Dinner Knight

While heading to the Dining table, Harry and I keep on talking about things he did in Beijing. He was gone for 2 months and was needed to stay and monitor the growth of the new business until its stable. His 5yrs older than me., and more expose on meeting new people. That is why father always ask him to go to meetings or when things needed to check on diffrent branch outside the country. After my mother died, Father never really let me get out on my own. It was neither i stay with him at home or in the company or a bunch of bodyguards will escort me everytime i demanded to go out. I cant blame him for being over protectived, his wife was taken away from him by those low lifes and for aslong as we hold money and power the threat will never be gone.

I am thankful enough that somehow i manage to grow up experiencing a normal life. Well maybe a fraction of it...

Whenever Harry is on vacation from military school he will come visit me at home and take me out. He is the one talking to my father and laid out the plan for my safety.

Since he knew im gonna be his fiance, he take good care of me and never really let me near any danger. I thought before when we grow up his gonna ask for his parents to cancel the engagement. He is the type of a man who will never follow order that he doesnt like.. That is one of the reason why he choose to not accept and be promoted as general and retired from the army and focus on business.

I guess he doesnt mind being with me afterall.

On the dining table, father was on my left and Harry on right. The food that are being served are all my favorites. This two man never bothered on eating food that i like. For them is like, if im okay with then its fine to them too.

After eating, we ask the maid to bring some digestive tea to help us grind some food. Father sip on his tea and said..

"3 days from today you are flying with Harry will gonna stay at our manor in Switzerland"

i almost spill the tea if i hadnt gulp it all in one go.

"Father what are we gonna do in switzerland?" "Harry just arrived and hasnt seen his parents, Its too much if keep on sending Harry out of the country. Auntie might get angry for keeping away his son from her."

I look at Harry and seeing his expressionless face, its seems his fine with this arrangement.

"Vanessa, you are going with Harry this time, And i already inform your auntie and uncle about this. They are more willingly send Harry to switzerland with you."

I roled my eyes remebering how auntie ship me and Harry like a teenager ogling on their bias couple.

"What are we gonna do in switzerland? I dont recall having a business meeting on that country?"

This time its Harry who responce..

"Nessa now that your 18, your father think its time for you start training as CEO." Im going with you because i am too will be getting a lesson."

I look at the man infront of me with disbelief. They already planned everything and just informed me 3 days before. I knew this time will come but wasnt expecting its gonna be this soon. Only one thing is on my mind right now.. How im gonna tell this to Gabriel. Im sure this trip to switzerland will take alot of time.

"Father i wish you could have consult me first about this." "I have plans for myself too and wanted to do many things. I know for the fact that 5yrs is not enough for this lesson you want me to get." "I cant be just okay with everything you laid out, I want to decide for myself." I wasnt able to say it in a nice way, and sounded abit harsh.

But before father can say anything Harry already beat him and excuse ourself out. Just like a knight, he manage to help me avoid getting into arguement with my father. Save me from more trouble when i lose my temper, Usually it doesnt end well for me. Its either being grounded or adding more security.I swear few more bodyguard im gonna start calling them platoon.

We went to walk in the garden that is near my bedroom. We keep on walking for half an hour., And it was me who break up the silent

"Are you really fine with this Harry?" I can feel from my back that he is looking at me.
