After that incident with the slime tentacle villain Shun got some notices sent to his house about his vigilante activities which seemed to be increasing for quite sometime now.

Shun just shrugged his shoulders at that and said, "There is no way that I will let opportunities where I get to test my abilities on lab rats slip past me. Plus it is better and efficient if I do the job myself than wait for some hero take the villain down and stay like a hostage in the meantime."

"Shun..." said Sorahiko sternly as he stared at his grandson.

"What the number of people that I saved as vigilante are enough to put me in top 200 of the hero rankings and that too with me doing school, and working on my quirk and other things." said Shun.

"...Just make sure to not get caught on the next time you do this." said Sorahiko as he knew that his grandson was not doing anything wrong and it was him and Toshinori that taught him to help someone whenever possible and though Shun's thoughts to help someone were not the same as him and his disciple's it was still a good deed in the end.

"... Anyway onto the other topic that I want to talk you about. You remember my old hero agency office?" asked Sorahiko.

"You mean that building that is on the verge of collapsing?" said Shun.

Sorahiko's brows twitched in annoyance as he said, "Yeah, that one that Toshi damaged while training...you see I was thinking not selling it to-"

Shun immediately raised his hand to stop him and said, "I will buy it."

Sorahiko's eyes widened in surprise as he heard that and said, "Oh if you want to then I don't mind if you tak-"

"No I will buy it, I know that I cannot pay for it at the moment but wait for a few years and I will pay for it. I will use all the money that I currently have." said Shun seriously.

Sorahiko stared at his grandson for a while and said, "Fine if you want to do it the manly way then who am I to stop that. Also pay half of the money that you have right now instead, it's important to have some money to spare when you need it." Shun nodded and then started discussing the amount that he will pay to Sorahiko and once all that was settled he sent half of his money to Sorahiko's account.

Sorahiko stood from the couch and said, "Well I will go and deal with the paper work. Make sure to keep that land in good condition, I have quite a lot of memories at that place."

"Don't worry, that is also one of my reasons to stop you from selling it." said Shun with a small smile on his face.

Sorahiko turned around and looked at him with surly but soon smiled as a tear fell from his eyes.

"Thank you" was all Sorahiko said before he left the the living room.

A few days later at the place where Sorahiko's old agency office was located. Shun along with Sorahiko, Chiyo and All Might(in his deflated form) was standing in front of it.

"Go I will take a last photo of you all at this place before I renovate it." said Shun to the other three.

All of them nodded and stood in front of the building and let Shun take some photos.

Once it was done Shun asked all of them to comeback as he wanted to finish the construction soon.

"So what are you planning to make here Shun-shounen?" asked All Might.

"A small apartment complex in the dorm area and my own lab under the main office building. I will also renovate it since....you know, it might fall." said Shun as he opened his customize create screen.

Hearing that all three of them were surprised and Chiyo said, "That's unexpected of you.....I thought it would be a full scale lab with a lot of other facilities."

"I thought about that as well(and a weapon hangar too) but I need money to get those luxuries. So I will start with an apartment complex first and will make the luxurious one at a different place when I get older and started earning enough money to support that kind of lifestyle." said Shun.

"Here wear these sunglasses it will be very bright." said Shun as he passed the glasses and wore his.

Once he made sure that all of them were wearing their he used customize create to break down the whole dorm area into basic construction material.

The whole building shine brightly and a moment later a large amount of raw materials were present on the ground.

"Now let's begin the construction." said Shun as he started designing the apartment style that he wanted to make and once he was done the ground started shining brightly and in the next instant a new and more durable looking building appeared.

Shun looked towards the other three who looked at the building for a while before giving their own pointers about what to change and if Shun liked the idea he changed that in the building.

After a while the apartment was complete and Shun nodded his head with appreciative gaze.

"What about the electricity and water supply?" asked Chiyo.

"Everything is connect properly electricity, water and any other things no need to worry about that.....it's more durable than before too and the best part all the material used to make it is recycled." said Shun with his chest puffed up feeling proud. He ready started thinking of the prices that he should set for the rooms and all as well as how much will be earn from this.

"... Anyway let's continue." said Shun as he erected a wall that separated the new apartment and the old office. He then used customize create on the office building and just repaired the damaged parts of the building and turned all of them new making it look brand new.

"It's fine like this right?" asked Shun as he looked towards Sorahiko.

Sorahiko looked at building for a while before he gave an appreciative nod to Shun.

Shin smiled and then made an underground workshop just below the office building but made sure to not make an entrance for it. He can enter it whenever he want to using his abilities and no one else needed to go there anyway.

Shun then took Sorahiko and the others to check the interior of the apartment complex as well as the new office building and they just gave them pointers on how to maintain it.

"Grandma Chiyo, how about you take a room here. This place is close to station as well, so you won't need to take much time to come and go from your school. That school is close as well, so you can stay here on weekends instead of staying at the school....Of course it's free for you." said Shun.

"Hey what about me?!" asked Sorahiko in a grumpy tone.

"...Are you going to leave that cave of yours?" asked Shun as he narrowed his eyes.

"...No..." said Sorahiko as he averted his eyes.

"I knew that already and it should already be understood, you can live here without anyone's permission....as long as you are not doing something that will send all the people that may like to live here away." said Shun.

"....What about me?" asked All Might.

"....As long as you will pay for all the damages that you do." said Shun making All Might laugh awkwardly as he thought about the time how he destroyed his old house.

"...Hmm....fine I will live with Shun here on weekends." said Chiyo with a smile on her face.

"...But in return you will be joining UA."

"...Seems like you found out that I was planning to join a different school..." said Shun.

"Hmph, like I will allow you to join a school that allows students to skip grades if they do well and get a hero licence." said Chiyo.

"...Fine, whatever. Itsuka and Neito are trying to go there anyway. Nejire, Mirio and Tamaki are there as well." said Shun as he sighed.

"I will be there as well." said All Might.

"Huh?" said Shun as he turned his head and looked towards All Might who was smiling but soon his skin paled as he realised he was not allowed to tell about this yet.

"...If you make me do those embarrassing entries there.....I will make sure that you sign you resignation letter." said Shun making All Might gulp his saliva.
