27 First to UA***

We arrived at UA rather quickly. Though we had been talking the entire time. Eventually though I stopped with Jess, "See you two in class."

"Heh, yeah see ya!" Eijiro gave a light wave and Mina gave a nod.

So I turned to Jess, "I'll walk you to class. That way I can see where it is. We can try and find some time to hang out later. Like at lunch, though you should make some friends other than me."

She nodded and puckered her lips, "Y-You are being overprotective, I can be strong by myself!"

I nodded and rubbed her hair, "Just worried about your mental health and you are my best friend. So it really bothers me that you never said anything in the past or me noticing it."

She looked a little sad at that and I reassured her as we got to her class. "No one wants to seem weak, but it's okay to let others take care of what makes you vulnerable. Just remember I'm here for you."

She nodded and walked in, I heard a burst of conversation come out of the classroom. I hope my class wouldn't be like that, but I assume students in the hero courses would be even more noisy. Class 1-A, Jess was in class 1-F which meant the support class were 1-H?

I had to make friends there as support equipment would be too useful even if I was all powerful. Which I'm not yet…

"Get your feet off the school desks! This is one of the most prestigious schools. Just think of all the upperclassmen that came before us!"

"Who put a stick up your ass? Was it your parents or your school?"

I sighed, of course they were noisy, and it seemed at least one was as crass as I was. A lettuce haired kid was standing in the doorway. I moved past him and interjected the conversation. "Man, I understand this is the first day, but I never expected mosquitoes in this school."

The two people who were talking stopped to look at me. One I remembered for interrupting the entrance exam assembly which meant the green haired kid behind me was the one he spoke down too. I had no clue who the blonde hair kid was, but I think he was next to the lettuce boy.

I cracked my neck and elaborated before anyone else could talk again. "Well, the desks aren't that special, flip them over and you'll likely find some graffiti or gum. Second, even if you didn't, the desk is just gonna be cleaned by some anyway. Third, ah man, sticking up your ass is such a weak response and you said it so loud as well. Lame brain hecklers are no different than mosquitoes."

I found my desk in less than a second and sat down. "Just saying."

Few classmates got a chuckle from my comments and the two others shut up. Eijiro leaned over to me, "Heh, you sure shut them up."

The glasses boy seemed embarrassed, but when he saw the lettuce haired boy he just slunk over. Along with a girl who seemed extra perky. I turned to Eijiro, "Our home room teacher will likely be here any second. That's why."

Right on cue a man slunk in the door. "Took you 15 seconds before you all shut up. Time is precious. Good students would know that. I am Mr.Aizawa, your homeroom teacher."

The man was haggard and looked like someone beat him with a shovel. Eijiro leaned back over and whispered, "How did you do that?"

Truth was I heard him in the hallway. Though I was stunned into silence as he pulled out some kind of gym outfit, "Put theses on and head outside. You have 20 minutes."

I heard someone else comment, "Were those just inside the sleepy bag with him?"

We all just looked around and got up to follow him. Mina whispered to Eijiro behind me. "Are we not gonna introduce ourselves?"

I heard a few others comment similar things. I recognized a few faces, but sure enough I didn't know names. Speaking of faces, the purple ball haired kid from my entrance exam was actually in my class.

I put on the gym clothes and stepped out onto the field. Mr.Aizawa was waiting with a tablet. "Good to see you all here quickly. Now, we have more important matters. A Quirk Apprehension Test! To simplify, none of you used your quirk in a physical exam before…hopefully."

He looked like he expected a laugh there, but rolled his eyes. "Katsuki Bakugo, You are up throw the ball."

So his name was Katsuki, he threw the ball for a 55.8. Not bad I think I got a 68.7 on my natural throw. Mr. Aizawa nodded, "Now do it again with your quirk."

Katsuki responded rather dumbly, "I've never done it with my quirk before."

"That's the point, now do it."

Katsuki was making a real picture of stupid because he picked up a new ball and yelled, "DIE!"

It went flying and Mr.Aizawa held up the tablet once it landed. "705.2, this is what you are aiming for. Use your quirks in the following tests the best you can. If you fail, and end up in last place you will be expelled. Now the ball throw is just the example, you will all be completing the rest of the test first.

"What, Why?" I had to ask.

Mr. Aizawa looked down at his clipboard and shrugged. "Just planned it that way. Now get in line we are doing the 50 meter dash."

"Ah, man!" Eijiro sighed quirks like his weren't suited for a test like this. Combine that with the last place that is gonna be expelled. Hm, I doubt that was true though. It did add pressure though for those who don't have quirks to help them in this. Made people get creative or desperate.

"Hanta Sero and Tota Shizen, you two are up." Wait, what? How was I distracted. I ran over to the starting line. I hadn't even paid any attention to other people's time. I cracked my knuckles and looked at Hanta apparently.

"Good luck."

He smiled, "Same to you, man."

Mr.Aizawa sighed, "Go."

I sprinted forward instantly. I had left Hanta in the dust, but he attached what looked like tape at the finish line and yanked himself. Where Mr.Aizawa gave the time. "3.94 and 5.35, Good job you two."

Hanta patted my shoulder, "Nice job, man! You got second place, that's sick."

"Heh, thanks. I was spaced out earlier, who got first?"

We walked over and Mina answered, "That was Tenya with 3.04, He barely missed 2 and you barely missed 4, I think that's pretty cool."

Was it? I mean it certainly was interesting. Though my eyes went wide when one of the girls made rocket boots. She was… Momo Yaoyorozu. I think I heard of this girl. She had the quirk of creation. Oh, I had to talk to her about her quirk.

She was hot too, so I rubbed my chin. I peered at Mr.Aizawa's tablet and put names to faces. When he moved making me jump.

Mr. Aizawa pointed, "Next test, Grip Strength, everyone take one of those."

He pointed to a box, which was filled with a machine to test grip strength. These were definitely made for superhuman force. I grabbed one along with everyone else. Mr. Aizawa called out to everyone. "Hurry it up. This shouldn't take long."

Momo made a hydraulic, uh thing. I honestly had no clue, I looked over to the duller side of the class. Izuku, Mr.Aizawa seemed to be watching him. I also felt more eyes on him than just the teacher though. I just couldn't tell from where. He was getting about 75 on the machine.

I crushed the handle with both hands. Though as I kept watching the rest of the class. I focused on a guy named Mezu. He had 6 hands on the machine. As the number on his continued I put more pressure on mine.

He ended up at 540 kg and I frowned. Mine only ended up at 510 kg. I looked at Momo who just broke the machine. Did this make me 3rd? Minoru the kid from my entrance exam commented. "Man, you two got 540 and 510? You two are ridiculous."

Mezu looked over to me and nodded, I nodded back. Hm, he seemed chill, I looked at Minoru. "Wanted to ask you, you are the guy who helped me in my entrance exam to take out the zero pointer right?"

Minoru let out a sigh of relief, "Oh thank god you mentioned it. I had no clue how to bring that up!"

We spoke a bit before Mr. Aizawa called out. "Next test!"

Apparently it was the long jump. It was actually just easy for multiple people. Multiple people tied for clearing the sandbox, including me. It didn't last long until the next test. Side steps were easy enough, but I was shocked to see Minoru do the best. After this was the flexibility test, which a girl named Tsuyu did the best. Her quirk gave me some thoughts.

"Shizen! Get to the ball throw." Mr.Aizawa spooked me with his ghostly face.

I nodded and walked over. Mr.Aizawa explained, "Since Bakugo did this earlier I'll be keeping his score."

Katsuki yelled directly in my ear. "That's not fair! What if I could do better?"

"Too bad, Life ain't fair. Ashido, you are going first."

She sighed, "Ah, man."

It went by our seat numbers, but I realized. We were missing someone. When I peeked at Mr.Aizawa's tablet earlier there were 20 names, but only 19 of us. I remembered the name, and put it in the back of my mind. If they weren't here, it meant either they were absent on their first day or had some extra circumstances.

I blinked as Ochaco, the bubbly girl who was talking to Izuku. Threw the ball into the atmosphere. Her quirk was zero gravity. I saw her use it for the long jump. However, seeing this, it gave me an idea with her quirk. Most others went sort of as expected. Only Hanta got creative and tapped the ball and used leverage to throw it further. Which made it my turn.

I picked up a ball and felt it in my hand. "Mr. Aizawa this is by any means necessary right?"

He nodded and spoke, "Use your quirk however you wish."

I gripped the ball tightly, then I threw it as hard as it could. Once it was what I thought was the peak of its arch. I pointed and shit a beam of heat at it. It wasn't perfect as the ball lit on fire. However it did end up traveling further. Mr.Aizawa gave a nod, "Clever, and good control of not vaporizing the ball. 1112.15, best score by date if we exclude individuals like Uraraka."

I smirked, and wandered back over to the class to watch the rest of them. The only one that would be as interesting would be Momo. She would likely create a cannon. Though once Izuku stepped up things got interesting, Mr.Aizawa used his quirk on him.

Izuku called out his hero name, but I was more interested in the talk between Tenya and Ochaco. I weaseled my way over and interrupted them. "You said he took out the zero pointer as well?"

Ochaco jumped, but it was Tenya who confirmed my question. "Yeah, he took out the big robot by himself. He sacrifices his well being and his chance to get combat points for the sake of saving others."

My eyes narrowed, he was the guy who passed on only rescue points. "You saw how he did it?"

Ochaco nodded, "He charged up this massive attack and went boom! I think his quirk is a physical enhancement type, but it destroys his body if he uses it. That's why Mr.Aizawa just disabled his quirk."

Right, I watched Izuku carefully. He was debating on how to use his quirk here. He was in last place overall. This wasn't because he wasn't physically fit. I could see how much he trained his body. Though it seemed like his body was like glass due to stress and exhaustion. So in order to not be expelled he had to likely beat my score.

I raised a hand, "Mr.Aizawa, you read my file right?"

He nodded, "Can I use part of my quirk on Izuku? I wish to test something about his quirk."

Izuku paused, and Mr. Aizawa shrugged, "You may, but Midoriya has to agree."

I looked at Izuku and he asked, "What would you be doing?"

I pointed at him, "I wish to completely relax your body. You failed in doing well in the other tests because you basically destroyed it through whatever training you did before coming to UA. You should've beaten students like Koji and Toru. However due to how much you fucked up your body through training, exhaustion and I imagine recovery. You failed at everything. With your recklessness you don't honestly deserve to be a hero in my eyes. So I'd like to at least see what your quirk can do if you fire it off across your whole body. Instead of how Tenya and Ochaco said you used it during the entrance exams."

Everyone seemed shocked at my words, but I shrugged. Mr.Aizawa pointed at me. "He's exactly right. That's why I am willing to allow him to use part of his quirk on you."

Izuku seemed hesitant, "I'm fine! I-I think I got an idea. Mr. Aizawa, do I have to throw the ball?"

He shrugged, "Not really, Truth be told I expected Tenya Ida to kick the darn thing. However he didn't, greatly disappointing me."

Tenya made a sad expression at that. It was understandable his quirk was in his legs. This was a quirk apprehension test. If he didn't kick the thing, what would he do?

With Izuku rejecting my offer I walked back over to the class. Leaving Izuku to fail on his own, he wouldn't beat my score if he just threw it. However to my surprise I felt an energy spark across his body. It was completely chaotic, but he seemed to be controlling it. Lowering its power to where he could manage it.

I scoffed, so he never used his quirk across his whole body before. He would still fail and be expelled if Mr.Aizawa wasn't joking. I turned and left the class. We would have to get back inside soon anyway. Since this was the last test I would be getting some water.

----Changes---> pretty obvious. About double the length of the previous version----
