2 When He Kissed Her
The bleachers was assembled with screaming spectators. Big banners held the names 'Goddess Yu Yan' and 'Young Master Jian Yu' with their several other pseudonyms painted on along with their photos.
The crowd passionately cheered them on.
Upon seeing such a phenomena Huan Yu Yan's face darkened. Her brows couldn't stop twitching!
Hold on, when did such a giant crowd gather?
How come they look so well prepared?
From where did they bring out those hateful write ups!
Don't tell me it's that bastard's work!
Very soon the crowd's squeals grew louder and a handsome youth toiled in lazily as if he had all the time in the world.
Su Jian Yu leisurely looked around searching for a particular someone and was pleased to find her out.
Smiling, he walked with ease towards her.
His heart beat rose with every step he took. Clearly, his heart was way too much excited!,
Huan Yu Yan looked up at Su Jian Yu's approaching figure and couldn't help but appreciate his handsome features. She felt her face heat up with the thought. Her heartbeat faltered, missing a few beats in the process.
She felt confused.
Su Jian Yu gave her a big smile when he was just a couple of steps away from her. The already muddle headed Huan Yu Yan couldn't help but smile in return. It was a genuine smile.
Su Jian Yu stopped midway. He stood staring up at her with glazed eyes. His smile grew and a silly grin endowed his face. He walked towards her in daze until he reached her finally.
The audience was stunned with this progress. Well not on seeing the lovey-dovey act but the rare smile on Huan Yu Yan's face drew their attention.
For a person who had always kept on a poker face. A smile was a rare thing. And as everyone already knew Huan Yu Yan never smiled!
As if on the cue to break this moment apart the referee blew on the Whistle.
Su Jian Yu cursed under his breath. He stared coldly at him for ruining the moment. The referee panicked and hastily started wiping off the beads of sweat on his face.
" Hey, hey! Stop wasting everyone's time and get to work." Huan Yu Yan spoke out impatiently.
" Tsk tsk... Everyone's got plenty of time at hand apart from you! " Su Jian Yu pointed out towards the crowd with his forefinger.
"..." a comeback from Huan Yu Yan was impossible as technically, Su Jian Yu was practically right!
"Okay then, let's start..."
The supposed challenge was on who's to score more basket. The one who tops will be the winner obviously and the loser had to listen and heed to whatever proposal the winner gave.
Both in their said uniform vests started the game. For the first half Huan Yu Yan was keeping an upper hand. But towards the last half Su Jian Yu took on the lead.
Huan Yu Yan was tired and exhausted. The jet lag and the very little sleep that she got was getting on her. She was feeling fatigued. But she held on. She didn't want to accept any of the stupid proposal proposed by that idiot!
The game got very intense. As both of them were well versed with most of the games and very certainly knew the opponent's tactics, they weren't willing to let each other off!
Su Jian Yu had on a calm upfront but was panicky on inside. He was in a dilemma in whether to win or loose for he was worried about her.
She looked tired but was unwilling to give in to him. He was very well aware of her stubborn personality. If he even tried to go easy on her at this point knowing Yu Yan she wouldn't like it.
Despite all of that, he still let her on easy here and there.
The last minutes of the game was rather mentally exhausting than physically for Su Jian Yu!
'He's got to do something... '
The ball went in and it was a tie. Huan Yu Yan successfully managed to at least balance out the scores which stood at 37-37!
She could already make out Su Jian Yu was going easy on her but she didn't mind...because it was him!
She would have gone ballistic if it were someone else but not on him.
The last ball will make her the winner. The only problem was that there was no ounce of energy left in her to perform the required task at hand!
She was panting and had trouble breathing.
Just then she felt someone moving towards her. That someone was too fast for her to react and pair of cold lips landed on her slightly pale ones.
Su Jian Yu was thinking of a way for her to give in or rather stop this God forsaken game!
Huan Yu Yan had the habit of forcing herself out to achieve her objectives .
She's doing the same here as well. She was also having problem breathing for he could see her pathetically gasping for air!
And so he could not accept it. He certainly would never want her hurt!
All of a sudden, he dashed towards her and held onto her unsteady body by her waist. Without giving much of a thought, he kissed her then and there.
Right in front of everyone!
Just when his lips landed on her soft lips he became dazed. The feel of her sweet and tender lips had his heart beat go wild. And he couldn't stop kissing her thereby diving into it more and more.
Huan Yu Yan who was panting for air was startled. She held onto him. She put her arms around his neck and sucked on as much oxygen as she could get.
She suddenly felt her access providing oxygen was cut off!
A sudden realization dawned upon her.
She was being kissed!
A surprise kiss attack!
A kiss that made her heartbeat faster than it currently was. She felt her mind go numb and any prevailing sanity left was thrown out!
She didn't know what was the right thing to do then.
To see that it was Su Jian Yu himself having a lip locking session with her further made her eyes bulge out!
