6 Unexpected Event RE:W

While Midnight and Katsuro were quarreling, Izuku and Nezu silently observed each other.

Without speaking, Nezu went forward to take a look at the test results.

"We welcome the honored principal Nezu of U.A. in our school, it's really an honor to see you in person." the fatty principal bowed.

"Mhm. Thank you. Can you show me the IQ test and the Hero test of this boy?" Nezu asked and looked like he was in a hurry.

"Ah. Sure, here you go." principal passed both of the test results to him.

Nezu carefully checked every single one of his answers and his gaze turned serious.

"Show me the footage of this room," Nezu commanded.

"Sure, please follow me, sir."

Both of the principals and the homeroom teacher left the room leaving Izuku, Katsuro and two heroes behind.

"I won't argue with a kid like you anymore! Bigger breasts mean a bigger chance of gaining the man you want! Looking at yours, they probably won't even get bigger when you grow up brat!"

"Shut the fuck up cow tits!! I've had enough of you, I am gonna blow you away!"

The two women were still angrily shouting at each other.

Izuku calmly looked at Edgeshot who was standing in the corner. He clearly didn't want to enter this squabble.

'I would greet him, but from what I've seen on the internet, his personality is weird and he doesn't like fans or attention.

Anyway, it's rude not to greet someone, especially when it's a top-ranked hero.'

He went forward but before he could greet him, someone pulled him into something soft.

The soft feeling made him really comfortable. He enjoyed the sensation for a bit before a sweet smell attacked his nose.

Unknowingly, he found himself being hugged by Midnight.

"See~ all boys are comfortable with breasts. Even this little guy here~"

Midnight smirked at Katsuro.

"Damn you Deku!!! Get away from that hag! I will blow her up!"

Midnight just laughed and continued teasing Izuku.

"Your chest is really buffed for a young boy. This big sister likes it. Your freckles are cute as well~" she patted him on his head while Katsuro watched her with a fervent gaze.

"Deku... Get out of the way... EXPLOSION!"

"She can't be serious!? Midnight! Stop her!" Edgeshot shouted.

"With pleasure, but it's a shame that you are a girl, it seems like I have to get a little rough" Midnight rushed towards Katsuro and hit her in the stomach. She didn't hit her hard, but Katsuro still felt it and fell down on the ground immediately.

"Damn you!"

"Now now, calm down. We don't want you to get hurt. I am a pro hero, after all."

This ticked Katsuro off so she extended her hand towards Midnight's arm and tore a part of her costume off, revealing her slender white arm.

Pink miasma quickly gathered around her and her smell spread across the room.

"What the hell is this? Argh..." confused Katsuro fell asleep immediately without any resistance, and her limp body fell on the floor.

Midnight looked at the sleeping Katsuro and couldn't help but frown.

"What? She fell asleep? But that's impossible... Is she actually..."

It looked like Midnight figured something out but kept it to herself.

However, as the smell spread around the room, even poor Edgeshot got hit.

"So, this is the power of evil temptress *Cough* you will not get me, you witch! I will res-" Edgeshot mumbled before he fell on the ground in a similar fashion to Katsuro.

Izuku was about to lose his consciousness when he heard a sound in his head.

A terrible headache attacked Izuku's mind.

"Why, just why does it hurt so much?!"

Izuku fell on the ground and started screaming.

Midnight looked at the kid and couldn't believe her eyes.

"How are you still up? You were the closest to me so, how?"

Without answering her, Izuku twitched on the ground and grabbed his head with both of his hands in pain.

"Are you alright kid?" Midnight asked and went forward to check his condition.

'Is it possible that there are some symptoms from my quirk?'

This has never happened to her before. Sure, there were villains, who covered their mouth with a cloth so that her quirk wouldn't reach them, but this kid was literally less than a meter away from her with no protection.

'My quirk should be working, without a doubt.'

"ARGH!!" Izuku screamed, as the pain was eating him alive. His nails dig into the floor, blood seeping out of them.

Meanwhile, Midnight was seriously considering whether it was her fault or not.

'Is it my fault that he is like this? What if I just seriously injured the kid.

No. It isn't my fault. There were never any aftereffects from my quirk. What do I do? I need to wait for Nezu.' She knelt towards the boy and tried to calm him down by caressing his head.

"I-I am sorry, boy..."

"What has happened Midnight?!" Nezu barged into the room, hearing screams.

Homeroom teacher and principal walked in and observed Izuku's condition.

"Midoriya! What is happening?! What is wrong?!"

"MY HEAD FEELS LIKE IT WILL BURST IN A SECOND!" Izuku shouted

All three of them returned from the camera room after seeing, that something bad was happening in the room and they were right.

"Midnight! What has happened!?" seeing that Midnight hasn't responded, he stood up in front of her and asked her again.

"I am not sure... I wanted to stop the girl from using her quirk against me but she managed to tear my costume a bit and my quirk activated. Everyone in the room fell asleep even the girl which caught me off guard. However, the boy just suddenly cringed in pain and I was not sure of what to do." Midnight replied.

Nezu thought for a while, before approaching Izuku.

He took out a small syringe from his pocket and aimed it at Izuku's neck.

"What are you doing principal Nezu?"

"The only way to save this boy is to inject this into his neck," Nezu said as he pointed at the thing in his hands.

"What is that?" the teacher asked.

"This is a sleeping medicine that specialists from our school made. Some of our heroes, that have post-traumatic stress use it. We can't leave Midoriya in that state, at this rate, his eyes might pop out and some of his arteries might even explode." he stared at Izuku who was still twitching in pain.

Of course, he wasn't sure whether to give it to him or not. Because in this state, it's incredibly dangerous to do anything with his body. But he might as well try, because there aren't any other options to save the boy. He also wholeheartedly trusted the syringe.

He tried stabilizing Izuku before stabbing him with the injection into his neck.

After a few seconds, Izuku stopped twitching.

"Great job! You did it sir!" the principal exclaimed in happiness.

Nezu observed Izuku's body and said. "No. Something is wrong. He doesn't have a pulse."

"That can't be!" Midnight screamed. "There is no way that my quirk is lethal! I.. I.. I don't want to be branded as a murderer... No..."

The look in Midnight's eyes turned hollow as she despaired at the kid she probably just killed with her quirk.

'No.. No.. I can't be a hero anymore... What have I done...'

"Quiet, Midnight. Let me think..."

"How is he dead?! No! My student can't just die like that..." the teacher said solemnly with tears forming in his eyes.

Nezu sighed at his words.

Once more, he tried to check Izuku's pulse, and a fortunately, he could feel small beats. He wasn't dead, he was still alive, but...

Death wasn't as uncommon as it was in the past, but it was still a traumatic experience. No one wanted to die.

Even though he was quirkless, his death would have hurt just as much as the death of a person with a quirk. Luckily he was still within the means to be saved.

"He is not dead, he is in a comatose state."

Everyone but Midnight sighed in relief that the boy didn't die.

Nezu had countless life saving materials in his research laboratory. Curing a comatose state wasn't a problem.

Midnight on the other hand, knew what the comatose state meant and didn't like it one bit.

Nezu turned around to face all of the people in the room and said,

"As a principal of the U.A. I take full responsibility for this incident.

Midnight, don't take it to heart. It wasn't your fault. The unexpected happens all the time."

He turned to Izuku's homeroom teacher and continued, "We will be taking him away. I will give him one of my special drugs to cure him out of his current state, but first, we need to contact his parents to inform them about the procedure. Tell me their names..."

Nezu was about to continue, when he saw the look of disbelief on everyone's face.

"Hmm? What are you guys looking at?"

Unbeknownst to him, a certain black material started floating in front of Izuku's lifeless body.
