33 House Aimo

After spending an affectionate night with Zara, my stomach was still full of twirls. I had a few errands to tend to and I was about to wake Zara up.

"Hey, Zara, wake up. I'll be back before noon, okay? I have to go meet with the minister of this kingdom for a little while." I shook her slightly and whispered in her ear.

"Mmm... No..." She hugged me tightly and pulled me toward her.

"Baby, I have to go turn in your admission papers." I felt her twitch slightly and her hold faltered. I took this opportunity and pressed her against the bed, sucking her neck and leaving her with a feverish face.

"I'll be back, be a good girl and go back to sleep." I suckled on her neck and left my mark on her.

"How am I supposed to go back to sleep now..." She cutely pouted and I tucked her back in.

"Just close your eyes, I'll be back before you know it." I got up and left before hearing her whisper under her breath.

"But I miss you already..."

I left happily knowing she'll be thinking about me the entire time I would be gone.

"Viv, take breakfast up to our room, and stay with her. I'll be back in a few hours."

Viv nodded and I left the house, into the carriage the kingdom had prepared for me ahead of time.

"G-good morning, young... lady?" The man in charge of driving the carriage seemed scared as soon as I met eyes with him.

"Drive." I nonchalantly gave him an order and fidgeted before quickly resuming his task of taking me to the academy.

I was wearing a white dress, with black tights underneath, prepared for anything that was about to happen with the open discussions I was going to have with the upper echelons of the academy. I steeled myself and prepared to make sure Zara could be excused of any and all problems she causes while staying at the academy.

When we arrived at the academy entrance, I was underwhelmed by how spectacular it was. I expected more. Celest's castle looks better even though it's smaller. The gates had the letters inscribed on the top like a sign, reading 'Rena Academy'. The white metal gate opened on its own and the carriage went inside. I grabbed my bag with the documents in it and got ready to get off.

"We're here young miss." The man still seemed a little timid.

"Thanks." I got off the carriage and the girl from yesterday was there to greet me.

"Welcome, Cera Valentine. This is Rena Academy and I will be your guide for today." She probably had exemplary grades to be chosen as a guide for another kingdom's guests.

"Hello again." I didn't feel like making small talk, so I just greeted her and waited for her to guide me.

"Right then, let us go on our way." She insinuated with her hands to follow her and we entered the academy where Zara would be enjoying her school years at. I looked around and noticed that everything inside seemed to be enchanted with some sort of spell. I could feel the Alm being eroded by sigils.

"Is there anything else you'd like to know?" Abby asked me.

"Yes, which house do you belong to?" I asked back.

"I belong to house Aimo." I'll be putting Zara into house Aimo then.

"We're here." she formally opened the door for me and invited me in with her gestures.

The room I entered had a U shaped table and there were multiple people missing, but there was a young girl standing in the middle. A girl with subtle, but shining eyes. A clear and bright violet. For some reason the Alm surrounding her gave off a different vibe. Unsure of what it was, I decided to ignore it, for I have more important things to do.

"I'll be off then." The girl in the middle bowed and turned around, avoiding my gaze. I walked up front to the person sitting in the middle of the table and handed Zara's documents over to her.

"I want full immunity for this student for the next few years that she'll be studying here. I am from the Lunite Kingdom and have been sent by queen Celest to help with assassinations and slave contracts. Ensure that my wife will be granted full immunity for any and all actions and I will cooperate to the best of my abilities." I spoke up before they said anything. There will be no negotiating regarding this matter.

"What do you mean by full immunity?" The woman in the middle asked.

"If she kills someone, I want you to overlook it. To pardon it. I want her to be able to do whatever she wants while she stays in school. That is all I'm asking for. I'll tell her not to do anything too extreme, but if the worst comes to worst, I want her to be able to do as she pleases." The woman in the middle looked at me with fear.

I was releasing a bit of power in order to convince them that I wouldn't be taking no for an answer. But if this is enough to scare one of the upper echelons, I'm happy.

One of the men on the right quickly reacted.

"Calm yourself, there's no need to test your powers here. We understand the situation and will grant full immunity as long as you the job you were sent to do." I looked to my right and stopped releasing my power.

"Thank you for being so understanding." I feigned a smile and he continued talking.

"Cera Valentine seeks full immunity of Zara Valentine while she attends school. Is that right? You want your wife to be able to enjoy her stay at the academy?"

"That's right. That's all I'm asking for." Whether it was a lot or not, it was non-negotiable.

"That's doable, but you'll begin working today. Is there anything else?"

"Let her join house Aimo."
