Ms. Perfect's Secret

Hi my name is Jesse, and I'm in highschool with the biggest crush on the most popular girl in school. Everyone knows her. She is the princess of the school, she's just so pretty, and she's gorgeous. I wish I could be with her and claim her as my own. When she smiles she puts the sun to shame. The way her eyes sparkle makes the moon cry. She is just so perfect. She's an angel sent from heaven.

I know I have no chance with her but I keep telling myself this,"you know that there is that 99% chance that your crush will never like you but that 1% keeps you going." I stick to this because I want to believe that I still have a chance with her.

But she has a big secret that no one knows. No one knows what species she is. She never shows her ears or tail. Everyone wants to know what she is because that puts you in a rank and if you're low rank people treat you differently. Let me break it down for you.

There are only 4 ranks, first are the Wolfs! Wolves are top rank because they are the strongest, but it's hard for us to find love because the stereotype for wolves is that they were too clingy and very very VERY protective. Most wolves hide their identity because having those stereotypes no one wants to be with someone who cares so much that they will do anything for you. What happened to all the girls who wanted a gentleman! People think being a wolf is cool because of how strong you are but I rather be weak and loved then be strong and unloved.

Next rank is number 3 and that rank is taken by the dogs. Dogs are happy-go-lucky they are the social butterflies of the ranks. They are funny, goofy, and athletic people. In my opinion they talk too much and they are known for not being the smartest of species. But my best friend is a dog and he is pretty smart so he can be an exception.

Next rank is number 2 going to the cats. Cat people are the smart ones other than the dogs. But I don't know if it's just me but it seems like cat people or either emo/gothic or just over sexulized. Anyways cats are known for being flexible, good at math and science, and also they love to talk shit about others. They are the worst people to get on their bad side. They get mean.

The last rank goes to the mice and bunnies. If you are in this ranking people see you as either pray or use and abuse them. It's a hard life for number 1 ranks. Mice are the tiniest and cutest people you can ever see. They are known for their big eyes. Mice are very smart but very shy and quiet. They like to be alone and unbothered. Now bunnies, even though mice and bunnies have the same ranking people still see bunnies the lowest ranking. People say that bunnies are rank 0. They say this because bunnies have an abnormal heat cycle and the only way for them to stop their heat cycle is to take special pills or do it the natural way. Many people take advantage of that and use them for pleasure. That's why bunnies are most likely to be selling themself on the streets. Nature really said,"fuck you" to the bunny race.

So that's all the ranking for you.

But as always people talk about it. They always try to figure out what she is. It's like a game to them. How I see it is I don't, cuz I know how it feels not wanting people to find out what rank you are. Even though I'm supposed to be strong I always have my tail between my legs because I'm scared of what people will think. I guess I'm just scared of rejection, and maybe she is too.
