Chapter-1 Reincarnation is double?

This is my story how ot all started this not a action or the fantasy book. This is the real deal. I was reborn in a world after my death but this world it was wierd or i should say your world. This world is best i came form a world where only stronger and rich people are respected but this world was really nice. People work hard and they can gain all they want. But this world too had some people who lowered the people with talent but were not rich. I didn't knew anyone who was i supposed to search for no one knew me but somehow i understood all the languages, guess the god wanted it? Now i was a 21 year old boy with no home to return well not like i had someone waiting for me at home in previous life. I was really a greate doctor in previous life but all people in my world only used herbs and were many things i didn't knew about first i started buy looking for work so i went to small building which was a burger shop but i was not knowing it at that time i asked them that what is this thing people looked at me with a suprise type face(pause)
