5 The Meeting pt.2

On the way downstairs to his car you begin to get curious as to where he is taking you for the day.

"Jungkook where are we going? You already had something planned for today?" You eagerly asked.

"Yea your father wanted me to take you out for some fancy dinner and talk about politics or something. But you didn't seem like the type of girl who would enjoy that. Besides, what I have planned is way more fun than that. We can get to know each other today. But you won't know where we are going until we get there so no point in asking." Jungkook said as a smirk appeared on his face.

You find yourself smiling as well and thinking of all the possibilities. When you get to his car he opens the door for you, and you get in.

"Hey y/n?" He asked.

"Yes?" You answered.

"I.. I just wanted to apologize for this whole marriage thing. At the office when your father informed you, well you didn't look too happy." Jungkook said.

"Oh, about that, it has nothing to do with you I promise! I have no problem with you at all!" You rambled, as Jungkook chuckled at your cuteness.

"It's just, well let's just say me and my father have a complicated past is all. He hasn't talked to me in years and now all of a sudden wants me back in Korea. I thought he wanted me back here because I'm his daughter you know? But he hasn't changed, he wanted me back for his own benefit. Which is marrying you. Please don't take it the wrong way, I was just being immature and rebellious back there." You continue explaining, smiling at Jungkook and nervously laugh.

"Oh... well I'm really sorry about your father. But I understand, mine is pretty much the same. Except he kept me around to do all his work. It's how I inherited the company at such a young age." Jungkook said.

"But hopefully today we can relieve some stress and have fun. Forget about the whole marriage and just hang out!" Jungkook tilted his head and smiled at you.

"Yea I look forward to it!" You said, smiling back.

After about thirty minutes of driving you guys finally arrive. You both get out of the car and you see that your by the water. It's a large pier with stores closer to the land.

"A pier?!" You ask Jungkook excitedly.

"Yes, but specifically one of the stores by the pier!" Jungkook said. You could tell he was excited about this so called store.

He walked over to you and held out his hand. You took it and he led the way. You ended up going to an arcade with many different varieties of games inside. This reminded you of when you were younger.

"What do you think? You wanna play some games?" Jungkook asked eagerly with a cute bunny smile.

You quickly nodded with a big grin on your face. He opened the door for you and you both walked in. The first thing you guys tried was a dance game. You and Jungkook competed to beat each other's scores. You played a lot of arcade games as well as air hockey, basketball, and lastly racing.

This was the one game you struggled with at keeping up with him. You got the feeling he came here often.

"Ugh this game is so hard. I can barely control where this car is going!" You said frustrated.

"Here let me help you with the steering. I'll give you a few pointers, with practice you might even get better than me at this. Don't give up!" Jungkook said encouraging you.

He was standing behind the racing seat for the game and watched the screen, giving you pointers for how to turn faster on the corners.

"Here, try turning it more like this." Jungkook said as he reached over the racing seat. His face was only a few inches away from yours. Jungkook put his hands over yours on the steering wheel. He turned it slightly more to the right and you two worked together to get you a better score on that track. Jungkook was so focused on the screen and helping you, he didn't even realize that he was so close. When the race was over you looked up at him. He quickly moved his hands and jumped back to behind the chair. You laughed at his cute reaction and because of how hard he was blushing.

"S-sorry about that y/n." Jungkook said with a nervous laugh.

"It's ok. Don't worry about it. Really it's fine." You said, cutely smiling and assuring him.

"Oh I completely forgot. They have food here too if your hungry yet. It's about lunch time." Jungkook said.

"Yea I could eat. Actually now that you mention it I'm really hungry." You say as you both laugh at your stomach growling. After eating you play games and perfect your skills together for another hour.

Your both exhausted after a long day of fun.

"There is an ice cream cart outside if you want to start heading out?" Jungkook asked.

"Yea that sounds great!" You said.

When you walked out of the store Jungkook bought the ice cream cones and you and him walked along the pier to look out at the ocean. After a long, slow walk down to the end of the pier the sun begins to set. You and Jungkook talk for hours while enjoying the beautiful view.

When nighttime comes, you and Jungkook enjoy looking at the stars together on the way back to the car.

He drives you back home and walks you up to your penthouse making sure you arrive safely.

"Thanks a lot for today Jungkook. Even though we didn't really have a choice, I'm glad I went out with you today. I had a lot of fun with you." You said as you start to smile.

"Of course, any time. I'm glad you had fun. I hope we can do this again one day." Jungkook said happily.

"Yea I'd love to do this again!" You replied eagerly.

Jungkook chuckled at your quick response. "Well I cant wait for next time. But for now I should probably let you rest since I had you out all day. Maybe I'll see you around your fathers company sometime?" Jungkook said.

"Yea for sure. Good night!" You said.

"Good night y/n." Jungkook said with a little grin.
