A place where rich and powerful people send there spare children.

What is a spare child you ask?

It's simple, in a family that is powerful and rich there is only use for two children, the first child will inherit the family fortune and business when the parents die, and the second child is basically a back up plan in case the first child turns out to be a major screw up.

And than there are the spare children.

Now if you were born and you aren't the first or second child you are considered a spare.

So they ship you off to a boarding school that's in Maine and wish you the best.

Lummin academy is made up of ten large buildings,

1- K-5 grade

2- 6-8 grade

3- 9-12 grade

4- first college building

5-second college building

6-third college building

7-Girls dorm

8- Boys dorm

9- mess hall

10- administration

I've been at Lummin academy since I was six.

I am technically the second in my family but that since I was the product of an affair my parents hid my mother's pregnancy and than shipped me off to my aunt's until I was old enough to inroll in the academy.

When I see my family for the holidays or the summer they always pretend I'm an orphan that they took on.

And everyone believes them because I look NOTHING like the rest of my family.

While they all have pale white skin,

blonde hair, brown eyes, and tall beautifully thin figures.

I take after my biological father.

My skin is a deep chocolate brown, and I have a light dusting of pure white freckles on the bridge of my nose and my shoulders.

My eyes are large and framed with long white lashes that are the same color as my eyebrows and waist length curly hair,

my eyes are also two different colors,

My left being a deep forest green and my right a clear sea blue.

Unlike my family I have curves on my body and I am only 5"1.

But most people don't know what I look like because of the routine I do every morning.

The first step Is a shower,

Than I sit at my small vanity and put foundation on to cover my strange white freckles.

Next I take Elmer's glue and put it on certain parts of my face and let it dry, then I go back over it with foundation,

By now my skin looks old and wrinkly.

Next I put in a pair of plain brown contacts, and large wire rimmed glasses

My three sizes to big uniform is put on, and my hair is put in a large tight bun.

And at this point I look like a old seventy year old librarian, instead of a sixteen year old.
