My Long Lost Lover

A handsome and successful celebrity, Park Shin Woo, 26 years old, singer and songwriter, is reading a book in his library. As he finishes reading the book, he goes to search for another one to read. 'School bell rings. Year 2008, February 7'

I was sitting on the last bench where I usually sit, actually this seat belongs to Choi Ae Ra, who has a huge crush on me. So I took the advantage to trade her seat with mine, because by sitting there, I could clearly see the girl I like, Oh Sa Rang. She is perfect. No words can describe her beauty. To me, she is an angel. Of course, she is to everyone. Every guy wants to date her, every girl wants to be her. And there I am, I stand no chance. I have no money to use as a bait, or fairness to make her fall. Then there is my biggest enemy, Lee Bo Sung, who keeps bugging her. But she actually likes him. Of course, who wouldn't? He has money, his family runs a big company which also sponsors our school which makes his father the director of this school, and which then makes him the heir of the school and the heir of his family's company. Who else has a more brighter future than him? He cannot be expelled from the school even if he doesn't learn or by being a thug, of course, he's a total thug. And he is handsome, too. Wherever he goes, that is where the girls are. Compared to Lee Bo Sung, I am nothing. My father is just his family's lawyer, which makes him the servant of Lee Bo Sung. He has been their family's employee for over 30 years. That makes me feel more inferior to him.

When we were young, Bo Sung and I used to be best friends. But he has everything while I have little. Besides me and him, there used to be another friend, Song Ha Jung. He too has a rich family, so I am the only one left. But that is not it, there is more. Me, Bo Sung and Ha Jung, used to play basketball in Bo Sung's yard every evening. One day, while we were playing, a dog suddenly appeared. We were excited to catch it, we chased it and it ran outside. Then the dog ran down the main road, as we three were afraid to run into the traffic, Bo Sung decided to play Rock, Paper and Scissors, so that the loser will go and take the dog. But Ha Jung insist on playing the game and said that we should just get back. But Bo Sung cried, so in order to let him stop, Ha jung and I played the game. He lost, so he went to take the dog. He brought back the dog safe and sound, but the necklace which he kept inside his pocket fell off that he ran back. Ha Jung got hit by a truck, and was taken to a hospital. 5 hours later, we lost him. From that day, Bo Sung and I seperated each other from our lives, we destroyed our friendship, because I blamed him for Ha Jung's death. Of course, it was his fault. If only he didn't cry for the dog to be taken, Ha Jung would still be here with us.
