In a daze

Mother mana rushed in through the hospital doors immediately she received the call that sapphire was awake she's all she got even though sapphire seem to be an arrogant child and gets whatever she wants once she sets her mind on it which is why she is in the hospital for 6 months. Mother Mana had almost lost hope in her daughter waking up but there is always a glimmer of hope whenever she thinks of Sapphire, a beauty to reckon, one who have a fighting spirit got herself in the best position her mother never imagined in her dreams or reality. Dress in clothes that are dazzling with blings on them glittering with reflection of light are her simplest clothes she got on due to the richness and good fortune her daughter brought her. She is also a beauty from her looks with a fair skin, bright brown eyes, good looking in her early 60s but look like someone in her late forties, well shaped and astonishing which explains how her child look like combined with the features of her father though he is nowhere to be found with all efforts to find him after he left their home few days before Sapphire's 7th birthday. Remembering that tears trickled down Mother Mana's eyes, she can't lost her faughter as well.

She bust into the room which she left in the morning to find that same man sitting beside her daughter she glared wildly at him but thinking of her daughter's condition she could only glare and send him away with her eyes.

As soon as the door busted open he sat up straight a jolt and his gaze darkened then he looked at the doorway to meet the glaring eyes of her mother he had no choice but to scurry out of the room under her glare which rendered him speechless and weak with no strength to fight back.

Once the intruder was out of the room she quckly moved to her daughter's side touching her smooth face which was still pale but had a bit of color compared to when she was still not awake in the morning. Sensing the familiartouch she looked into her eyes, she could feel the connection between them she tried to speak up but her mom only placed her fore finger on her lips hushing her to not say anything she rubbed her silky long black hair and tried to fight back tears remembering what the doctor saidabout her situation but determinedto take care of her now that she is awake. She would never know that the familiar gesture triggered her daughter which sounded an alarm in her brain and make her stare in daze ushering in a banging headache. Sapphire held her head tightly with the different syringes on her hand connected to the equipments and drips passed through her body. She saw different scenes playing in her brain like a movie but she could not place them together meaningfully causing more pain to her head and she made a raspy sound. Her mother auickly pressed the alarm and tried to calm her down to no avail...
