She wouldn't stop

"Has Ariana contacted you after that day?" Andreas asked as he watched Martha take her seat.

"No, she hasn't. Why? What happened?" Martha sensed the tension in his demeanor and asked.

"I am not sure, but it seems like she is planning something," Andreas said with a tinge of defeat. 

Days had passed since her last visit, and the longer she put it off, the more Andreas began to wonder about Ariana's whereabouts.

The young girl abruptly stopped inquiring about her parents, despite her intense curiosity about them.

When she heard him speak, Martha scowled and remarked, "Did not you deliberately keep her waiting by only giving some information?" Andreas furrowed at her words and watched her continue.

"Perhaps she became weary of requesting things from you and chose to figure everything out for herself."
