77 Useless Alexa

It didn't take too long for Aurora to find her first adversaries. They were 7 snow wolves who had surrounded her, thinking she hadn't noticed them. Naturally, she played along with it.

She kept walking forward, completely unaware of her impending death. A few seconds later, when Aurora was in a clearing between the trees, they pounced on her with the two in the back, aiming for her legs to knock her to the ground where they could finish her off by biting deeply into her neck.

When the two snow wolves were about to bite into her legs, ice spikes erupted from beneath them, impaling them right through the bottom of their chins, piercing the brain and killing them within seconds.

'That should take care of that.' Aurora thought, facing the remaining five snow wolves who also had ice spikes impaling their heads. They had all been killed simultaneously.

She dispelled the ice spikes and began looting the corpses of the snow wolves.

*GRRRRR-

Aurora paused when she felt her stomach rumble with hunger.

Looking down at the snow wolf corpse in front of her, her mind began to drift off.

'What do monsters eat? Normally, I would need only to have sex to nourish myself, but now my succubus abilities are sealed, so what do snow girls eat?' Aurora thought.

[Snow girls feed off of mana, so eat the mana stones within the monster's heart. The mana stones are similar to Earth's monster cores.] Alexa said.

"Hmm... it's worth a try; it's not like I have any other options." Aurora muttered as she reached out for the wolf's heart.

*PSSHT PSSHT PSSHT

The sound of flesh being ripped out rang out while her hand searched around the wolf's body.

Crushing the heart, she sighed, since there was no mana stone. She knew that with them being low-level monsters, they had a low chance of dropping a mana stone. But there were still six wolf corpses that she hadn't checked yet, so she wasn't too worried.

She hastily walked over to their corpses and checked the remaining wolf corpses for mana stones.

She was only able to obtain one E-rank mana stone after searching all the wolf corpses for mana stones. It was the size of her pinkie.

She threw it into her mouth and chewed it as she found the taste similar to candy.

After she finished chewing it, she swallowed and continued to loot the monster corpses, as it would give her some items to sell and use that money to buy weapons.

It took half an hour to loot the first wolf as she sat there, taking apart the second wolf.

[instead of wasting so much time on looting the wolves, you could just say collect and I'll do it for you.] Alexa said. She was bored of watching Aurora loot them, so she decided to tell her.

'You know, it would be nice if you'd told me years ago. It would have saved much more time.' Aurora replied, frustrated.

[You never asked.]

'How could I have asked, if I didn't know about it?' Aurora said, sighing in annoyance. 'Forget about it, you're as fucked up as always. At the very least, you chose to inform me.'

Aurora said [Collect] and the 6 wolf corpses simultaneously disintegrated into natural mana.

Breathing in, she sucked in some of the natural mana that had been slowly scattering. "Ah! I can eat this?"

She quickly sucked all the mana into her mouth. But with her slow reaction, she had wasted most of the natural mana.

It was more like she drank soup than a meal. It wasn't filling or unfilling, but it was enough to satiate her hunger for the time being.

'Alexa, where did all the items go?' Aurora asked.

[They should be in your inventory.]

'First you forgot to mention the collection function, and now the inventory. From now on, tell me beforehand.' Aurora looked into her inventory.

'I didn't get anything good. A weapon would be best, but I can at least sell these once I exit this dungeon. If that's even possible.' Aurora closed the system tab and continued on her way through the forest.
