"Sin, it's me"

It was quite early in the morning, around 7. I was still in my bed snoozing my alarm. 

"Good morning, Lui. What's the matter?"

"Just letting you know that you do not need to come to the office today"

"Excuse me? Why?"

"Miss Chan is not coming in today, I have been told"

"Is she alright?"

"Not quite"

"What's wrong?"

"She's grounded"

"What the heck?"

"I got notified by Ema just now too and it is true. She's grounded for two weeks so won't be coming to work for two weeks. You can have a little holiday too"

"That's frigging ridiculous! She's the CEO of the Chan Group! And she gets GROUNDED?!"

"It seems Ema did"

I remembered what happened the night before.

But still. As childish as Hina could be, she was legally an adult, and well, it's unacceptable that the CEO of the Chan Group gets grounded at home.
