4 First night

Maybe it was just the wind, but something have brushed the skin in her neck and caress Sol as she was sleeping. She was thinking it could be just her mom checking on her. She was so sleepy and her whole body was aching.

She doesn't want to move, and the comforter was too warm she fell like she was in heaven. Little did she know someone was looking at her.

With a pair of eyes lurking in the shadow. Sol suddenly felt the presence and remains calm. The door opens and she hear some footstep approaching. Her body was facing the balcony so she couldn't see if it was her Mom. So she tried to face the door and saw a black figure standing at the edge of the bed. It was pitch black and she screams!

But no voice came out, she tried to move but her body was rooted and paralyze. Then, without notice, the shadow shrieks and runs up and starts choking her but she knew who is this by smell. The rotten smell was always the same. Emitting in the air, and would stock to her nose. This smell is really familiar and she would never forget. The shadow touches her face slowly whispering words she can't hear just like some winds. Then a slap wakes her up completely, Charity hug her tightly and was screaming her name.

"Sol! Wake up! Wake up! Please!"

"Mommy!" a single tear went out.

" Did it happen again?"

"Yes and it keeps on getting stronger, " she paused and try to catch some air "this time he was whispering words- words that doesn't make any sense at all."

Charity knows about this, about Sol having sleep paralysis and already consulted some doctors for help.

She went through a therapy process, such as counselling or hypnotherapy, to help her cope.

Tricyclic antidepressants (TA) and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) -usually used to treat depression – was her drugs to keep her more relaxed.

That was the reason why Charity already consider settling down to her hometown. Sol session determines her stress was actually rooting to the lifestyle they have, moving from one city to another, meeting new people, and adjusting to a new environment.

Charity was so adrift that she didn't notice Sol was back at sleep again. She cry a little for all of her short commings to this little creature.

She pat her head a little more and hug her tightly before both of them fell asleep together.
