5 BRIDEZILLA

IT WAS a shutgon wedding.

Lee Seorin, Seodam's older sister, was two months pregnant.

Seorin Unnie doesn't want to walk down the aisle with a big baby bump, so we're kind of rushing the wedding preparations.

That was why Wonhee recommended Seorin to a bridal boutique famous for their ethereal and modern ready-made wedding gowns. Yes, she had to recommend her boyfriend's older sister to the boutique and not the other way around.

After all, Hera Bridal has a waiting list since they always get fully booked. Some of the biggest celebrity names have all gotten their wedding dresses from here. It's not just the gowns. The service and the highly trained staff are some of the things that make Hera Bridal the best.

To be honest, Wonhee would also like to get her wedding gown at Hera Bridal someday.

"Ah, you're here."

Wonhee's daydreaming stopped when Seorin greeted her with a stoic look on her face.

Seorin was five years older than Seodam and was now in her early thirties. Despite the age difference between the siblings, the two still could pass off as twins.

Wonhee smiled at Seorin nervously. "I'm here, Unnie. Have you checked the gowns?"

"I asked the staff to bring me their newest collection, and they're still preparing the gowns," Seorin said, sitting on the couch. "But I can take my time here since you booked the entire boutique for the day, didn't you?"

"Yes, Unnie," Wonhee said, sitting on the chair next to the sofa. And then she smiled at the staff pouring champagne into the glasses served for Wonhee and Seorin. There was also a charcuterie board on the table for them. It was just a standard treatment for any customers of Hera Bridal. After all, only VIPs were welcomed there in the first place. "Thank you."

The staff smiled back at Wonhee and bowed before going back to the staff room with the bottle of champagne.

Wonhee turned to Seorin to say something, but stopped when she noticed her expression.

Hmm?

Seorin looked really delighted and slightly smug about the standard service that they received from the staff just now.

Is Unnie already happy with that?

Ah. Could it be…?

This must be her first time being treated like a VIP in a high-end store.

"This store isn't half bad," Seorin said smugly, grabbing the glass of champagne and chugging it like beer. "No wonder all my friends got jealous when I said I booked a reservation in Hera Bridal. This boutique must be famous because they're good at giving VIP treatment to their clients."

Wonhee just smiled and sipped her tea because she didn't want to burst Seorin's bubbles.

To be honest, this isn't VIP treatment. It could only be called a real VIP treatment if the designer and the owner of Hera Bridal come in person to greet the client. But I'll just let Seorin Unnie enjoy this moment.

"Chu Wonhee, you and my brother have broken up, haven't you?"

Wonhee flinched, but she quickly pulled herself together and gave a polite response. "Seodam Oppa and I are just on a break right now, Unnie," she said. "We're going to talk again once he's out of the dungeon."

"But I know that Seodam is adamant about breaking up with you, so I'm sure you wouldn't be able to talk him out of it."

"Unnie, it's not too late for us to fix our relationship."

"I know my brother more than you know him– so I'm sure he's done with you and your relationship."

Hearing those harsh words from her boyfriend's sister hurt like hell.

But Wonhee kept her composure for now.

I'll just cry later.

"I think you and my brother will go separate ways before my wedding," Seorin said, chugging the rest of the champagne in the glass before turning to her with an indifferent look on her face. "Chu Wonhee, I'm sorry, but I don't think I can invite you to my wedding ceremony anymore."

Wonhee was shocked after Seorin blatantly said that.

How can Seorin Unnie not invite me to her wedding when I'm the one who organized everything…?
