12 Shie Hassaikai

The next morning at 8am

Cloud was standing in his costume along with the rest of the heroes. Tsuyu was croaking nervously and Cloud patted her head saying "Relax Frogger, just think of it as a video game!" as he laughed and added "A dangerous one, where you only have 1 life and 10 hp!" Tsuyu gulped and said "That doesn't help.." Cloud laughed even harder and squished her face saying "C'mon its fun! See you're smiling now, that's the spirit! Go plus ultra!" as he stretched a smile on her face.

Izuku chuckled dryly and said "I don't think that's how you're supposed to say that.." Eijiro cheered "Plus ultra!" Cloud burst out laughing and Aizawa smacked him saying "Stop scaring her, not everyone is missing the ability to feel fear." Cloud gasped and said "I'm scared sometimes." Izuku, Eijiro, Ochako, and Tsuyu said "Really?!" Cloud nodded and said "Yeah, Mei is pretty scary when she's mad." they sweat dropped and muttered "That's not what we meant.."

Nighteye grouped everyone up and said "Let's go! Shie Hassaikai compound." Cloud grinned excitedly and whispered to the others "This is the first time we're going on a raid WITH the Pros!" The other four smiled wryly and said "Last time didn't go so well.." Cloud followed the group and scoffed "What? That was a perfect extraction! We got boom boy and we had 0 casualties." Izuku grimaced and said "We did. YOU didn't." Cloud waved and said "Whatever, i'm fine now anyway! Let's go!" as he chuckled and sped up, the rest sighed and Tsuyu said "Maniac!" before following him.

A while later

The group was standing in front of the compound, a police officer read out a warrant and Cloud said out loud "Criminals don't usually listen to the police.." the gate exploded and sent the police flying as men flooded out, Cloud shot forward saying "Told ya~" he swung Blank and smashed a few Yazuka flying before slipping past them and into the compound, Aizawa sighed and followed after Cloud, who went ahead of the whole group, a few heroes stayed behind and the rest went inside, Fat Gum said "Does he always do this?" Aizawa nodded and said "Almost every single time." Fat Gum laughed and said "He's got guts!"

Cloud ran into the building and saw 3 guys looking at him, he said "Hello! I'm here to check your fuse box? Heard there were a few problems with your electrical system." as he waved, the three were confused and said "We do?" one of them scratched his head and said "Maybe boss called him?" another one rubbed his chin and said "I did think the bathroom light was a little wonky.."

The rest of the heroes showed up as Cloud said "Yeah your boss called me to fix the problem, so if you could point me to the direction of him so I can give him the invoice, that'd be great." the three pointed behind him and Cloud nodded and trotted forward, Aizawa was speechless and one of the villains said "Wait a minute! Those are heroes.." he gasped and pointed at Cloud "You're not an electrician!" the heroes deadpanned and Cloud burst out laughing as he swung Blank and smashed the one in the middle before passing them saying "The bathroom lights work in jail~" before disappearing as laughter echoed in the air.

Cloud passed through the building and found the man he saw last time and said "Oh! You're Overhaul right?" Overhaul said "Who are you?" Cloud looked at him and said "Does it really matter?" Overhaul said "I suppose not.." as he took off his gloves, Cloud got serious and shot forward, he swung Blank towards his legs, Overhaul jumped out of the way and Blank smashed into the ground, shaking the entire compound.

Overhaul said "Why did you heroes come here? For Eri? She doesn't want to-" Cloud threw Blank at him and smashed it into his stomach saying "God, do you have to talk so much?" He looked at the man who was holding Eri and said "You going to hand her over or am I going to have to get physical with you?" the man scoffed and said "You won-" Cloud punched him in the face and took Eri from his hands saying "Idiot, who replies?" He held Eri in his hands and said "You alright?" Eri shivered and clung to him tightly, Cloud sighed and said "You're so damn cute, I might just adopt you." Mirio showed up and said "You got her!" Cloud handed Eri over and said "Yup! Gotta go get that Overhaul bastard though." before chasing after the flying Overhaul down the hallways.

Cloud flew over and pulled Blank back before shooting forward and kicking Overhaul in the stomach, sending him smashing through a door into a big open room and coughed out blood. Cloud ducked under an arrow and said "Watch it buddy!" glaring at the man with Overhaul, the man said "I won't let you hit the boss!" Cloud jumped out of the way of another arrow and shot towards him.

Cloud flipped over the arrows and slammed Blank down on his head but Overhaul kicked him away into a wall, Cloud smashed into a wall and said "Fuck, that hurt." as he stood up, he tilted his head and cracked his neck as he shot forward and used his self created swordplay, Blank moved in an infinity symbol pattern as Cloud moved faster and faster while Overhaul dodged.

Cloud spun out of the arrow's path and threw Blank at Chronostasis, smashing his face in, before pulling Blank back and rolling out of the way from Overhaul's hands. Cloud grabbed the cloth and swung it at Overhaul, sending Blank careening towards him.

Overhaul was surprised, he didn't know that was possible but still jumped over it saying "Useless." Cloud smirked and flicked the cloth, Blank dipped and slammed upwards, hitting Overhaul's shin and dipping him forward.

Cloud shot forward and kicked up at Overhaul's face but Overhaul just put his hands in front of it, Cloud narrowed his eyes and bent his knee, passing over his head before opening his knee again and slamming his heel on the back of Overhaul's head, smashing his face into the ground. Cloud lifted Blank and slammed it down on his back but Overhaul rolled away and grabbed at Cloud, who lunged to the side, dodging Overhaul's hand by a hair.

Cloud grabbed Blank and silently let of a breath of relief, he almost went boom just now, he had to be more careful. He ducked under an arrow and was getting real sick and tired of this arrow guy. Cloud swung Blank at Overhaul, who dodged, and charged towards Chronostasis.

Cloud punched him in the face and tilted his head away from the arrow at point blank range, he slammed Chronostasis' head into the ground before kicking him into the wall and jumping out of the way from Overhaul's attack. He looked at Chronostasis and smiled when he saw him drop to the floor Cloud mumbled "Finally.." and charged at Overhaul, swinging Blank.

Cloud fought Overhaul and paid close attention to his every move, for him just one wrong move was death. Overhaul was getting annoyed by Cloud's obvious caution and said "How do you know what my quirk is." Cloud replied "Heard it from a certain guy with a bunch of hands." Overhaul seethed "That bastard! After I'm done with you, I'll kill him as well!" Cloud said "You won't be able to, because I'm bringing you down today." as he swung Blank with all his strength, surprising Overhaul by the sudden speed increase, and smashing him into the wall across the room.

Mirio came into the room with Eri and said "Woah!" Cloud turned around and said "Why are you here with the kid?" Mirio shrugged and said "The walls started changing and forced me to come this way." Cloud sighed and said "Be careful, Overhaul is really dan-" he got sent flying by a rock pillar from the ground and smashed into the hall. Overhaul clicked his tongue and said "The only blunt one hit him..."

Cloud fell to the ground and groaned, Mirio held Eri up and phased through the spikes that shot towards him. Cloud shook his head, that pillar hit him right in the head, he was sort of dizzy right now. As Cloud was getting his bearings he noticed Chronostasis shooting something at Mirio, Cloud yelled "Mirio! Watch out!" as he charged forward, dizzily and jumped in front of the bullet, but he was too late and the bullet hit Mirio.

Mirio, who protected Eri choked and collapsed to all fours. Cloud rushed over and said "Are you okay?!" Mirio smiled and said "That was the quirk destroying bullet." Cloud paled and said "You mean..." Mirio nodded, Cloud grit his teeth and grabbed Mirio and Eri, he ran to a corner of the room and put them down saying "Protect Eri." as he stood in front of them and faced Overhaul.

Cloud was angry and said "You and your little dog are fucked." Overhaul sneered and said "Why is that?" Cloud's eyes turned red as he ripped the mask off and threw it behind him at Eri before saying "Because you made me angry." as he shot forward faster than before and slammed Blank into Overhaul's head, Overhaul dodged and Blank shook the compound again. Cloud chased after him and smashed repeatedly, he suddenly swung and sent Overhaul flying.

Cloud turned around and flew towards Chronostasis, he grabbed his head and said "You're a good dog aren't you? You ready to die for your master?" Chronostasis said "You won't kill me." Cloud grinned and said "You sure about that?" he lifted Blank in the air and said "See you in hell, puppy dog." Mirio was alarmed and said "Cloud! Don't!" Cloud grit his teeth and smashed Blank on his back, breaking his bones. He grabbed Chronstasis' head and said "I've got a better idea."

Cloud grabbed the gun and the quirk destroying bullets and said "I bet your master doesn't want a quirkless doggy does he?" Chronostasis was alarmed and said "No!" Cloud grinned and fired point blank at his back, completely destroying his quirk. Cloud put the gun and the bullets in his pouch and threw Chronostasis at Overhaul and said "Take your puppy back, Chisaki."

Overhaul grit his teeth and said "What did you call me?!" Cloud sneered and said "You heard me bird man." as he shot forward and smashed Blank at him, Overhaul dodged and picked up Chronstasis, bringing him away from Cloud's range.

Cloud pulled out the gun and bullet box, he looked at saw 3 bullets left, he loaded one into the chamber and aimed at Overhaul, Cloud closed one eye and shot at him, Overhaul dodged the bullet and snapped "You know how much those are worth?!" Cloud sneered and said "Shut up bird man, I couldn't care less." as he dodged the spikes and loaded another bullet before shooting at Chisaki.

Another man ran into the room and said "Master!" Overhaul looked over and the man jumped in front of him, taking the bullet and destroying his own quirk. Overhaul was angry and roared, Cloud sneered at him and loaded the final bullet but he never got to fire as spikes shot out from the ground all over the room. Cloud was alarmed and picked up Mirio and Eri, who now had his mask on for comfort. Cloud jumped into the air and flew with the jet pack, dodging all the spikes and avoiding injury.

Suddenly the wall smashed open and revealed Aizawa, Izuku, and Nighteye

Cloud landed in front of them and faced Overhaul, who seethed and said "I'll kill you! I'LL KILL YOU!!" Cloud sneered and Aizawa said "What did you do?" Cloud waved and said "Destroyed two of his puppies' quirks. Fucking bastard deserved it, Mirio lost his." he clenched his fist and said "All because of me.." Mirio sighed and said "It wasn't your fault." Overhaul roared and it seemed like he powered up somehow, his two lackeys said "Master, use us.." Overhaul grit his teeth and said "You've both done amazingly well, I couldn't be happier with you two.. Thank you." they both smiled and Overhaul grabbed both of their faces.

Cloud was alarmed and said "Not good!" as he shot forward and aimed the gun at him, a spike shot out of the ground and smashed against Cloud's chest plate, sending him flying into a wall and dropping the gun. Overhaul cackled and both his subordinates disappeared, along with himself as Overhaul said "Thanks to you, I gained another ability, now I can fuse two with me!"

An explosion occurred where Overhaul was and black light shot into the ceiling, Aizawa tried to cancel his quirk but he couldn't see through all the pillars. The smoke cleared and revealed Overhaul, but he looked completely different, he had 6 arms, a white pair, a grey pair, and a black pair. Each of them had sharp claws and red spirals coiling around them, on his face, his mask fused to him and became his mouth and had rows of razor sharp teeth, like a shark. His body was much bigger and his forehead had two cambion horns coming out.

Cloud stood up and said "That's definitely not good..." Overhaul flashed in front of Cloud and slapped him across the room into the wall, Cloud smashed into the wall and spat out a mouthful of blood. The rest were alarmed and attacked Overhaul, who waved off their attacks and charged at Cloud again.

Cloud shot out from the wall and swung Blank at him, hitting Overhaul in the head while taking a punch to the chest, sending both of them flying into opposite walls. Cloud spit out blood and said "You fucking god damn monster.." as he fell to the ground and got to his feet, he turned to Mirio and said "Get the kid out of here!" Mirio nodded and grabbed Eri before running away, but Overhaul sent a spike through the ground and stabbed Mirio in the stomach.

Cloud seethed and smashed the spike to pieces before ripping the stone out and wrapping Mirio's wound with the cloth and saying "Go, I'll cover you!" Mirio nodded and left with Eri as Cloud smashed all the spikes and taunted "I liked you better before bird boy!" while laughing. Overhaul seethed with hatred at Cloud, who ruined both his best subordinates.

The rest fought against Overhaul, who dodged all their attacks and smashed his arms at Cloud, who flew into the air and said "Whoops, missed me bird boy, gonna have to try a little harder." Overhaul seethed and shot into the air, pushing off his hands and swatted Cloud out of the air, smashing his into the ground.

Aizawa shot his cloth at Overhaul, who punched at him, Cloud jumped in front of the punch and was sent flying as Aizawa was stunned and went after him, getting swatted into another room from Overhaul but took way less injury from the swat, then he would've from the 3 armed punch. Cloud smashed into the wall and lost consciousness, Izuku stood in front of him, protecting him from Overhaul while Nighteye fought against him by himself.

Nighteye used his foresight quirk and dodged Overhaul's claws, while hitting him with his seals. They fought for a while until eventually Overhaul managed to shoot a spike though Nighteye's back, Izuku charged forward and heel smashed Overhaul's head into the ground.

Overhaul punched Izuku away before charging at an unconscious Cloud, Overhaul lifted his arms, ready to smash down and kill Cloud, when Izuku flashed in front of Overhaul and kicked him in the stomach , the duo started to fight as Izuku pushed himself to his own limits at 10% Full cowl, instead of the normal 5%. Izuku kicked Overhaul away, when suddenly Eri showed up again and said "Stop! I'll come back, just leave them alone!" she still had Cloud's mask, feeling more brave with it on.

Overhaul 'smiled', whatever that was, and said "Good girl Eri come here." Izuku snapped "No! Stop Eri!" Nighteye sighed and said "I knew it should have been Mirio..." Izuku clenched his fists in frustration and screamed "You don't need to go back because I'm going to beat him!!!" as he shot forward and kicked Overhaul in the face sending him flying across the room, catching him by surprise as his attention was focused on Eri.

Suddenly.. again.. The ceiling collapsed!

Ryukyu, Ochako, Tsuyu, and a villain, who has massive muscles, fell from the ceiling and landed in the underground room. The girls were surprised to see Izuku, as they just saw him above ground before realizing he was just a fake. Suddenly Mr. Compress snatched Eri from the ground and ran away to the surface, Overhaul chased after him by constructing a pillar.

Eri grabbed onto Mirio's cape, that was stuck in the debris and her horn started glowing, as her quirk awakened. Overhaul lunged at her to grabbed her but she flew over him and rewinded him back to normal Overhaul before falling back into the pit, Izuku caught her and tied her to him with Mirio's cape as he said "I'm going to save you." Eri teared up and nodded.

Overhaul seethed and shot pillars at Izuku, who jumped over them and climbed out of the pit as the rest grabbed Nighteye and looked around for the rest. Overhaul grit his teeth and grabbed the extremely muscular man, along with Chronostasis and his other subordinate and fused them all along with him, becoming a massive monster with dozens of arms ending in claws. He had extremely long horns on his head and muscles bulged out from everywhere on the monster's body.

Izuku got serious and said "Eri rewind me." before going into Full Cowl 100%, Eri rewinded the damage as Izuku shot forward and kicked Overhaul into the air and the two started fighting.

Cloud woke up and looked up seeing a giant monster, he got up and looked around before finding the gun. Ochako saw him and said "Cloud!" Cloud picked up the gun and said "Use your quirk on me!" Ochako touched him and he flew into the air, extremely fast with the jet pack and no gravity surrounding him.

Cloud flew to Izuku and said "Izuku throw me at him!" Izuku looked over and threw Cloud at the monster, Cloud shot through the air and spun rapidly before slamming Blank into Overhaul's face, shooting him back down. Cloud followed him to the ground and said "Izuku get ready to smash him!" Izuku nodded and charged at Overhaul.

Cloud landed on Overhaul's chest and said "Say good bye bird man!" as he pointed the gun at Overhaul's face. Overhaul paled and said "NO!" as he shot all his arms at Cloud, who sneered and fired, hitting Overhaul straight in the forehead and destroying his quirk as he got smashed to the side and flew through the air. Ryukyu caught him as Izuku 100% smashed Overhaul in the face, as he reverted to his normal form, destroying the streets and rendering Overhaul unconscious.

Ryukyu sighed and Cloud threw up a ton of blood before saying "Phew! Almost died there, that was a close one!" Ryukyu looked at him and said "You're insane." Cloud grinned and said "I know. BUT we won anyway~" before passing out with a wide grin, she shook her head and laughed.

Overhaul woke up and attempted to attack again but Eri's quirk went out of control and started rewinding Izuku uncontrollably, Aizawa and the rest got back up and Aizawa disabled Eri's quirk, as Eri and Izuku fell unconscious. Aizawa sighed and said "Let's get them to a hospital, along with that damn reckless kid.." Ryukyu grabbed Izuku and Eri and flew away to a hospital with Cloud as well.

Cloud woke up in a hospital room and sat up abruptly saying "NO!" sweating profusely, Mei and Nejire said at the same time "Are you okay?!" before looking at each other, Cloud looked at them and paled "It's true!" and ran away, out of the room, fleeing the scene and stunning the two girls. Mei sat back down and let out a breath saying "That was something." Nejire grimaced, it was partly her fault anyway as she said "Yeah.." Mei looked at her and narrowed her eyes saying "So you kissed him I heard?" Nejire turned green and sweat a bit as she said "Oh look at that someone's calling me!" trying to leave but Mei grabbed her collar and 'smiled' as she said "Let's have a chat, shall we?" Nejire shivered at Mei's 'smile'.

Cloud ran into another room and saw Aizawa, Izuku standing in front of a window with a door. He looked inside and saw Eri sadly sitting there with his mask in his hands. Cloud walked into the room despite almost every nurse and doctor in there telling him not to. He walked up to Eri and squatted in front of her.

She looked at him and held out the mask, he smiled and took it before putting it on her face and saying "You were a real hero out there Eri." Eris smiled happily through the mask and Cloud lifted the mask and pinched her cheeks playfully, she pouted and said "That hurts!" Cloud laughed and continued, Eri grumbled and put the mask back down. Cloud smiled and ruffled her hair before looking at the people outside and saying "Do you want to come with me?" Eri looked at him and said "What?" Cloud smiled and said "Do you want me to be your dad." Eri teared up and looked down as she said "Last time I made my dad disappear, now my dad experimented on me."

Cloud hugged her and said "I'll never hurt you. I promise." Eri cried and hugged him back, alarming the others. Aizawa rushed in and said "Cloud, don't touch her!" Cloud stood up with Eri in his arms and said "Chill, dad. You have a granddaughter now." as he passed by the stunned Aizawa and walked through the crowd of people, he put Eri on his shoulders and said "You want Ice cream?" Eri cheered and said "Yeah!" Cloud laughed and walked out of the hospital with only a t-shirt and shorts, along with his wallet and phone.

Cloud hummed happily as Eri sang from his shoulders. Cloud smiled and walked into the Ice cream shop, the cashier was awed and said "Excuse me! Are you Null!?" Cloud pointed at himself and the cashier nodded, Cloud said "I am. Why?" the cashier squealed and said "Can I have a picture?!" Cloud tilted his head and said "Why?" the cashier pointed to the TV and Cloud looked over, he saw himself fighting against Overhaul and smashing him to the ground.

Cloud mumbled "There were reporters there? That's not good..." the cashier held up a notebook and said "And an autograph!?" Cloud chuckled and sighed the book and took a picture with the cashier, he smiled and held up his fingers in a 'V'. His picture had Blank and Eri, wearing his mask in it along with the cashier smiling.

The cashier squealed again and said "Thank you so much!" Cloud waved and said "No problem, umm can I get two Ice creams?" Eri said "I want vanilla." Cloud said "One chocolate and one vanilla please." the cashier nodded and gave him the ice cream, he went to pay and the cashier said "It's fine, i'll pay for it. Thanks for the picture!" Cloud was stunned and smiled before saying "Thank you." he grabbed the ice creams and walked out of the store.

He sat on a bench and handed an ice cream to Eri, she lifted the mask and grabbed the ice cream excitedly saying "I've never had ice cream before!" her small hands held the ice cream and she licked it before saying "So cold!" Cloud laughed as he ate his ice cream and said "Go slowly or you'll get sick." Eri nodded and ate the ice cream slowly. The two sat on the bench and had ice cream for a while when Aizawa, Izuku, All Might, Mei, and Nejire showed up in front of them.

Cloud and Eri waved at them and Aizawa snapped "What are you doing!? You think you can wave and everything is fine?!" Cloud grimaced and Aizawa added "You can't adopt her." Cloud choked as the others gasped, Mei and Nejire said simultaneously "You adopted her?!" Cloud sighed and said "Yeah, look how cute she is." Eri remembered what Cloud said before and made a cute pouting face at Aizawa and sniffled "Pwease Grandpa.."

Aizawa almost fell down and said "Cloud. Did you teach her that." Cloud denied it and said "Nope." Mei and Nejire gushed and held Eri, they pinched her cheeks and said "She's so cute!" Eri giggled and said "Are you my mommies?" Cloud started to sweat and grabbed Eri back and whispered "No more, turn it off!" Eri covered her mouth and giggled, the two girls felt their eyes twitch and Aizawa was about to snap "Where are you going to live? In your dorm?"

Cloud grimaced and said "I can buy a house." Aizawa crossed his arms and said "With what money?" Cloud frowned "I'll figure something out." Aizawa rubbed his temples and said "What about her quirk, she can't control it and it only works on living things. How are you going to train her?" Cloud looked at Eri and smiled saying "I have a few ideas." Eri smiled and climbed onto his shoulders again.

Cloud said "We can go to an animal shelter and rewind the injured animals and the ones that are about to die. If they disappear then they don't suffer anymore and if they're cured then its a plus. There's no risk there. Or we could also go to terminal patients in the hospital, it's the same there." All Might said "Actually that makes sense.." Aizawa shook his head and said "Who's going to allow that?" All Might was stumped and said "I guess you're right..." Cloud said "I'm going to keep her no matter what."

Aizawa was getting angry and said "You're not old enough to accept the responsibility of raising a child." Cloud frowned and held Eri tighter but stayed quiet, he obviously knew that and Aizawa said "Why do you want her anyways." Cloud said "Because she was abandoned just like me!" the rest went silent and Eri looked at Cloud, who continued "You saved me from the alley but Eri was never saved. Nobody should ever have to go through what I went through, she's just like me." he hugged Eri tighter in his arms and said "I'm not going to abandon her like everyone else just because she can't control her quirk."

Eri teared up and grabbed on to Cloud tightly, Aizawa was silent as he remembered when he found Cloud. The rest were quiet as well and Mei and Nejire teared up slightly, Eri said "It's okay." Cloud froze and looked at Eri, who had a tearful smile on her face as she continued "Let me go." he put her on the ground and she looked at him and said "I'll just wait for you to adopt me for real!" Cloud looked at her and said "But I can take care of you now.." Eri smiled and said "I know, but it'll be better later. I can wait!"

Cloud sighed and sagged into the bench, she jumped up and hugged his neck saying "Thank you daddy.." Cloud froze and hugged her tightly saying "No problem kid. I won't let you wait for too long okay?" Eri nodded and Aizawa took her into his arms, silently thinking about something.

Suddenly a small boy ran up to Cloud and said "Are you Null!? Can I have your autograph?!" Cloud smiled and sighed his name on a note book saying "How old are you kid?" the boy said "I'm 7! My name is Skylar!" Cloud signed and said "Where are your parents Skylar?" as if on cue Skylar's parents ran over saying "Skylar you scared me! Why did y-" Cloud looked up and she choked on her words.

Cloud's pupils contracted and he clenched his fists as he stared at the woman and man. Skylar said "Mommy! Look! It's the Hero from TV!" his parents were silent and said "Skylar let's go, we'll get ice cream some other time." Skylar was confused and said "But it's my birthday!" the others were confused but Aizawa had a feeling, just as he expected, Cloud said "Yeah, it's HIS birthday. You don't want to make him feel bad do you? Right mom and dad?"
