My Fear-My Phobia

Way back 2010, When I was in Makati City (Feb.10,2010), exactly 12:00 midnight. I can't sleep, I'm on panic, my heartbeat is so fast, i don't know what is going on with me. that time my sister is still awake, she's busy doing her assignment, I told her I can't breath, I can't calm myself. She told it to our father and they gave me water, and they rushed me to the hospital and the nurse injected me to calm down but it was not enough. Starting that day I have a phobia in travelling alone And I don't know how to overcome this, until now I'm still suffering...
