8 An Attack Planned?

*THIRD PERSON*

(I.R.P.: Listen to "Shie Hassaikai (Eight Precepts of Death)" from My Hero Academia)

"So... I'm assuming you're all... Eager... To get your deserved revenge on them, correct?" Shigaraki wondered.

"Damn right! Those goddamn heroes... If they weren't there, we wouldn't have been caught in the first place! It was all because Chisaki lost that little girl he had with her, then she ran into those two." Toya Setsuno replied.

Shigaraki leaned his head against the back of his worn, rusted throne. He closed his eyes to remember the past.

"That's right, your boss was taken out by... Him... I shouldn't have even sparred his life when I broke him out of jail. I wonder where he's at now? However, that isn't as... Important... As this. U.A. High hold their annual Sports Festival in a week now, meaning that hundreds of heroes will be there. I've uncovered something that might swing the odds into... Our favor. One of those students, Mabel Leonidus, just so happens to have something that I need. A power that could very well be... Negotiated with under the right terms. My clone that I sent out allowed me to see their home, and another child, her brother." Shigaraki continued.

He looked down at the former Shie Hassaikai members, "Their home isn't that far from here, I'm sure that Creati will be home alone with her son. She's a task I doubt you'll have trouble with, but don't kill her, just... Send a message. Kidnap the boy and bring him here once you're all finished. Kendo, Chronostasis, Tengai... I'll leave the boy with you three."

"Yes, Lord Shimura, we won't disappoint you!" Chrono bowed.

He smiled at the name, "Lord Shimura? I like that, you know? Now, go, get out of my sight."

[One Week Later...]

*MABEL'S P.O.V.*

Monday was the day of the Sports Festival, I couldn't be anymore excited! I sat at home watching old reruns we recorded of past Sports Festivals. I started off watching the first one that Dad and Mom were in! Ashi climbed up onto the couch next to me, his eyes brightened up as he saw a younger Dad fly across the arena.

"Woah! Is that Papa? How'd you do that?" Ashi marveled.

"They play old reruns every year before the Sports Festival, Dad and Mom recorded pretty much all of them! Except for most of their Third Year one, I'm not entirely sure why though." I answered.

He watched intently as Dad faced off against Deku. The door opened, both Mom and Dad walked inside, I would've figured that Dad wouldn't be home until later tonight. As soon as I looked back towards the T.V., the arena exploded with a bright blue and green light!

"Ooo, that was pretty! You didn't die, did you, Papa?" Ashi smiled.

"Well, I mean, I 'have' before but that's a story for another time." He replied.

There was a knock at our door, we all stopped and looked at the door, who in the world would be knocking? We didn't live close by to a whole lot of people, Dad walked over and opened the door.

"NYAA!!" The woman shouted.

She clung onto Dad with quick precision, I don't think I've ever seen someone move like that before! Her tail wagged around like crazy!

"Oh, goodness!" Mom giggled.

"L-Luna? I thought you told me you were going to Europe with that boyfriend you had right before Momo and I left U.A.?" Dad wondered.

"Oh, that was just a lie! I was really going to get my Hero License, now I'm a Pro Hero! Could I be your sidekick?" Luna beamed.

Ashi walked up to Luna who hopped off of Dad, she knelt down and tilted her head at him.

"Hee hee, you're really pretty! Can I pat your head?" Ashi laughed.

"Hey, Alyx, he looks like a mini you!" Luna noted.

Ashi patted her head, I stood there visibly confused and lost, they never told me about this woman before. Was she a family member or something? Luna picked Ashi up and made eye contact with me, then to Mom, then back to me.

"Wow, you really double pumped it, Alyx." Luna spoke up.

"Luna... What?" Dad sighed.

I looked at Mom, "Double... Pumped it? What's that mean, Mom?"

"N-Nothing dear! It means absolutely nothing!" Mom nervously laughed.

"So, I'm assuming you've got a hero costume made?" Dad asked Luna.

"Uh... Well... I was hoping you would've had something for me?" She responded.

My Father looked towards his closet, he walked over and opened it up. He reached onto the top shelf and found a small box. He gave it to Luna, she looked at it for a bit before putting it on around her wrist. She tapped it and a costume flew out, enveloping perfectly around her body! It was a gold and white colored costume, it had a red symbol on the front of it.

"That's that costume I wore during the first part of my Third-Year at U.A. I figured it would fit you being that you're about the same size I was, not height wise, of course." Dad told her.

"Are you callin' me short?" Luna puffed her cheeks out.

As Dad laughed at Luna's question, my phone started to ring. I pulled my phone out of my pocket to see that Saizaki was calling.

"Hey, what's up?" I asked.

"Hey girl! I've been meaning to ask you this today, do you wanna spend the night at my house? The rest of the girls are coming over as well." Saizaki answered.

"Sure! That'd be wonderful! I'll be over in a little bit." I agreed.

My Mother looked at me as I hung up the phone, "Who was that, Mabel?"

"Saizaki, she was wondering if I'd like to spend the night at her house." I replied.

"Ooo! Ooo! Can I come with? Pleaaaaase?" Ashi chimed in.

"Ashi, it's an all girl's sleepover, I don't believe you can come with." I rebutted.

[One Hour Later...]

I stood at Saizaki's door with a tired look on my face, Saizaki opened the door and was met with a brightly smiling child.

"Oh. My. God! Is that your brother? He's so stinkin' cute!" She squealed.

"Yeah... My parents wanted me to take him with me since he needs to meet other people outside of school." I nodded.

Ashi lifted his arms up and motioned for a hug, "You're pretty too! Can I give you a hug?"

In a flash, she picked him up to give him a hug. It kind of surprised me as to how fast she moved to do it!

"I would lay my life on the line for this child." She whispered.

I shook my head and laughed as she let me inside the house. I noticed the abundance of shoes by the door, she really did invite all of the girls here, didn't she? We entered the living room where everyone else was at.

"Ah, Blessed Child, there you are! We were wondering where you were!" Hanae smiled.

I sat down on the floor with Ashi in my lap, they all looked at him, he gave them his signature smile.

"Holy hell, he looks like a mini version of your Dad! He's so adorable!" Yamashiro remarked.

"So I've been told, my parents wanted me to bring him along with me to introduce him to new people." I nodded.

Ashi hugged and introduced himself to everyone in the room. He finally stood in front of Hotaru, he looked at her long, shadow-like hair before whispering something in her ear. Hotaru slightly smiled as he leaned back away from her, he gave her a hug and she actually hugged him back.

"I think your brother might be a miracle worker." Kokoro whispered.

"Trust me, I'm just as surprised as you are." I whispered back.

We continued talking, at one point during the night, Ashi ran off somewhere. I figured he went to the bathroom being that he downed about 8 slices of pizza, I closed my eyes and searched for his Heat Energy.

"Yo, Saizaki, is your parents' bedroom upstairs?" I asked.

"Yeah huh, why?" She confirmed.

I got up from my sleeping bag, "I think I've got an idea as to where Ashi went."

I made my way upstairs to where Ashi was. I knocked on the door before entering the room, Ashi was snoring away on Auntie Mina. Uncle Kirishima looked over and waved at me.

"Hey, were you missing someone?" He chuckled.

"Sorry! I didn't think that he'd run off, I can take him for you if you'd like, Auntie Mina." I spoke softly.

She looked down at Ashi, "Eh, it's all good. You girls shouldn't have to worry about watching over him."

"Okay, thank you Auntie Mina!" I smiled.

I left their room and walked back downstairs, I took my hair out of the side buns I had them in. I entered the living room once more then sat inside of my sleeping bag once more.

"Alright girls, now we can REALLY get started on the tea! Arai, what's it like livin' with a total babe?" Saizaki smirked.

"Saizaki, I've never really thought about myself like that you know!" She laughed.

All of us girls started laughing with her, Hotaru held up a paper with "Ha Ha!" written on it instead of laughing.

"Ooo! Heya, hey! What about Ishimoto, huh Mabel?" Mitsuri chimed in.

I felt my face burn up and I spat out the water I was about to drink, "H-Hm?! Whaaat about him?"

"Oh? What's with that response, Mabel?" Kotake wondered.

"I-I just wasn't expecting to be singled out, that's why!" I nervously laughed.

The girls all looked at me with serious doubt on their faces. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Zakaza lean towards me with a smug look on her face.

"You like Ishimoto, don't you, Mabel?" She snickered.

"Pffft, of course not! Don't be ridiculous, I'm focused on my academics, why would I be concerned about something like that?" I waved it off.

Hotaru drew out a picture of me punching Ishimoto in the stomach. I narrowed my eyes and sighed at it, how'd she know I did that? Arai pointed at Hotaru's paper with an icy pointer.

"This has happened twice now, from what my sources tell me, that is. That's some Tsundere-esque activity, Mabel." Arai noted.

Mitsuri floated in front of me, "Uh huh! You're a mean ole' lady, Mabel! Well, I guess not really though, but you get what I mean."

"Gee, that's quite the compliment..." I muttered.

"Just fess up already! You can't tell me that you DON'T like him!" Kotake chimed in.

"I-I'm being serious! I'm only concerned about my academics and nothing more!" I argued.

[Two Hours Later...]

We all fell asleep at around 2 in the morning, except for me, I just couldn't sleep whatsoever. I guess I couldn't wrap my head around this whole Shigaraki guy and the fact that Tartarus had been destroyed causing hundreds of super criminals to run amok in Japan. I got out of my sleeping bag and walked into the kitchen, I went to grab something out of the kitchen but my entire body seemingly froze in place. I couldn't speak at all either.

"Mabel Leonidus, I've finally found you, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that your Father had a rather powerful daughter." I heard a woman's voice.

I looked over towards her using my eyes, she had a question mark-like scar on her right cheek. I struggled but I just couldn't move!

"Take it easy, I'm not here to harm you. My name is Evelyn Kuwahara, your Father 'killed' my Father about 17 years ago in the U.K." She spoke calmly.

I felt the area around me unfreeze and I was able to move. The woman had silky, light lavender colored hair, her eyes were a faded pink.

"Wait, who are you exactly? My Father never mentioned anyone with your last name to me." I wondered.

"I'm the youngest in the Kuwahara Family... And the second family member that doesn't kill people for sport. Our family has been in somewhat of a enveloped rivalry with yours, which has turned into very violent conflicts, I guess this has been the longest time that there's been peace between the two of our families. And if you're wondering what I meant by your Father 'killing' mine, we aren't exactly... Human. He narrowly survived the blast your Father sent at him, at the cost of most of his lower body and limbs. But, after hearing that Shimura's alive, he's wanting to call a truce." Evelyn explained.

"Shimura... Do you mean Shigaraki?" I replied.

She shook her head, "Not anymore, he goes by the alias 'Lord Shimura' now. Haven't you been keeping up with the news?"

"Lord Shimura? He really must've gone off the deep end if he's referring to himself as royalty now." I noted.

"No, not royalty, he's acting as if he's some sort of God. I should let you get some rest, I'll be revisiting your Mother and Father in the morning." She continued.

Within the blink of an eye, she vanished without leaving a trace. At least we won't have to worry about them being a threat... Right?

[The Next Day...]

I returned home from Saizaki's house, I stepped inside and saw my Father standing in front of a rather tall man. They were both staring each other down, neither daring to blink, there was a question mark marking on his face as well!

"Ah, Mabel my dear, you're home!" Mom smiled.

I looked over and Evelyn waved at me. I was just about to ask her something until she nodded at me. My Dad and her Father still kept staring at each other.

"So... You're wanting to help us out? Why's that exactly? You aren't trying to trick us into something, are you?" Dad questioned.

"If I was, I clearly would've attack you, Leonidus. I'm here to call... A truce between our families. Lord Shimura is seemingly becoming a problem not just for you, but for us as well. Constant attacks on our facilities, threats of assassination, stealing our resources, the list goes on. I'm sure all of you have problems of your own with him as well." He told him.

"Alright, I guess we can cooperate, as long as you don't do anything to harm us. I can take you to our headquarters in a little bit." Dad agreed.

Ashi stuck his finger out towards Evelyn's Dad's scar, "Woah, that looks cool! How'd you get it?"

"This child of yours, he's rather irritating, does he always ask questions nonstop?" He sighed.

"Hee hee! You're silly! I could destroy you in seconds!" Ashi beamed.

We all stared at Ashi as he kept giggling. I honestly didn't expect him to say something like that. I wasn't sure what all this partnership would bring, but hopefully it isn't anything bad. These Kuwahara's don't seem like trustworthy people, Evelyn being the exception however.
