20 The house is mine

(Did you know that female clown fish are bigger and more aggressive than the males, that's why if she dies the male would eat her corpse and gain weight and transition to be a female before letting all the males in the anemone have a round with him. If you watched Nemo, you now know why the mom is gone.)

"Your what?" I said in sudden shock. Why would they just leave and without me at that. What about the house. Where are they even going.

Thoughts ran through my head and my mom spoke this time. "The house is going to be yours. With the money you saved and what's in your bank account you should be able to maintain it."

I calmed myself down and asked them some questions.

"Is there a reason your leaving?" I asked them calmly. My dad sighed and answered my question.

"We can't tell you now, but in three years meet us in Virginia. You too Alice, this is going to be really important." He said seriously. I looked over to Alice who looked really calm and had a small smile on her face.

"Will you come with me to Virginia at that time?" I asked. If she didn't I might go insane.

"Yup!, it'll be fun and we get a house to ourselves. Though all the house planning we did is useless now." She said cheerfully. She was pouting at the realization of all that work we did going to waste. We already had the plans and everything.

"Think about it like Alice, you'll have this whole house as your own. You can live together, isn't that going to be fun." My mom said teasingly making me and my dad laugh and Alice grin pleasantly.

With a sigh, I turn back to my parents and ask them a final question.

"What are you going to tell Mia?" She was a smart three year old. If they wanted to lie it better be a good one.

They gave each other a look then a nod and turned back to me with a serious expression.

"We'll think about it tomorrow." They said in unison. I couldn't believe them. They would put this off for tomorrow. I sighed again.

'Wow, I haven't sighed so much since I came into this world.' These types of parents were funny, and fun to be around, but difficult sometimes.

With that they went to their rooms.

"Didn't they want to tell you something as well." I asked looking at the stairs my parents went up. Alice just shrugged it off thinking if it's important she'll get a vision and if it's something with Zane it would be something about Virginia.

"Are you staying over or going home?" I asked Alice. I was just going to chill till I fall asleep.

"Not tonight, I'm going to tell my family about me moving over here and when we go to Virginia." She then kissed me on the cheek and got up to leave.

'Well I have all that money for almost no reason now. I guess I'll just keep it till me and Alice leave.' I thought as I walked up the stairs to take a shower.

After leaving Zanes house I had some things to think about. Actually things even before that. My body fells like it's radiating with energy, I also fell like I'm strong, mentally and physically.

The blood!

I'll talk to Zane about it tomorrow. I was at my house and opened the front door. When I got in I called for a family meeting.

"Why can't I read your mind?" Edward almost yelled when he came to the living room.. I along with everyone else was shocked. He couldn't read my head and I even felt a light sweep around my head, like it blocked him.

"I wanted to tell everybody something. Zanes parents along with Mia are moving to Virginia. They left the house to Zane and me." I said cheerfully. Why wouldn't I be, I got to live with my mate, alone.

"Second, I don't know when but me and Zane are planning to go traveling to collect somethings. We want to keep it a secret for now though." They looked at me, trying to digest all the things I'm telling them.

"Lastly in three years, I'm going to Virginia with Zane. His parents said they had something there that was for me and Zane, and that it's important." They all sighed taking in what I told them and just when Carlisle was about to speak Edward interrupted.

"I think we need to move. What happened at the party was to dangerous. I was planning on telling you all tomorrow, but we are a danger to her." He said, glaring at Jasper. I'm really getting fed up with his thinking, he's like a immature man child.

"So your planning on leaving Bella here alone. What do you think will happen to her. You know how the mate bond works, if you up and disappear she will be devastated." I yelled. Why is running away the first thing on her mind.

"Staying away is better than being around monsters like us." He complained.

"I'm not a monster, call yourself what ever you want but don't drag me into it. If you want to leave the go!" I yelled at him.

"ENOUGH!!" Carlisle got tired of us arguing and put an end to it.

"I think Edward is right we should leave. Having a human with us will just put us in danger. Unless the treaty doesn't matter anymore and we could suck her dry." Rosalie scowled.

"We are a danger to her, maybe we should take a leave. Just for a while." Carlisle said. Esme had a sad but agreeing look on her face.

Everyone nodded thinking it was the best thing to do and I was left there speechless. How could they just agree with him. It's not like we were the ones to cut her.

'I'm not leaving with them. If they want to go then go!' With that thought I ran up to my room packed some clothes and ran as fast as I could to Zanes house.

....

"She's fast!" They all said in unison. To them it looked like Alice disappeared, and in the next second the door was opened and then slammed closed.

"Hey did anyone else notice her eye color." Sierra asked. She had saw her eyes and unlike their usual gold they looked like a mix of Zanes eye color and gold, but they were layered.

"No I was to focused on the conversation." Said Carlisle. He was curious and was going to ask when Emmett chimed in.

"She was also way to fast. However the happened Zane was involved. They also brought animals into the house today so maybe that's what happened." He inquired. It didn't fit his character at all and he got weird stares from the others. Edward budded in this time and said "We leave tomorrow, weather Alice comes or not doesn't matter." He then stormed up to his room.

"We should have a talk with her. She probably doesn't want to leave Zane. You know Edward and her are complete opposites so they never agree on anything." Esme said. She never liked watching her kids fight and she also didn't want to part with them, but you have to learn to let things go.

"No, Esme. She's almost a century old so she can make her own decisions the same we we can. I also don't want to let her go but, pulling her away from her happiness against her will wouldn't be good parenting. She also has Zane for support right now, and sooner or later she'll be leaving us anyway." He said soothing Esme.

They then dismissed themselves and Jasper was silent the whole time because he truly believed this was his fault. Even if he was a new vegetarian, he thought he would have more self control than what he did.

I got out the shower and walked to the living room. Then just as I was about to sit down, the door is knocked on. I already knew who it was, because who else would knock on my door in the middle of the night and who else besides the Cullens know where I live.

"Yeah Al-..." I was cut off when Alice jumped onto me. She was sniffling like she had been crying. I looked to her side and saw the suitcase.

'So she left.' I knew they would be making a decision but, not tonight. I then pulled Alice in the house and she sat on the couch.

I sat down on the couch next to Alice and she told me about their talk.

"I didn't want to leave so I ran over here. I'm not going with them because they think it's bad to be around Bella. I don't even get way they all agree with him so quickly. He also just wants to up and leave his-mmphh." She started ranting and going off topic about her family always babying Edward and I stopped her.

"So your going to start living here early?" I asked. I thought that I would have to go argue with them over Alice, but it seemed she got it all done herself.

She nodded and then she looked at me like she realized something.

"I just remembered, Edward couldn't read my mind, I also fell stronger than before. I think it has something to do with that blood from the sparrow. When I drank it I felt different, but a good different." She said quickly.

I started thinking about what she said and wanted to know exactly how strong she was. I was curious, but now wasn't the time.

"Well we can test somethings out tomorrow. For now let's watch a movie. I wasn't planning on anything but relaxing, so let's have a movie night, I guess." I said.

I smiled brightly and jumped on me. She started kissing me deeply before pulling back, still in my lap.

"I'm going to go take a shower. I'll be right back." Alice smiled seductively and hopped off me before skipping up stairs with her suitcase. I sighed and leaned back.
