62 I'm scared

That night, I stay couped up in my room. I did nothing but just stare at nothing in particular. 

After Chelsea left, I did a lot of thinking and unthinking. But as long as I thought, my mind was still blank.

My phone had been ringing ever since, but I just watched it. I watched it as it was ringing over and over and over again. 

I watch as it stopped, paused, and started ringing again. 

I watched as the message notifications popped up over and over again but I still did nothing. 

I haven't moved from my sitting position since afternoon. And at the same time, I didn't feel hungry, thirsty, nor sleepy.

I sighed as I removed the covers away from my body. 

I got up slowly and walked to the door. 

I walked downstairs and caught sight of my mom in the kitchen so I walked in. 

She's sitted by the counter, sorting out some documents and she looks up when I enter.
