2 CHAPTER.02 MY NAME IS AGREYTA

Introduce my name is Agreyta Caroline, people call me Agrey. I'm a student at a university, I majored in S1 Business Management and English Literature. I live in Central Jakarta, Indonesia.

I am an only child with no siblings, my father is a pastor and my mother is a bridal boutique businesswoman and party dresses and suits. My father's name is Michael William and my mother's name is Sonya Setiawan.

As usual I'm still alone, still don't have a partner. I don't know when, but I believe that one day God will give the best at the right time and when I'm ready.

I have a close friend named Joana, we are both in the same campus but in different majors, Joana has a bachelor's degree in Computer Accounting. We often spend time together whether it's going on vacation or just walking at the mall.

Joana often stays at my house, because her parents often go out of the country and the city for business. Joana and I are like brothers, we are both only children.

Joana also doesn't have a partner until now, not because she's not beautiful but she is too picky about her partner. There was once an application from a child among officials but was rejected because he was not handsome.

However, we rarely go together because our course schedules are different. But in my spare time Joana stopped by my house. We talked to each other, shared laughter and jokes. We've been friends for a long time since we were in middle school.

The tastes and hobbies are almost the same, the couple's tastes are also the same. We both like men who are handsome, successful and calm. But yes, we haven't met yet. Guess who got a partner first, me or Joana.

Night at my house

After I came home from campus, I immediately cleaned up. Then I took a break because today was very tiring for me so many college assignments I had to finish.

I just listened to music for a while, suddenly a gust of wind entered my room, apparently I forgot to close my bedroom window. After that I fell asleep only about 30 minutes, I heard a male voice whisper in my ear and say.

"Soon I will come my dear Agreyta, I miss you" . And I dreamed again seeing the figure of that man smiling at me and it felt so real. I got up from my bed and washed my face. I'm very confused why I always dream of the figure of a handsome man with cold hands.

The night passes and the morning comes

Agreyta immediately prepared to go to campus, coincidentally today my schedule and Joana are the same, she picked me up to go to campus together. On the sidelines of the trip Agreyta told her dream to Joana.

Joana : Why do you look so different, aren't you excited?

Agreyta : That dream again Jo, I don't understand what the dream means.

Joana : Ohhh never mind maybe that is the answer from God if he is your soul mate later.

Agreyta : huhhh... I don't know, I'm dizzy every night always having the same dream Jo.

Joana : Already... just think positive.

When Joana and I have arrived at campus, I got off first while Joana parked her sports car. Before entering my class I met my senior brother named Raul. He asked me to talk for a while, I didn't know what he was going to talk about, it turned out that Raul wanted to take me to his brother's wedding.

Raul : Gray can you accompany me to my cousin's wedding, please.

Agreyta : Duh, I'm so sorry, Raul, I already have an appointment with Joana to go on vacation together to Australia. Brother, invite other friends.

Raul : Yes...in fact I have promised my cousin I will bring a partner.

Agreyta : Well, in fact, I really can't, we're not a couple after all. Sorry I want to go to class okay because the lecturer has arrived.

Time passed quickly without realizing it, Joana went to my class to pick me up to go home together. Agreyta told Joana Raul's invitation. Joana used to also date Raul but Joana immediately asked for a break up because Raul was always flirtatious with anyone.

Agreyta : You know Brother Raul, is he not deterred, he still wants to be close to me. I'm so lazy. I never like him hahahaha.

Joana : Hahahaa College playboy. Luckily, I was caught before, I hurriedly asked for a break up. Just a mediocre face pretending to be a playboy.

Joana : Come on let's go home

Finally they headed for the car and went home together , when I got home I saw from 100 meters away there were two big trucks . Looks like someone has moved, everything is luxurious.

At Agreyta's residence

Dad : Hey Agreyta my daughter , how was your college happy?

Agreyta : I'm happy, dad, but I have a lot of work to do, oh yeah, dad, there's someone who just moved.

Back to Agreyta's house

After I finished cleaning up, I felt like having a snack and wanted to sit on the terrace outside my room. When I stepped my foot towards the front porch of my room. Agreyta : Whose rose is this? Hey, you fine spirits who are already jailed. Discard no waste no . Ohh this is make me so confusing, never mind like Joana said just think positive, maybe it's a sign of goodness for me.

Not long after, a shadowy figure of my subtle friend named Jinny appeared. He is my best friend from childhood, yes a friend but from among good spirits.

Jinny : what's wrong you look worried

Agreyta : Jinny do you know who put the white rose?

Jinny: I don't know, I just arrived.

Agreyta : Look at the traces

Not long after Jinny disappeared , Agreyta entered the room again and continued my sleep because it was already 11 o'clock at night . Tomorrow there will be a lot of assignments waiting on campus, maybe Agreyta will come home late tomorrow.
