Ammu POV

I was startled to know the truth that my dad, Aunty, and Karthik were planned behind our wedding. Before I came out of the shock, they locked the room and left us alone.

I stood nervously in the room as my mind was not working properly.

I never imagined that my father will support this stupid plan. When I was thinking, the land phone started ringing in the room. Dhruv attended the call and informed me that the call is for me.

I took the receiver of the land phone.

" Hi...Ammu, I kept the nightdress in the closet to change your saree. Don't worry about Rahul, he will sleep with us in our bedroom. If possible clear your misunderstandings tonight and start a new journey in your life. Hope it will be your memorable night " Priya informed and ended the call.

I stood in the same place as I didn't know what to do. I was playing with the hem of my saree, looking down.

" Are you planning to sleep in a standing position?" Dhruv asked me.
