Lisa's POV

I couldn't believe that Maya would wait for me until I finished taking a bath, and she watched me the entire time I put on the white dress. I smiled when I looked at the mirror, and I couldn't deny I loved the dress since it suits me perfectly, and it feels so comfy, it was a knee-length dress, and I couldn't wait to show Ben my outfit.

I was surprised when I saw Ariana get inside Ben's bedroom, and she was smiling at me, and I looked at Maya. I wondered what Ariana was doing inside our room, and I couldn't believe it when she asked me to sit down in front of the vanity table; I didn't have a choice but to let her blow-dry my hair.

"Thank you, guys, but you don't need to style my hair when we only need to go to the doctor for a check-up; besides, we don't know if I will only have until this end of the month or next month," I said, and I know I shouldn't have said that because I could see the pain on their faces.
