I decide to follow the flashes of moving people.

I jump up to the lowest branch that the nearest tree has to offer and look at the direction the people went to.

West. Flashing and fast.

I follow them and see them step in a remote spot (as if this whole island isn't remote enough).

I hide behind a bunch of leaves and see the group closely.

There are 8 people: 5 boys and 3 girls. They don't look like any characters I have seen in Hunter x Hunter. I wonder who they could be…?

"So, what should we do?" One of them asks another.

"Isn't it simple? We're going to annihilate all these dummies so no applicant is left."

Wait…did my ears pick it up right? Did he say they are going to kill all of the applicants in the hunter exam?! Including…Gon? Killua? Leorio? Kurapika? Wait…and Hisoka…and…you know…The-disguised-Illumi-Zoldyck???? That's VERY bad news! I've got to do something. Now, let me think of a plan.

"Why do we have to do this? I kinda liked the look of some of them…" One of the girls smiles.

"Mizami, we are NOT going to be going over this AGAIN. The boss wants us to finish the tasks so we can get the rewards. You're not trying to be the ImPoStEr are you?" The leader of the group says.

"N-no…but can't we at least leave one alive? The boss will never know…" Mizami says.

The Boss looks at the girl with a 'Are you kidding me?' expression.

"Never mind. Let's just go with it…" The girl looks kinda sadly at the floor.

"I can't wait to take down that funny haired kid with the green clothes. He looks SOOO weak." One says.

"I'm more looking forward to killing that funny looking clown." Another says.

"What about you Bigata? Who are you setting your eyes on?"

All of them look at the only guy away from the group.

"That guy in the tree." He looks my way and so does everyone else.

Damn! I messed up!
