16 Zoddie meets her again.

Finally,I got to have a talk with Zoddie again.I was in my room with Mariana enjoying the cool music and the very hot delicacy Mariana made for us when someone knocked on the door.

Who is there?I asked as i got up to check who was knocking.Its Joe please,open the door,camea voice from outside.

Joe?That name doesn't ring a bell.

Mariana do you have any friend by name Joe? Or is anyone coming to see you today.

Not that I know of,she answered and i was surprised.

Sorry Joe who are you looking for?We don't remember anyone that goes by that name.

I'm looking for Betty,i was sent by Zoddie to get you and it should be right now.He said we shouldn't waste any time. I was scared and happy at the same time.At least,he wanted to talk with me and it doesn't seem like it will turn out violent this time.Maybe telling him that I'm sorry and apologising to him worked out at last.I guess my case turned out to be different because from what other people who knew him right from time has said,it turns out he doesn't listen to anyone and he also doesn't have forgiveness in his dictionary.

Maybe they are not even sure of what they are saying,maybe it's just a stereotype.

Come in Joe,I said as I opened the door for him.I know he would wonder why I didn't look scared in anyway and I didn't panic at all.

I'll be right out,let me just get ready quickly,I said as I went inside to other mini room where we usually kept out clothes.I dressed up immediately and just as I was about to come out to the main room.Mariana came in and was looking at me inquisitively.

Don't tell me you're going to follow him just like that?She asked me with so much concern in her tone.

What do you think I'm doing?I asked her as I made to leave the room and she had to drag me back.

You mean after everything that has happened and how they held you hostage ,you still want to go right into his den again?Are you sure you're still acting with your senses.

Which is better ,to not go and continue to live in fear of the unknown or go there and settle this score once and for all?

I can remember clearly that you told me to try and end and settle the score I had with him and that's exactly what I'm going to do.I answered and She looked like she was short of words .

I'm just suprised because you didn't even have a second thought or wait a second and you're already prepared and about to leave.No more seeking for advice from your brother or asking me which one is better or something like that.You just prepared real quick like you were waiting and longing for this moment.Or is there something you're not telling me ?She asked and I started laughing .

That's hilarious,what can I be hiding from you?

I answered her amidst laughter.Well if you feel like I'm hiding anything from you of which I know I'm not,you might as well follow me to his place.Maybe when we get there you will see and hear for yourself that thing you think I'm hiding,I said jokingly and left the room hastily to avoid engaging in the conversation for too long.Besides someone is waiting for me outside.

Shall we go?I said to the young man who didn't look like he was getting tired of waiting.He even looked like he was lost in thoughts That I had to repeat it for the second time before he heard me.

We left the room and entered the black Jeep he came with.I wonder how Zoddie or rather Zoddie and his friends get to change Car like they change clothes.

It's not actually so rare to find students who own a car but That of Zoddie's is actually alarming because he has many of them.

I just hope this visit brings peace rather than war to me.I've heard enough of everything and I think I deserve nothing less than absolute peace and tranquility. I'm positive this particular visit will give me that.That's why my decision is rigid and I'm not compromising. Not anymore .
