Yuki was surprised when he stared at the two special items that were actually put in this auction… It wasn't that the other items weren't good, it's just that these two items were too valuable… The stone of clarity can help people resist most mind control skills and magic, even unique skills! As for the Dragon king's heart, it was one of the rarest ingredients for making elixirs that enhance the body and even the longevity making it an extremely coveted item!

Yuki knew about these items because they were related to the conditions for his Abilities undeterred and Absolute clarity to evolve. He asked Leon if he had them but the demon lord informed him about the rarity of such items…

Especially the dragon king's heart since there were very few dragon kings in this world to begin with and most of them are equal in power to Demon lords so such an item would rarely be traded!

'This isn't normal' Thought Yuki as he swirled his drink calmly and his green eyes shined eerily while staring at the pamphlet in his hand and the name of the people auctioning these items…

"I don't know much about this elf empress, All I know about her is what I learned in this world so far so figuring out her intentions for auctioning this dragon heart will be tricky… But Hinata? What's someone whose own mind is manipulated trying to achieve by auctioning this item… Her personality is all about stupid justice, a typical hero complex hmmm…"

Sacha kept staring curiously at Yuki who was emitting a different aura than his goofy self in admiration while the experienced Kayle felt a shiver 'This man Yuki… This is the look of someone who's plotting something sinister'

Kayle watched as out of nowhere, Yuki pinched Sacha's cheek without averting his eyes from the pamphlet and said "Stop staring at me, I know I'm beautiful"

Sacha's face turned beet red before she stepped back away and stared at him hatefully, while Kayle's heart shivered slightly 'Even in this state, he's still perfectly aware of his surroundings, he has probably noticed me as well…' Kayle averted his gaze from Yuki after seeing this.

'There's one thing that might be the reason for this happening… Veldora's disappearance… They are probably trying to lure out the one that freed him… but I'm not sure how this dragon king's heart and the clarity stone are going to help… Well, who cares, my buddy Leon will receive all the heat anyways' Yuki suddenly grinned causing a chill to spread through the room… This was the Yuki that his neighbors feared and respected... A devilish schemer!

While Yuki was enjoying his time in his private room, words about his presence already spread to some of the important guests in the audience including the queen empress Elmesia!

"Hmmm, Interesting, I didn't know Leon had a brother… wasn't he supposed to be an otherworlder? I never thought he could such a thing from us after all of our relations with him... Investigate this man just in case, we can't risk having someone use the name of a demon lord we are doing business with so easily…" She ordered casually and decided to keep an eye on the VIP booth number 4 where Yuki's currently staying…

Meanwhile, Hinata's eyes flickered dangerously as she muttered "the brother of a demon lord dares to show his face here?"

Although she only asked a question… Yuki probably wouldn't have loved its answer since this thick-headed woman was pure trouble… but he would probably kill anyone that leaked his information so easily... this shouldn't have happened to a Vip...

After a few minutes of waiting, the auction finally started as a beautiful elf announcer began speaking in a pleasant voice "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to our seasonal auction… This time we've got a few items we are proud of... You probably saw some of them in the distributed pamphlets but there are also a few surprises at the end of the auction so stay tuned"

"Oh, this is exciting, the items in the pamphlet weren't everything that's going to be auctioned!" muttered Yuki with an excited look on his face, this was clearly the intended effect of the auctioneer's speech, and Yuki wasn't the only one affected positively…

"Now then, let's not waste anymore of our dear guests' time and get straight to the chase…"

"The first item to be auctioned today is one of my Sarion's latest creations, an Amulet of safety! This amulet can host three spells up to B+ Rank in power and the user can cast them at any time! Not to mention its beautiful design decorated by the best of natural diamonds and jewels found in the world. Starting price is 1000 gold. Each bet requires an increase of at least 10 gold"

Yuki's eyes widened slightly 'I'm 100% sure since they are selling such a terrifying item that they probably have amulets that can store A rank spells and maybe even higher ones… But decorated with Diamond huh? it seems I'm starting to understand the emotional damage I caused for Leon after absorbing all that diamond…'

Sacha's eyes lit up at the amulet and said "Waa, it's so beautiful!"

"Hmm you like it?" asked Yuki as he ignored the bids that already reached 2000 gold coins 'Fucking rich pigs' he thought

"N-N-No I don—" Sacha was flustered and tried to deny it, but how can she hide the desire in the depth of her eyes from Yuki, he was the lord of greed after all!

So, without hesitation, he said through a speaker-looking thing "3000!"

Sacha became even more flustered as she said "Yuki-sama you don't have to…"

"Don't worry" said Yuki with a nonchalant look before he muttered in an inaudible tone that poor Sacha didn't hear with a sick grin on his face "It's not my money" But Kayle heard him and he couldn't help but feel sorry for his lord back home…

The people in the audience started murmuring between themselves since such a huge increase already exceeded the true price of this item and they felt like it was a newly rich which they weren't wrong about… just that he didn't really have the money but was ripping someone else for it…

"3000 Gold coin for the gentlemen at VIP room 4 going once, going twice, SOLD Congratulations," said the announcer and an elf soon entered Yuki's room with a box that contained the amulet

"Sir would you like to pay for it right now?" asked the servant and Yuki simply waved his hand arrogantly and said "I'm still planning on buying many items, just send the bill to my brother later"

"Y-yes sir" said the servant nervously before he left…

Yuki opened the box and stared at the amulet slightly "Can you use magic?" he said to Sacha but she shook her head in embarrassment… She was from a poor family that wasn't even from Eldorado originally and was taken by Leon on a whim so she didn't have any experience with magic and after shooting Kayle a look, the later replied "I do know some magic, but it's only simple spells that helps me do some shores and nothing of high level…"

"I see" muttered Yuki before he stared at the amulet and noticed that it had three gems on it with magic formations engraved on them… Then he willed inside his mind and used his dark shield spell in one of the gems until he felt like it was about to get overflooded by his magic and decided to stop.

"This one is the defensive spell that I used in my fight against Claude, it can help you defend against magic attacks" Said Yuki as Sacha opened her eyes widely… but he didn't stop as he waved his hand again and this time an eerily cold aura entered one of the gems on the amulet

"This one is a spell that could restrain multiple enemies in a wide range and cause them ice damage…" Said Yuki before the aura disappeared, this was his skill Frozen snare…

"Yuki-same what are you…" Muttered Sacha absentmindedly but she saw a white clear aura escaping from Yuki's hand and into the last gem as he said " This one will help you resist mind control of any kind and clear your mind of any distractions! Here you go"

"T-This… I can't accept such a valuable gift" said Sacha while averting her gaze from Yuki's eyes but the latter simply shook his head and said with a smile " You stood up for me and risked your life… Consider this a thank you from a friend"

"Friend…" Muttered Sacha absentmindedly before Kayle put his hand over her shoulder and nodded at her causing her to accept it with a red face before she wore it around her neck and kept fiddling with it with a happy look on her face…

'I never thought someone could utter such words shamelessly when spending someone else's money… And he actually knows so much magic...' thought Kayle but as if Yuki felt his thoughts, he shot him a side glance with his eerie eyes before he turned back to watch the auction that was already on their third item…

'Damn, can he ready my mind or what' thought Kayle with a frown on his face while Yuki smirked secretly 'Oh how I love making smart people overthink simple gestures' Yuki of course can't read thoughts, he was just messing with Kayle just for the heck of it like anyone would do right?

The following items weren't that much interesting to Yuki and he remained silent throughout all of them until a new item appeared and item that wasn't listed on the pamphlet "Ladies and gentlemen, the next item is the ultimate set of elixirs for strengthening the body that our researchers have came up with… This set contains 7 elixirs, 6 are related to strengthening the body's skin, organs, tendons, muscles, bones, blood, and the last one and the most special of them all is for strengthening the nervous system!!

I'm sure the question on everyone's mind is how much strength could an elixir grant?"

The people in the crowd kept muttering among themselves while those already having knowledge of this elixir remained silent… Seeing the chaos enveloping the auction house, the auctioneer grinned slightly before she said "I shall clear your doubts ladies and gentlemen… Our elixirs once all are taken grant an increase in strength of at least 20, speed and reaction speed of at least 5, and regeneration speed of at least 20! Not to mention that it has no secondary effects and will even increase the longevity of the user"

The crowd went insane since such an increase is a dream come true for many people, but someone suddenly asked a question that destroyed the hopes of many "What about those that took similar potions to this before?"

The auctioneer's face twitched slightly at the guy that exposed the biggest disadvantage of their elixir and said "The Elixir works best if the body wasn't affected with similar potions…"

Not a direct answer but many people understood the meaning and let out sighs of disappointment since most of them had used every means in their power to reach their current levels of power, and this elixir if bought was simply for newer subordinates they might get… Although some old people were still interested in the fact that it increased longevity however much it might be… Old fossils have old fossils mentality...

"Now then, the price shall start from 30000 gold and each additional bid has to be of at least 300 or more" said the auctioneer, and a calm female voice immediately said "50000 Gold!" It was Hinata Sakaguchi…

Yuki's eyes immediately narrowed and his mouth revealed an evil grin as he thought 'Sorry Leon…'
