8 IS THIS ANOTHER WAIFU!?

I opened up the map with a large grin on my face.

4 dots- all humans, averaging at level 40.

I opened up the Live 3d Map. Surprisingly they weren't knights or cops of any sort, they were most likely an adventurer party, guess I got some unfortunate prey-

All of them were wearing leather armor, two girls and two men, a man with a shield and a sword, probably the tank, a man with a war hammer, and two girls with magic staves.

This was a surprisingly well-balanced team, I could definitely make good use of some adventurers.

[ DUNGEON POINT +8 ]

Now that's some good stuff.

If they leave the dungeon area and then come back again will I get the dungeon points again?

[ YOU CAN ONLY RECEIVE DUNGEON POINTS INSTANTLY WHEN THEY FIRST STEP INTO ANY DUNGEON AFTER 24 HOURS, SO EVEN IF THEY LEAVE THE DUNGEON, ANY DUNGEON THEY NEXT GO INTO WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR 24 HOURS. ]

Well, I almost thought I found a loophole of sorts.

Anyways, I don't think I even need to send my gobby for them, but just in case, let's send him behind them.

In just less than a minute, the screams of two men could be heard echoing through the cave. I certainly didn't think of that.

This alerted the girls who were at the rear, the mage girl used a small fireball, to light up the passageway.

I wondered for a while, was she dumb or something, why didn't she use it when the cave started getting darker.

They stood right before the spot where the illusion for the fake ground started. luckily enough, I made the illusion in a way, that even though the person below could see through it, no sound could go through it.

Currently, the two guys stuck in the quicksand were screaming for help, but it didn't take them long to realize that something was wrong when the girls didn't respond.

I didn't want to waste any more time so I just commanded gobby to push them in, which he gladly did-

Dungeon farm level 1 was now working, all I needed to do now was transfer them to a separate space so that the next time my prey comes in, they don't land on these guys' faces.

And I also need to get these guys some food- since they don't have anyone carrying heavy bags I guess one of them has an item box skill, can I steal from it directly?

{ Skill acquired: Conditional Skill Creation }

You know what, that sounds really OP, but the conditional word kinda takes away its OPness.

Even though I don't know why I got that, I know I am not gonna get any answers so it's better to just go along the flow.

I didn't know how but I already knew how to use the skill-

"activate, conditional skill creation" as soon as I finished speaking, a window in gold color appeared before me, there was nothing on it yet,

"create skill: item box steal"

Instantly the golden window showed:

< SKILL : ITEM BOX STEAL >

< SKILL CAN ALLOW ITS USER TO ACCESS UNSECURED ITEM BOXES OF ANY PERSON IN A 10 METER RADIUS >

< CREATION CONDITION: 25 DP >

Is this linked to the dungeon system?

[ YES MASTER, ALL YOUR SKILLS CAN BE LINKED TO THE DUNGEON SYSTEM, IF THIS SKILL WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN CONNECTED TO THE DUNGEON SYSTEM, IT WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR YOUR POWERS, SOUL, OR EVEN LIFESPAN AS COMPENSATION- ]

Dungeon points are certainly better than that I guess? But what about people who are immortal, like those gods? can they create infinite skills?

[ CERTAINLY NOT, EVEN IMMORTALS HAVE TO PAY A CERTAIN PRICE IF THEY CREATE A SKILL USING THIS SKILL ]

Interesting. I decided not to create that skill yet because I needed just a few DP more to buy the thing which would make everyone open their item boxes voluntarily.

Although I could certainly use mind magic to make them my dummies, that would result in complete personality and memory loss, they would be completely useless for the task I want them to perform, and that is why I need that particular item.

I didn't realize but the girl had woken up.

"I felt like someone was screaming earlier," she said as she groggily rubbed her eyes.

I scratched my head wondering if I should tell her about my farm, but then I decided not to tell her that because if she gets scared or something I wouldn't be able to get much reliable info about the current world from her.

Although I could ask the adventurers, they probably won't answer and even if they did answer, I wouldn't completely call it reliable information- there was a truth serum in the dungeon store but it costs 4 DP and I can't waste DP on items like that for now.

"hey is there any mind magic that can read people's memories?" I asked the girl as she was yawning.

"I have heard that some very high officials have that skill, they use it to investigate important cases sometimes."

Huh, so my knowledge doesn't include every spell, or the memory reading spell is newly made, which shouldn't really be possible with this world's disastrous downfall.

"hey, I forgot to ask but, what's your name?" I said as I realized that I didn't even know her name, nor did she know mine, and we spent an entire night together.

"oh, I am Maia."

the commoners always have only a first name, a last name is only for nobles.

"I am Felix," I said as I got a new notification.

[ DUNGEON POINT +6 ]

Huh? did I get another intruder, but there wasn't any alert.

[ ACTUALLY, THE PEOPLE YOU HAVE IN THE PIT HAVE BEEN DESPERATELY USING MAGIC, TRYING TO ESCAPE. THEY ALL JUST RAN OUT OF MANA, AND EXCEPT THE WAR-HAMMER GUY, ALL OTHERS ARE UNCONSCIOUS. ]

I opened up the live feed to the pit, and indeed what the system said was true, all of them were fainted yet standing, perks of being in quicksand I guess. the quicksand can only sink you till only slightly below the chest, so it was highly convenient.

The guy with the war hammer was trying his best to use his war hammer to climb up, but because the pit was so crowded he was barely able to even move.

Hey, if someone manages to get out of the quicksand lemme know.

[ UNDERSTOOD ]

As soon as I closed the windows, I was teleported to the infinite white room, I couldn't even know if that room either had everything white or was it really just infinite.

This time though it was a new goddess, a goddess standing in front of me in a tattered white dress, and chains bound her legs and arms, I couldn't see where the chains were tied they just disappeared in the whiteness.

Her face was beautiful, her eyes were closed and her long silver hair swayed beautifully in the wind, although I had no idea where that wind was coming from.
