Toya saw the list, but rather than going through it he spoke to the system, "System, could you bring out the files on Yakuza."

'One sec.' And the file on the Yakuza was visible on the transparent screen.

"System, other than the info on Yakuza how much do I have now," Toya asked, the system also said that the servers contained the info on Endeavour. So he wanted to know.

'The server that we took the info from only had deep classified info that could only be used for black-mailing or hidden secrets. But low-security level information like where do some pro-hero live or their secret Identity isn't available here.' The system said, 'Well, we have enough information the crumble the Japan Hero socitey and start a few rebellions for the next few decade or so.'

Toya sighed, what else was he expecting. But stealing such info, just for his cause seemed petty.

The system snorted, 'Come on host. The hidden identities were considered low level, Was the Hero Association even serous about their job?' It said, 'You know damn well you are doing this for a better cause, you have full authority over what you do with the information. Heck you can even delete all the info, if it makes you feel better.'

Toya didn't say anything. He nodded, sometimes you need to get your hands dirty for such things. And Toya wasn't emotionally imature enough to just throw away those kind of secrets.

'The dirt of the society, well that could be more than useful.' He thought, leaning back against the tree. Looking at the clouded night sky. 'Also, what's with the Old Classified info?'

'Those are info that was classified but now is useless. So when the system was rearranging it was categorized as Old Classified info.'

Toya wanted to look up the Yakuza files and popped up on the blue transparent screen, without him doing anything. Toya immediately started reading it. When Toya actually took on the trail he was just a bit skeptic about the Hero Commission. But now he just felt betrayed.

"So they knew it… Those fucking assholes." Toya gritted his teeth, slamming his hands on the grass "They were supposed to protect the society, the public." He spat those words with venom.

From the information Toya could see that, not only did they know where their current base was. They also knew what they were doing. Yakuza was in the front of it, there were other criminal organizations mixed in.

'Trigger' That's the name of the drug that was highly sought after by criminals. And many criminal organizations were connected with it. It was a massive link. Heck, if this went on, this could be turned into a national-level threat.

But still the Hero Commission didn't do anything. And also they had enough information on the 'The trigger' that the hero commission could even set up their own shop if they wanted. They would of course need Eri as the main ingredient. Was that why they didn't attack the Yakuza right away, trying to find a substitute for the main ingredient, if not they would attack Yakuza and take Eri in their own hands.

'Hmm, maybe.' The system replied, 'But with their resources they should be able to find a substitute for Eri. Unlike Yakuza, the Agency has a lot of links through Hero Schools and multi national federation.'

'But if they don't need Eri for their damn shady experiment, why aren't they doing anything.' Toya said, 'That girl is suffering in their.'

'Well, they don't want to take any risks. While other governments already have their own version of military version of 'trigger' Japan doesn't. Yet. So they want to change that.'

Though it wasn't popular, some governments like the France and Russian Govt. gave their heroes drugs to fight crimes. And that was only official news, but under the table almost all the countries had heroes that used some type of drugs to enhance their physique.

Sure Toya didn't like Cocaine or other types of drugs, but for him if a hero wanted to use quirk-enhancement to do his work then it's his decision. Even though it came with massive drawbacks. Thats why top heroes didn't take them.

The draw backs were just too much. For some very difficult missions some did, but even then they were very careful.

The government that allowed that kind of thing usually kept a tight leash on the supplies. So, now seeing the effectiveness of the drugs by the Yakuza, the Hero Association were doing there all to hide it from the local heroes and letting them do as they please.

"And these are the people that we trust before going to sleep." Toya said, his blood boiled with rage. And it wasn't because of his quirk. "To hell with their plan… I am going to save Eri."
