U.A. Entrance Exam (1/3)

- A week before the 'U.A. Entrance Exam' -

It had already been nearly two years since my first meeting with All Might, and almost nothing important had happened during this long period of time.

Except for that one incident.

Well, first and foremost, after my declaration to All Might that I would become the next Symbol of Peace, I picked up the difficulty of my training regime.

If others could witness how I was training, they would probably think that I was crazy. Even my family berated me multiple times for this reason.

Though, it was not as bad as it actually may seem to be. Because, first of all, I was getting incredibly strong over time and I could still manage that kind of difficulty.

And second, I quite enjoyed it.

In this case, I was pretty sure that my Saiyan blood had already influenced my mentality a little bit and made me to almost the same battle and training maniac as Goku.

And unlike Gohan or Goten, I was more than determined and motivated to become stronger and not slack off on my training.

On the other hand, my school days were very boring, except for when I hang out with Mina and sometimes with Kirishima.

Mina and I did many, many things together, and we had become best buddies. I was enjoying her company very much. It might be because she and Alice had the same cheerful personality which was really nice to be around with.

Naturally, I was still frequently contacting my best friends, Alice and Kyle, in the US. They seemed to be doing great, too. According to them, they became a lot stronger and had also become somehow famous in their school and neighborhood for some reasons.

Anyway, then there was this one incident where I became kinda scared for a moment.

Of course, I didn't mean that I became scared of an opponent or something, but scared because something had happened a few months ago, which I had completely forgotten and which could have possibly ended very badly.

What I meant was the confrontation between Mina and Kirishima with the extremely dangerous villain and the faithful servant of All For One, 'Gigantomachia'.

While nothing may have happened in the original story, this was not a story for me anymore. This world was real. And I got quite scared when Mina told me about their encounter with a threatening fellow at the school gates.

I was scared that due to my influence on Mina and Kirishima, or even on the whole world, that things could have gone far worse than it normally would have.

What if Gigantomachia got annoyed by the kids and decided to attack them? It would be a catastrophe.

Luckily, nothing of that sort happened and Mina and the others were unharmed.

A few years ago, I actually still clearly remembered that this incident would take place, and I did decided at that time that I would watch them from nearby, and should something unexpected happen, I would immediately intervene and protect them.

The plan to let Mina and Kirishima handle it was actually very important and which was one of the events that would lead to Kirishima's transformation to his confident and manly counterpart at U.A. High.

But because I was only focused on my training in these past two years, I had simply forgotten it, which could've led to a horrible ending, about which I didn't even want to think about.

Other than that, nothing more happened.

I actually didn't know whether my encounter with All Might had possibly led to some changes or not.

I had no clue whether Midoriya still became All Might's successor or if he had chosen someone else. I would probably find out about that at the U.A. Entrance Exam that will be held in a week from now.

I thought about making a trip to the 'Dagobah Municipal Beach Park' and meeting him there, should he have inherited One For All.

But, at the end, I decided against it.

Right now, I had already stopped my training and was just relaxing and waiting for the exam to start.

Even though I was pretty confident about passing the exam with flying colors, I still wanted to be in perfect condition during the exam, so I took a short break from all the training. Furthermore, I'd already become extremely strong in these years and developed many new techniques.

In addition, I had now an ultimate trump card in my disposal, which I couldn't wait to reveal to the whole world.

Needless to say, my appearance also slowly started to change. My height grew to 179 cm, my hair had now an additional bang hanging down on the left side of my forehead and my facial features became sharper and slightly more mature.

All in all, I was ready and excited for what was about to come in the near future.

- Day of the U.A. Entrance Exam -

It was finally time. It was the day of the entrance exam. I couldn't sleep at all yesterday. I might have the mentality of an adult, however, right now, I was clearly as excited as all the other kids who were about to take the exam.

And obviously, it was only excitement that I felt and not nervousness like some others.

My family also weren't really worried about me since they had become, from what I had recently found out about, way too confident in my strength.

Anyway, I had a lovely breakfast at the morning before it was finally time to make my way towards the location of the U.A. Entrance Exam!

"Good luck, sweetie, even though you probably don't need it." my mom gave me some last encouraging words before I headed out of the house.

On my way there, I met up with Mina since we promised each other to go to the exam together. She was incredibly excited for the exam, though a bit nervous as well.

We took a thirty-minute subway ride towards U.A. High, though to us, the time seemed to have passed by way faster.

We were currently standing in front of the huge gateway of the exam building. You could see dozens of young people walking nervously along the road. I couldn't spot any familiar faces yet, though.

"Ne, ne. Let's go in already! What are we waiting for?" Mina nudged me on the side.

We arrived quite early because we didn't want to take any risk in being late for the exam. Right now, we were already standing in front of the entrance for several minutes because I asked her to wait for a bit.

"Hm~, yeah, soon.. I was looking for someone and I do-.. Ah! There he is!"

Mina and I shifted our attention towards the location I pointed at.

At the front, there was a young boy of average height, with a rather narrow but muscular build and lightly tanned skin. He had short ash blond hair which spiked upwards at all angles away from his head, but sat low over his forehead and coming down to his eyebrows.

His eyes were sharp, thin and bright red in color. He wore a very grumpy and angry expression on his face which was probably due to the other boy standing frozen behind him.

This was naturally Bakugo Katsuki, an extremely arrogant and aggressive person who often tended to come off as an anti-hero.

The wimpy-looking boy behind him was obviously his childhood friend and the future Number Two Hero, Midoriya Izuku.

He was very short for his age. His round face was framed by a short mess of fluffy dark green hair which sticked up at odd angles around his head. His eyes were large and somewhat circular, with their irises being of the same green color as his hair, and were usually stretched quite wide, giving him somewhat an innocent appearance.

He had a set of four symmetrical freckles in diamond formations, one on each cheek. And despite his short height, I was pretty sure that he was hiding rather well-toned muscles underneath his uniform which he must have gained after his intense training with All Might.

And since he was here, Midoriya must still have presumably become the successor of All Might.

'I guess, until now, nothing has really changed so far.' I thought to myself.

Right afterwards, everything happened exactly the same as it did in the story. Midoriya clumsily tripped over his own feet and Uraraka Ochako saved him from falling by using her Quirk [Zero Gravity].

Uraraka was a short girl of slender yet feminine build. She was fair-skinned with a perpetual blush on her cheeks. Her eyes were large and round with her irises being a warm brown-tone.

She had shoulder-length hair which was about the same color as her eyes. Her hair was bobbed and curved inwards at the ends, with two longer clumps taking the same shape on either side of her face, and short bangs that reached roughly a quarter of the way down her forehead.

"Hey, stop ignoring me! Do you know them? Who are they?" Mina was pissed that I was ignoring her.

"Hm, well, I kinda do, I guess. Rather I heard about the green-haired boy. But, whatever.. Let's go, we don't want to be late."

After I gave Mina a vague reply, I immediately turned around and walked away, naturally to her dissatisfaction.

"HEEEY!! Don't just change the topic! Come on~, tell me who he is!"

"Hai, hai~.. Maybe later.."

After saying that, I simply continued to walk towards the location where the exam will start, followed behind by an angry and complaining Mina.
