99 A DATE

Monica gave up her attempts and bursts out in laughter, "HAHA!" She tried to cover her mouth so as to not be too loud but that was impossible for her and she laughed her heart out.

In the middle of her laughter, Felix suddenly commented, "it's been a while I've seen you laugh so hard like that". His words reminded Monica that she wasn't suppose to be too carefree with him as she still was furious at him.

Clearing her throat to ease the awkward silence, Monica continued applying the swabs on his bruise, bit by bit and she avoided Felix's gaze that seemed to want to set her body on fire.

After she was done, she placed a bandage at the sides that had deeper cuts so they wouldn't be infected. After arranging the first aid kit properly, she stood up from the bed to place it back in the wardrobe.

Turning back, she saw Felix who had already slipped into slumber. She gently smiled at his sleeping figure that laid on the bed.
