Dhruv was disheartened after talking with the old man and returned to his Mansion at night. He went to their bedroom and found Ammu talking to the baby in her womb placing her palms on it. He noticed happiness on her face and his eyes became wet. He doesn't understand how to tell the truth about her health. He walked towards her and stood in front of her. He placed his hand on the top of her head. 

Instantly she raised her head and noticed her husband. She smiled at him and hugged his stomach while sitting on the bed. She apologized to him as she didn't notice him walking into their bedroom. She asked him to take a bath as he was looking tired. Meanwhile, she brought dinner to him in their bedroom and waited for him to come out of the bathroom.
