, and his jaw was sharp.

Rebecca wanted to touch him so badly now.

She bits her button lip and unconsciously press buy now button.

It made a Ka Ching sound that snapped Rebecca out her daydream.

Her eyes went wide and she realized that she had just bought a $1600 android.

Her mouth had dropped, she was excited,and worried.

She had so many questions swarming in her head.

Could she really take care of an android?

Could she really love him?

Could she seriously be anymore stupider?

Could the android even love?

she glanced right back at her phone seeing that she had just got a message from loveriod.

She opened it.

"Thank you for buying one of are androids, it seems that your account is new to loveriod

and we give discounts to new users so we would like to give you a free discount. Your package will arrive at 11:00 am tomorrow. Also please contact one of our employees if you have any questions. Thank you again".

Well that's one of her problems solved she now only had to pay $800.

Yet it still didn't ease her nervousness.

She sat there for a second before slapping her cheeks together with her hands and sprang up.

If the android was coming to her small house then she better clean up.

With that she vacuumed,scrubbed, and dusted the house until it was brand new and shiny.

She was now exhausted though and decided to get into bed before she fainted.

That night she had a nice peaceful dream about what would tomorrow be like.

She thought it was going to be normal day like any other but just with a robot boyfriend, but for what tomorrow had in store it wasn't going to be like any old day for tomorrow was going to be interesting.....
