Chap 39:- The Master Strategist

Zeno quietly returned to his room and wrapped himself under a blanket.

"I can't control them anymore..." He firmly grabbed a pillow under his arms and tears gushed out of them.

The reason why he felt such a sudden burst of emotions was because he saw his mother wearing an alluring dress, and had a bright smile on her face.

On the other hand, the Esteem Soul finally reached their destination their hotel, and they were quietly followed by the Black Seas spies.

"Say should we start the infiltration?" Rain asked excitedly about the operation.

"Take it, easy kid it won't ne that easy dont underestimate them, they have their Warden Michael with them, he is the master of shadows." Catherine took a breath and continued, "Let them get into their rooms, and will continue with our strategy."

"Alright alright." Rain suppressed her excitement and waited for them to enter their respective rooms.

When they reached their booked floor, Michael gathered everyone in a single large room, which seemed like their gathering place.

"Listen up my young masters, tomorrow we are going to fight the Enlighted Light, we have to show them how strong we are!! Let's revise our strategy." Michael took out his diary in which he had written all of his strategies.

"Hello! Are we late?" Catherine jumped from the window landing on the centre table.

"Who are you??" One of the students stood up and focused all of his dark aura on her.

"Calm down kid." She released a small amount of her dark aura which was more dominating than his.

"Black Sea, what are you doing here?" Michael asked with a relaxed face.

"It's none of your business, and no need to tell them about their strategies because we will be the ones participating in place of you all." She replied with a grin on her face.

"You think you can take me down? Don't forget my shadow has swallowed more than ten thousand foes." He replied with a smile on his face.

"You think I would underestimate an exceptional foe? Of course, I have a backup." She snapped her finger and after a few seconds, four men wearing the Black Seas robe appeared in front of them.

"Show him how strong your auras are."

After her command all, they released a massive amount of white aura it was soo strong and dominating that Michale coughed a mouthful of blood.

"Don't worry master Michael, we won't kill anyone of you, we just want you all to sleep, sleep like a baby until we complete our mission." Catherine walled closed to him and branded both of his arms.

"I told you dont underestimate the master of shadows and an expert strategist!" He unleashed his aura which started pushing back the blinding white aura.

"You are formidable for you know, but we have the smartest strategist of the whole Flare continent." Rain took out her mana orb and started feeding it her mana.

"Flare... Bullshit! They keep them all under super-high security so that no one can reach them!! Even Drake himself can't!!" He couldn't believe they managed to have their hands on a strategist from the Flare continent.

"Haha, those strategists are just a lid in front of him, an IQ of almost 160, he was thrown out of his family for being weak, but now he is back and is going tk take revenge!" Rain started mumbling a few mantras, and closed her eyes.

"Who is he...?"

"Zeno Dane, the new master of Darkness!!" After saying that Rain opened her eyes and absorbed the mana orb.

"Stop lying!!! He was killed under a calamity!! Hus both eyes were popped, his sister cried for days!!" Michael couldn't believe a word they said.

"Oh... So thats how he covered his mess from the world, he would go on a rampage if he comes to know that." Catherine walked away from him.

"Stop it, you cheap thugs!! We won't let you touch our master." All the ten kids present there rushed on them.

"Serpent Bite!"

"Shadow punch!"

"Aura Beam!"

"Shadow kick!"

"Dark Sword slash!"

"Aura bolder!"

"Bolder Slam!"

"Aura Sucker!"

"Parallel Dark World!"

"Aura Dummies!!!"

All of them attached to them, but alas... Their strongest moves did not affect them.

"Stop it, kids! You can't defeat them!!" Michael unleashed all of his dark aura, but they were well prepared.

"Do you know if there are two same auras, then the stronger one can nullify the weak one, completely?" Catherine couldn't help but laugh.

"I have the strongest one! So you can't stop me!" He increased his emission rate filling the room with his darkness.

"No use." Rain released her aura which was first dominated by his, but soon it started consuming Michaels's aura.

"Impossible!" He couldn't believe one of the strongest auras was defeated.

"It's simple, the mana orb can convert mana into the aura, and our leader Zeno knew that, he also knew you had a strong and dense aura, at first he planned on taking you all down at once, but he was bored so he went on take rest, leaving you all to us." Catherine took out a small bottle from her bag pack, and everyone did the same.

"Pour it into everyone's mouth." She commanded.

"What the heck is this!" All of them panicked as they were forced to swallow that potion.

"No, you stop!!" Michael decided to use his brute strength, but he was pulled down by Rain's aura.

"No fighting, buddy only sleeping." Catherine poured the potion into his mouth and he soon began feeling dizzy.

"You all... Will pay for this..." He was no longer rot gold back his consciousness and collapsed on the floor.

"What do you think? Is it all done,? Did you take care of the CCTV cameras?" Catherine contacted her backup team to take in the details.

"Yup we did, Zeno sure did plan everything well." One of them replied with a happy tone.

"Good good, now let's get out of here and give good news to him." Catherine switched off her wireless communication device and rushed back to their hotel.

Zeno was sitting on top of the roof, a plain expression lingering on his face.

"Hey, Zen- I mean captain! The mission was a success, the only thing left to do is crush the competition!" Rain answered with excitement.

"Oh... Very good... All of you...thanks." He jumped off the roof and walked close to them.

He gently placed his hand around Rain's tummy, "Did it hurt?" He asked in an embarrassed tone.

"Uh... Yeah but I am alright now." Rain was flushed too.

"I'm sorry... It was just... I couldn't control myself... And I hurt you my precious comrade, my friend who helped me soo much... The person who always motivates me... Am really sorry..." Zeno felt guilty when he struck her soo hard, and when he was alone he gave a thought to how he behaved... And what mistakes he did which hurt others, even though darkness took over his heart, a part of him is still soft and considerate for everyone.
