11 Regrets

Two weeks have passed since the church incident and I am already getting emotional stable. I, Jace and Justin have actually started getting to know each other more and hang out.

'So what is the most regrettable thing you have ever witnessed?' Justin asked as we hanged around the garden in the night. I smiled painfully and stared at him.

'Talking about regrets i think i have seen worse than that.' I sighed.

'You should share.' He said.

'You don't want to dig up a painful past, Justin!' Jace backed up.

'To talk of my regrettable scene, it is watching my mother go through a lot pain because of my dad.' He started as he rubbed the body of the wine glass he was holding.

'What kind of pain?' I curiously asked.

'Getting beaten almost everyday, given scars, striped and fucked in front of your children and treated like a slave in your own husband house, isn't that a lot?' He slowly said as a drop of tears fell from his eyes and he quickly cleaned it. What a world? I wondered to myself. It can't be the worst! Watching your own sister get raped in front of you and do nothing about it.

I was just seven, when my sixteen year old sister was sneaking out of the house and I and Jace were playing. I approached her and in my small child-like voice i asked her where she waw going. She told me that he was attending Derek's party.

'Terra, mum told us not leave the house. She forbid from going to that party. What if...?' I started but she cut me off.

'Nothing will happen to me.' I became more worried as Derek's car drove into our compound. Then she handed me her phone and i looked at her hazel orbs with confusion visible on my face.' Follow me to the party if have doubts about my well-being!' She chuckled out.I smiled at her as i understood what she meant. I ran to get Jace and i told him everything. Stephanie, Terra's best friend opened the trunk to put the drinks then i and Jace climbed into the trunk of the car. Terra slightly closed it after distracting Stephanie, for us to easy climbing out afterwards. After a long moment of driving, the car came to a stop. Derek saw us and smiled before grabbing the drinks and left with his friends. i climbed out with Jace, the house was a duplex and it painted white. We looked like pipsqueaks in front of the tall teenagers. I held Jace hand tightly as we walked towards the building.

'No kids allowed!' A tall muscular guard said.

'We are not kids we have growth deficiency. We are actually 17 years mister!' Jace lied, we expected the guard to ignore us but he apologised and let us in. I held firm to the her phone and we stood at a corner. The living room was crowded and people were kissing, smoking or drinking. My eyes darted towards Terra and her friends sitting on a couch. They were persuading here to smoke but being classic Terra she made an excuse to go the bathroom. We got there before her and his behind a pile of boxes. She turns on the tap and i heard her exhaled deeply.

'Yuan, Seth what are you doing .....' I heard her say but she didn't finish her sentence. I heard her groan and i peeped to see what was going on. Yuan had pinned Terra to the wall and Seth stripped off her clothes and though she was fighting they didn't budge. She got out of their stronghold, but they were quick to grab her, they slapped her and blood flew out of her mouth. A drop of tears fell from my eyes as i watched them push her onto the floor. I wanted to run and hit them but Jace held me back, grabbed the phone and started filming the whole scene. They raped her until she bled out, each taking turns. I turned my eyes away and cried my eyes out quietly. I heard laughter and looked at them. They walked away leaving her bleeding to death, i was about to meet her but Jason pulled me back as Stephanie walked in. As sly smile appeared on my face thinking she will help my sister but what she did shocked me.

'You wanted to take Derek away from me but today you'll leave his life forever!' She said bringing out a knife and she stabbed Terra, she repeated this action a lot. I cried till she left. i slid over to my dead sister and burst into tears. i leaned on her and i blood was over me. Jace held me after stopping the recording and comforted me in his arms.
