2 The Life of Jay

How do I tell a well structured background story of a life full of pure chaos?

I'd had a decent nights sleep for the first time since I first saw IT. The silhouette of a person who I failed recognise. I always saw IT at night so I could never fully see IT'S face.

The figure looked muscular as if it could take down anything. IT looked like a male silhouette. If this was the case, it could cause a whole bunch of issues for me. First off, if my boyfriend found out that there's someone possibly stalking me, he would instantly get protective and confront him. This could end well, with him finally leaving me alone... or he could hurt my boyfriend...

*Flashback*

"Omg no way!! Hahahahaha" I rolled over on the bed clutching my stomach with tears in my eyes as I laughed hysterically at the story I had just been told.

I failed to notice when my boyfriends eyes flickered to the window that overlooked the forest, the same position I see the figure daily. I didn't catch how he noticed his presence, or how he suddenly stood and walked towards the door. I only looked up as I heard the door to my bedroom slam.

I ran outside, following my boyfriend.

"Baby, what is it? What did you see?" I shouted frantically after him, finally realising that he had seen the figure too.

"Babe, please. Come back inside and calm yourself." I had a really bad feeling, knowing what he was going to do.

The figure turned slowly, knowing he had been caught. He went to run but was stopped by my boyfriend tackling him to the floor.

"What the f**k? Why do you think its acceptable to pry on my girlfriend like that? HUH?" He screamed at the person on the floor whilst punching him between every word.

"She's pretty" He said in a mocking tone whilst turning his head towards me with an evil smirk, the kind you see in the movies. It made me sick to the stomach. The man suddenly caught my boyfriend off guard and flipped them over, this time he was the one throwing the punches, in complete control. Blood dripped down my boyfriends face as he cried out in pure agony. I screamed and lunged for the man trying to pry his hands from around my boyfriends throat. But to no avail. My boyfriend started coughing, I looked to his mouth and saw him spitting blood, with his face slowly turning purple from the lack of oxygen. The man suddenly got off of him, said "I'll be back babygirl, you can count of that. Oh and don't call an ambulance, let him die... or else." And ran away. I instantly dropped to my boyfriends side, who was barely breathing. I cried and phoned for an ambulance despite what he said, I needed him alive.

"I'm very sorry to tell you this, but we couldn't save him, he's gone." My whole world collapsed and my vision went black."

*End of flashback*

I woke up back in my room, his parents must've brought me home. I was alone, in the dark. Left to think over what happened. Without knowing I broke down again, choking on tears trying to suppress them but it was no use. I dragged myself up and walked to open the window. There he stood, again. I threw the curtains closed and ran to lock the doors.

As I approached the front door, I heard three taps. As though he was mocking me. I saw him run past the window, only to return but with a massive, metal object which I could only see the outline of... and then my life changed.
