"Okay then Carla-san, you can call me Hito." He thought 'It's really her! Eren's mother! I wonder if he also exists here.'

Carla nodded, she looked at Sakura and asked.

"And this girl is?"

Sakura quickly introduced herself.

"Oh, I'm Sakura Yamauchi! I'm just tagging along with him!"

Carla nodded, then she looked at the table and spoke.

"That's that manga right?"

Hito nodded, Carla sat on the other couch and she gently picked up the manuscript, she started to look at the first page.

The more she looked at it the more surprised she became! Carla thought 'This art! It's too detailed! Even the smallest things are involved! This art quality! It's too good.'

Sakura looked at Hito with surprise, she didn't expect him to be also good at this, though she might be unknowledgeable at Arts but she knows that the lady in front of them is a professional, and yet a professional praised him, it shows that Hito's art is amazing!

Sakura beside him giggled, but still she was surprised by what's happening, she didn't realize that she was one of the first people who reads the future No. 1 manga.

Not everyone had the privilege to read it earlier, after that Carla and Hito talked about Royalty, the negotiation didn't take a long time.

Carla got permission from her superior, and the Royalty was decided to be 50/50, 50% to the company and 50% to him, it's already too generous.

Hito had finally finished signing the contract with Weekly Shōnen Jump, honestly it was a nerve-racking experience to him but he didn't show it outside.

But of course, he readed the contract with great detail. There wasn't anything bad in it. They just wanted the copyrights of the manga, and he should finish the story before he'd switch to another company.

It's not like his planning to do so anyways, but regardless he had his advance money! But of course his share when the manga is different, he got paid 15,000 yen per page.

Which is really too good for a beginner Mangaka like him, so 50x 15,000 = 750,000 yen!

Also in that incident he learned 2 skills, it's [ Negotiation ] and [ Fear Resistance ] he bought them without hesitation, they are pretty useful.

Other than that, he could finally pay his parents for those materials that he bought, but first he had to treat Sakura!

He wasn't stingy, she is also one of his mental supports in the negotiation time with the Weekly Shōnen Jump.

He brought Sakura to a decent restaurant, at least for now this is what he could afford in the future he had no problem treating her to a 5 star restaurant.

But he is a 5 star restaurant himself, if he'd rate his cooking, he wasn't picky. It's good to spend the money you earn yourself.

It's a different type of achievement, but it still feels good regardless.

The two ate happily in the restaurant, no matter how they deny it.

It's definitely a Date.
