I sigh as I grasp onto my luggage, “Lux, come on – don’t stray far away from mommy.”
Lux runs to me in his little steps, grasping his hold onto his sling bag he filled with various stuff I had no idea about.
“Can’t you show mommy what you brought along?” I asked him before he departed. However, he was adamant about not showing me – I swear the strength of a kid can surprise everyone sometimes.
“Mommy, why are we here several hours before plane takeoff?” He asked – genuinely curious as he continued looking around the internet. He has so much knowledge about technology, maybe even more than mine.
“We’ve got nothing to do anyway,” I shrugged as I read the contract Asher signed from the start for the nth time.
“Uncle Asher’s still sleeping comfortably, you didn’t even wake him up, mommy,” he remarked as he still looked down.
“Uncle Asher will be fine, he can catch another flight on his own,” I shrugged.
